• Cristina (1/5): Honestamente, las reseñas negativas se quedan cortas. - Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación y la amabilidad y simpatía del personal del turno de noche. Pensaba que las reseñas negativas exageraban, pero ahora creo que se quedan cortas. El hotel está hecho un desastre para lo “nuevo” que es. Los interruptores de las luces no funcionan, los wc suspendidos están a tres visitas más de caerse, la ducha se estanca, ni un detalle de cortesía de los que aparecen en las imágenes, las toallas pequeñas y acartonadas, el champú y el gel a pesar de estar en botes diferentes son el mismo producto. ¿Y lo peor? La inexistente insonorización. Si a pesar de haber leído todo esto vas a dormir allí un fin de semana, pide una habitación interior. Si tienes una exterior estarás escuchando las discotecas de la plaza hasta las 6 am. Buena suerte con dormir. No me olvido de la mención especial al desayuno de 17€ en el que puedes comer unas tostadas y un par de piezas de bollería.

La TV de la chambre intégré dans le miroir c’est joli mais ne s’éteint que dans la nuit .. pas top La salle de bain était bouché on a dû en élever le rond au sol et les murs et portes n’était pas très propre..

El desayuno es buenísimo, y la atención del chico del buffet con el tema de las intolerancias de mi marido, estupenda. No había aire acondicionado. Por mucho que lo encendieramos no funcionaba. Baje a recepción donde me dijeron que estaba desactivado del general pq aún no era tiempo de aire acondicionado ( Mayo en Granada) y que abriera la ventana que me entraría fresquito. Para poder dormir tuvimos que terminar abriéndola, pero con el temor de que se colara algún bicho, rata, pájaro .... ya que nada de mosquiteras. No entiendo porque no se activa el general, y que ya cada uno con el controlador de la habitación lo encienda o no a su gusto.

• Keith (6/5): OK Stay, but too expensive. - The room is large. the furnishings are just OK. Sort of like how you would furnish your first apartment. There’s nothing in the hotel that feels luxurious, except the price. When they clean the room, the do not replenish drinking glasses, or coffee cups or coffee. I don’t pay less the second night; the amenities should be replenished.

As I entered the room temperature was 25 degrees and there are no windows. Floor carpet was dirty also the bathroom, water gets clogged in shower area. It need renovation

• Cristine (9/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Herzen einer wunderschönen Stadt. - Einfach alles wunderbar. In den Wintermonaten (einschließlich Anfang April) ist die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet, bzw es wird nur geheizt. Dafür wird das Fenster geöffnet um frische Luft reinzulassen, was auch OK ist. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Unable to open windows in the room, so it was super stuffy. They did provide a (useless and loud) after market fan which did nothing. Luckily we travelled in May so it wasnt too bad , it would have been completely unbearable in high summer. Rooms small. Silly modern shower unit that flooded the bathroom, and a non existent extractor fan. Similarly silly Japanese electric toilet that didn't work anyway. Breakfast - meh did the job Great location but you'd be better off with an airbnb in the old town. Overpriced for what you get.

• Sara (4/5): Veel te warme kamer - Vlakbij het centrum, ruime kamer en badkamer. De verkoeling (airco) staat af in de kamers van het hotel in april/begin mei om milieuvriendelijk te zijn. Echter loopt de temperatuur op de kamer hierdoor op tot 29°C. Als je het raam open schuift en op een tweede raam botst, zakt de temperatuur naar een iets meer draagbare 26°C, maar alleen als je het de hele nacht laat open staan. Overdag haalt het niets uit. 's Nachts kan je last hebben van het lawaai van buiten omdat je raam open staat. Het was oncomfortabel slapen, en aangezien dit de minimumvereiste is van een hotelkamer, geef ik het hotel hiervoor een onvoldoende. Ook het feit dat er bij het inchecken helemaal geen melding werd gemaakt van de airco die afstaat, en dat je het grote raam dat niet open lijkt te gaan toch kan openen, is slechte service. De badkamer had ook een heel muffe geur als je de deur toe liet; het lijkt alsof er geen verluchting in de ruimte aanwezig is.

Por no saber gestionar lo más simple me habeis dado la oportunidad de poner crítica negativa. La habitación y el personal estuvo bastante bien. Ya os dije que os pondré valoración negativa en todo por no haber gestionado correctamente el taxi desde el aeropuerto pese a que os avisé con tiempo. No me valen excusas booking<->hotel. Son 30 miseros euros que habeis colocado por delante de vuestra imagen.

I enjoyed the spa but it needs a safety overhaul. In particular it needs a rail on the stairs going down to the pool . I felt unsafe and I noticed another customer who was not comfortable getting into the pool . All the staff were very welcoming and helpful Safety concerns in the spa .

• Isabel (3/5): Una pésima experiencia - La ubicación. Muchas cosas. Me había alojado aquí con anterioridad y no estaba mal, pero esta última experiencia ha sido pésima. Desde luego, no tiene categoría de 4 estrellas. Se nota como dejadez, falta de mantenimiento... La moqueta con manchas evidentes, luces que no funcionan, puertas que no cierran, no hay televisión (queda un mando??), en el baño solo un bote de gel, y el aire acondicionado no funciona. Como es abril, aunque hace mucho calor, dicen que todavía no lo ponen, así que hay que dormir con 28 grados. En fin, una pesadilla.

The property had the air conditioning off and the rooms had no real windows just a sliding side door that provided no air flow. The cleanness of the room was awful, stain bed and carpets. Mold on the shower and smelly carpet. Definitely not a 4 stars property.

Hacía muchísima calor, y el sistema de clima lo tenían programado en calefacción, no podía ponerse en modo frío de ningún modo. De recepción me dijeron que tenía que abrir las ventanas para dormir, como si estuviera en una pensión barata, en un barrio con mucho ambiente nocturno. Tuve que escoger entre no dormir por el calor de la habitación (28º) o no dormir por el ruido de la calle. Me pareció insólito para un hotel de supuestas 4 estrellas. Lamentable.
