• Bell (10/5): - Very strategic location with 3 min to Lee Garden and 3 min to kim yong market. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The only weakness is wifi is not stable inside room.

• Ahmad Ikmal Haziq (10/5): - If you're planning a stay in Hatyai, I sincerely recommend this hotel. One of the best in the main town area as the room I was in was spacious, clean and new. The hotel also has ample open air parking space. It is also a 5 minute walk to main tourist attractions in the area such as the Lee Gardens Night Market and Kim Yong Market. It's also close to a few 7-Elevens and plenty of eateries particularly at night. I will hopefully be returning here again when I vist Hatyai.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Please read my review now! - Enjoyed my stay with my family of 5 of 2 triple room. Their staff was absolutely friendly, helpful, attentiveness. Everytime we are near the hotel lobby, they will run towards and help you with the door or luggage. Room was sparkling clean, I cant see a stench of hair or dust around. Only thing that has to be improve is their Wifi connection. Overall is a great and pleasant stay. 4/5 star for them. If they would improve on their Wifi connection on my next visit, will definitely give them 5/5 star!

However the room sound insulation are quite bad, can heard ppl talk and closing door in corridor. For toilet the hot water are very weak suggest to have water pump, and toilet light are not bright enough. In room dont have water kettle, for parent with childen suggest to bring your own water kettle.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Massage parlors just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The surrounding of this hotel is quiet which is good for my sleep.
• Wan Hazwina Binti (10/5): Nice family hotel - I like the location of this hotel. Not far from Lee Gardens area and many massage parlors nearby. Walking distance to many eateries place. The surrounding of this hotel is quiet from all the noise of people from night markets. The room size is huge, simple and and comfortable. The staffs are polite and helpful. The manager is very professional and dedicated in helping my friend with some incident. Overall a good stay.
• Vera (8/5): - This hotel is very near to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. Overall it takes less than 10mins walk (approximately 250-400meter). It's at a small lane not the main road. 7 eleven is not too far away. Hotel is clean with basic amenities. Comes with many International TV Channel. The only problem is this hotel has 2 wings and they r not connected. Not far but when it rains, it's a bit messy. Also there is no coffee and tea making facilities.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient location | Staff polite & helpful - This is one of the few hotels with triple room, which was the main reason I decided on it. Location of the hotel is really near Kim Yong and Lee Gardens Plaza; maximum 5 minutes walk. Once you get to Kim Yong area, there are also plenty of tuk tuks around for hire, so you don't have to worry about transport options. However I used Grab most of the time. Tuk tuk is more expensive if you can't bargain with the drivers. Hotel staff is polite and try to be helpful despite language barriers. If you really have communication problems, use Google translate app to help them understand you better; it works. Food options in hotel itself is not that great, but there are a couple of food shops nearby along the walk towards Kim Yong. Overall cleanliness and comfort of hotel match with what you'd expect of a 3-star hotel. No complaints. I'd recommend that you bring your own toiletries.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is wonder, Just outside Lee Garden (central of Hatyai), Environment is good (surround by greens). The place is neat & tidy. The room space is huge. The only setback ( for me) is next to the street.
• *** (10/5): - Hotel is clean with nice friendly pleasant staff. Only drawback is that you would need to pay a deposit of 500 baht if you do not want to have the passport kept with them and for additional card access you would need to pay deposit as well (there are 3 of us and there is only one card). But staff is willing to open the gate for you should you not have the access card with you. The place is known by the tuk tuk driver, so not hard to find the place. Walking distance to the Kim Yong market and Lees Garden. Room is spacious. Overall, this is a good place.

• Lizda (10/5): Great location, clean and safe - The hotel is well placed between two main areas, Lee Gardens and Kim Yong market. It is just a 5 mins walk either way. Clean, quiet and certainly safe. Room is as per photo with comfortable bed and free drinking water replenished daily. We booked a triple room and the room is spacious for the 3 of us. Hotel is suitable for all types of travellers and the free wifi connection is good as well though can be a bit slow at times. Bathroom is clean and water pressure is good. We took Grab from the airport and paid 270baht. Overall an excellent stay and we definitely come back to Wungnoy in the future.
• Thomas (8/5): Hat Yai - The staff was helpful. It was a bit of a walk, but market close and restaurants close at hand. The only problem was a vey strong light on my balcony that lit up the room all night. There should be black out curtains on the windows.

Kettle jug is not provided in the room but you can always call and request for hot water and they’ll send it to the room. Our room is located at the 2nd building at the back of the main building so it is much quieter. Overall recommendable for a short stay to Hatyai.

The response of the staff are quick, on the 1st night, we couldn’t sleep due to noisy sounds. And this sounds is came from the water pump. We requested to change room. • Priscilla (4/5): Will not stay in this hotel again! - I booked this hotel for my mom & her friends for her “over the weekends trip” because of its convenience which is very near to Odean Shopping Mall, Kim Yong Market & the famous Chok Dee Dim Sum etc. Unfortunately they are not very happy with the stay. Firstly, hotel does not have hot water flask in room, they have to go to concierge to retrieve flask of hot water. Hotel door key is insensitive. Ridiculously hotel held all guests passports and told them it’s their SOP till the day they checked out to be returned to them! As they are elderly, they didn’t know they shouldn’t have allowed hotel to hold on to their passports, till she returned home then I get to know about it. Every tourists should be holding on to their own passports for identification when they are traveling around! They requested for late check out as their flight to and fro was night flights, hotel allowed them to have one room of late check out but charged them at 300baht without any invoice given! I’ve been to many reputable established hotels. Should hotels allow late check out, they will usually not charge us. After all, I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai!
• Ong (8/5): - Nice hotel near to town and kim yong market. Walk less than 10 min to reach lee Garden.

• Kelly (8/5): Nice hotel near to shopping plaza and market - Nice hotel near to shopping plaza, night and morning market. All other attractions is abt 15 to 20 mins drive from hotel. Convenient to go around with Grab. Our room is quite cozy but the balcony door has a little defect. It takes time to lock the door. The balcony was nice but too many birds poops around. Suggest to do something with the birds or else no point having the balcony if we can't sit there and relax. Overall, hotel is comfortable.
• Lim Wei (10/5): Great location! Large room! - Very near to Lee garden, just need 3 to 5 mins walking distance. Large room but bed is too hard, not really comfortable. Overall is good. Definitely will stay this hotel for the next hatyai trip.
