• Steven (10/5): - Truly like having an apartment in the city. We got tired long ago of going out to eat every afternoon and night. Here we prepped lunches and cooked dinners on most nights (we stayed for a week.) There was also a washer for our clothes (no dryer, but a drying rack and plenty of living-room space worked well). The only downside is that Oslo has no sound ordinances, and people rev no-muffler motorcycles throughout the night until 4am in the summer that would get them arrested in any other sane city.

• Alexandra (8/5): - The apartment was really nice and had everything necessarry, but the only thing i didn’t quite like was the couch which wasn’t a couch per se just to sort of cushions next to each other that would be more appropiate for a waiting room. Other than that everything was excellent!!

Could have had a better bed but besides those two thing it was excellent. Would highly recommended 👌. Customer service was top-tier.

• Stacey (6/5): - We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review. The staff were helpful but still annoying that I got a reaction like that.
• Rita Hodne (8/5): Helt ok leilighet med meget god beliggenhet - Grei leilighet med super beliggenhet Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Jeg er ikke så veldig teknisk flink så TV løsningen var et mareritt. På kvelden og på morgenen var det kaldt. Prøvde å skru opp varmen, men det fungerte ikke.

• Trond-Anders (8/5): Jevnt over fornøyd. Bra beliggenhet - Leiligheten var fin, men eier kunne godt satt opp en dørpumpe på døren til trappegangen. Den døra smalt noe jævlig når folk brukte den til alle døgnets tider, å vi bodde langt unna den. Så da kan man bare tenke seg hvilket bråk det var for de som bodde nærmere. Også lite gunstig at uteplassen i 2 etasje ble brukt til røykeplass. Det stinka røyk i hele gangen hvor vi bodde under hele oppholdet. Ellers fornøyd

• Geir (8/5): Fin leilighet - Vi hadde en fin natt i en kjempe romslig å fin leilighet. Inngangen kunne vært merket litt bedre, da jeg måtte lete litt for å finne ut om jeg var kommet riktig. Alt i alt så var vi kjempefornøyd.

• Yvonne (8/5): Flott leil - uheldig med bakgården - Helt SUPER leilighet og beliggenhet- bortsett fra at vi hadde vindu mot bakgård og det var såååå mye bråk og folk som prata og musikk...

• Chihiro (6/5): - Apartment is clean, tidy and spacious. Only thing is you have to go to another location to get the key. With the heat and luggage, it's indeed not easy but we managed to send one person in our group to get it. Apart from this, all good.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment was within walking distance of city attractions, modern, well equipped and clean. However, access to the shower was difficult.
• Elin (8/5): God romslig leilighet - God og romslig superior med to soverom. Praktisk med barn. Litt dårlig med benkplass til matlaging, men ellers fint. Uteområdet kan bli litt høylytt på kveldstid, særlig i helgene, men det er veldig sentralt plassert. Praktisk med kode for å sjekke inn, slik at en slipper hente nøkkel et annet sted.
• Jiri (8/5): 2 weeks in apartment - + nice apartment in very good location + less than 10 minutes to central station + spacious, well equipped + easy access, but also with negatives below - cleanliness is not of highest standard - guest is partially responsible for final cleaning, obliged to take out all the trash when checking out (= lower standard) - old windows, you can hear all the rush from the street - generating and distribution of access codes are not secure
• lia (4/5): Unloved apartment - Good location but apartment is painted dark grey with dark green curtains. We found it very depressing, exposed nails around door frames, no pictures, wardrobe in living room etc. Wouldn’t recommend.

• Alan (10/5): Perfect location - Would recommend this apartment to everyone. Better than expected in every way. Steps away from the opera house, Oslo S and fortress. Only hiccup was the key lock is a bit unreliable. Better choice of technology would easily fix it. Check in was near Royal palace and national gallery. Left luggages at the check in office for early check in and spent time at those places
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Firstly, on the plus side the property is in a goof location despite not being that easy to find. The apartment was hot, thermostat not working. Windows opened onto a busy road. No escaping vehicle noise. Fortunately the beauty, charm and magic of Oslo rescued us from what could have been an unpleasant 2 night stay
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The reception was far for us to pick up the key, it was not convenient for guest who doesn’t live in Oslo and specially after travelling. But the apartment was really Nice and clean, the bed was good to sleep in.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great apartment, centrally located. - This apartment was spacious, clean, modern and located in the center of Oslo, within walking distance of the water, the central train and bus stations and shopping district. My only beef was that check in was at advertised as at 1500 on the Expedia site (late, in my opinion), then 1600 was the time quoted by the office managing the property....and it wasn't ready even then. Otherwise, it was a great deal and we enjoyed it greatly.
• Chris (2/5): Stolen 750 dollars/4490 nok from my visa, terrible - Initially i was mistakenly charged twice for this appartment. The vendor then pretended to initiate a refund but then went silent and has kept the outstanding money to date, so far lost 750 bucks, 4490 nok not refunded. This is same as theft so stay well clear of thus one. I am still trying to get money back through official channels. I have all the evidence should they complain, expedia haven't dealt with it yet either. They can have all the evidence, shoud they need it any way, after all this is their client and they sell their product. Needs to be sorted. Happilly look forward to speaking with them on this. About the room then. The 45 minute walk to check in is a joke. The site is like a building site, plaster and crap everywhere, filthy. The lights are on timers that just don't work. Just avoid .
• Ronald (2/5): Most Troublesome place to stay! - It was really terrible. Keys have to be collected from a location thats 20mins walk away. Notice came in only on the day itself. Lucky I had a local phone and internet to call. The staff's non-chalent attitude is reallt dissapointing. Will never come back!
• James (10/5): Great Apt., but Noisy - Great place, great location & nearly perfect. But, it was noisy, really noisy‼️The first night the heavy drinking, smoking & partying went on nearly all night. The second night the drinking, smoking & yelling continued, but somewhat abated. Still, a marvelous place.
• beth (4/5): So new it was missing some of the basics - It was newly refurbished and clean but the plumbing was problematic, the door to one room was blocked by the beds, and the kitchen items were sparse ( no teatowel for example). Overall the unit felt badly designed.
• Sara (8/5): Oslo marathon stay - Right in the city center and walking distance to most sights. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything one needs to feel at home (coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes, glasses, etc.). It was perfect for us that wanted to cook our own pasta before the race. We would happily stay there again.
• Joann (10/5): Beautiful, central, modern apartment in Oslo - The apartment was even better than in the photos. It had ample space for our family of 4 (parents and 2 adult children). The location was central, within walking distance to a number of top sights in Oslo like the Oslo Opera, Cathedral, City Hall and the Nobel Peace Center, as well as shopping and restaurants. Also just around the block was a small convenience store. The only challenge for us was that the apartment office for check-in was not at the same location but was about a 15-20 minute walk away. The walk itself was not bad at all but we had large suitcases and it was raining. Just as Oslo Apts recommended, the SAS Bus (Flybussen) stops right across from the hotel office, and is the most affordable option to/from the airport.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location. - Good location close to Oslo central station, the Opera House and Water front. Small windows looked out onto central courtyard, so quite dark inside apartment. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Wished it had a tumble dryer as it was difficult to dry our laundry in the drying room. Also a hair dryer and some hand soap would have been helpful in the bathroom. The check-in office is quite far away so you have to go there first, and then travel to the apartment. Would be okay if you were a couple with minimal luggage.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Solo Business Trip Stay - Since this is an apartment, do not expect daily housekeeping. Kitchenwares are well equipped. They only provide me the shampoo, anyway I did bring my own toiletries so it does not bother me. Overall is good and strongly recommended.
• Deanna (6/5): Very nice hotel but very noisy at night - This apartment was excellent in terms of location and overall amenities. The only reason this is not rated a high 4 or 5 is because it is on a busy street and it is very noisy at night. It was not as bad with the windows closed but in the summer we needed to keep them open to cool down the apartment. This was our only concern with the apartment. Had a 2 bedroom it was excellent for 3 people.
• Terry (8/5): Nice private apartments. - Excellent position, close to Central Railway Station and Copenhagen to Oslo DFDS Ferry Terminal. Both within five to ten minute walking distance even with luggage. Large fully self contained apartment with separate bedroom, lounge area, kitchen and table/ chairs for meals. Good size bathroom with washer and dryer. Quiet street with blackout curtains, needed in Scandinavian summers with long hours of daylight. Many choices for coffee, snacks, breakfast necessities within a few minutes walk. Supermarkets a ten minute walk away in the Oslo Central Station complex.
• M I Adjali (8/5): Great location, new and spotless facilities - Great location, just 7 minutes from the central station. However, we needed to take the tramway to collect the keys from a different location on the first day. Apartment was spacious with everything looking new and spotless. Would highly recommend, especially if for families needing a bit more living space.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great apartment - Firstly, if you want to walk into a reception and walk straight to your room, this is not the hotel for you. On arrival into Oslo central train station, I purchased a tram ticket and caught the tram (with my luggage) four stops to check in at the reception desk. Then I caught the tram again, 3-4 stops to get back to the apartment. Frustrating... absolutely. However, upon opening the door into the apartment, I was astounded. The self contain apartment, was well furnished and had everything I needed for my stay. I was upgraded to a three bedroom apartment instead of a one bedroom apartment, and all the rooms were of a reasonable size. The lounge area was comfortable, the kitchen was user friendly and the washing machine was handy (no dryer, only an air rack). The bathroom was great, nice and big, with good water pressure. The area doesn't have much in terms of cafes and restaurants, but they are only a block or two away. The main shopping area and central train station was within walking distance, with bags. Would I stay again... absolutely. If you can overcome the requirement to check in elsewhere (up to 20min walk), you will be rewarded with a great apartment in Oslo. (The receptionist said they are looking opening an office closer) PS: read the instructions for opening the door with the key card, so you don't feel stupid when you can't get into the apartment!!!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We had a great stay in the apartment that was located in a very convenient location within walking distance to a number of tourist sights. Downside was that the collection of keys was at another location that was 15 min away and the cooking stove wasn't working. When we dialled the helpline, it was directed to a shopping company that said that they received such calls frequently but were not related to the property at all. There was also no extra garbage bags provided so you'll have to bring your own supplies.
• george (8/5): nice new apartment issues with getting key, noise! - nice new apartment in what must be the drug dealing centre of oslo. horrendous noise between 2 and 4am both nights we stayed, a sat and sun night, cars parked outside with stereos blazing and much yelling between groups of dealers or whoever they were. apartment was imacculately clean, power points did not work in kitchen area so no microwave or kettle. be aware key is collected quite a distance from this apartment and office closed until 2 pm on weekends, receptionist refused to open office until 2pm with us visible outside - very poor treatment as we had waited around for several hours!
• annie (10/5): Great position, very central - Loved Oslo great city . Kontki museum a must , 0pera house walk on roof , 2 hour fiord cruise all excellent. Not as expensive as we though, city prices . Will be going back and will recommend Oslo and the apartments to friends and family . Oslo City pass well worth the money . I have had to put a rating for hotel staff, there where no staff at the apartment, but letting staff where we picked the key up from where very helpful.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Apartment was great.Quiet street near opera house and within walking distance of the train station and town. Only down side, we had to pick up the keys from the Oslo Apartment offices which were further away.
• Kevin (8/5): Modern short term stay condo - Nice condo for a two week stay, business for my husband, touristy stuff for me. Really appreciated full kitchen, eating area, sitting room, and separate bedroom. Newly renovated with modern furniture and new kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils. Walking distance to Central Station and main tourist area with lots of eating places and grocery stores. Very quite building except for road construction down below. One caveat: they do not give any extra supplies! We had one roll of toilet paper, 2 dishwashing tablets, 1 roll of paper towel. That's it. We had to purchase our own supplies when we ran out. Also, the washing machine is not easy to figure out. It is a washer only, no dryer.
• Andre (6/5): Well located but... - Although it has just been rebuilt, it is missing charachter. There was still work done in the building and you could still smell paint and so on. One day, the elevator was not working. The apartment is spacious, but it is lacking furnitures and decoration. The apartment inside is very dry, probably due to recent construction. Overall, it is very well located but I would recommend to wait few months before renting this place!
• Alexandra (10/5): Central, very comfortable and spacious - We arrived early but there was no problem, we got the keys straight away and very nice, friendly service. The apartment was brand new. We were missing a few forks and spoons but I emailed (as it was a bank holiday) and the next day when we came back the forks were there on the table for us. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer but as it was a short trip I didn't bother them again. Lovely, central location and much larger than expected
