Las instalaciones son impresionantes, tiene espacios bastante acogedores y perfectos para lo que se necesita en la actualidad (co working, sala de juegos, supermercados y restaurantes, gimnasio, etc), la decoración con su llamativo color amarillo lo hace súper atractivo, el desayuno tipo buffet esta buenísimo tiene diferentes tipos de opciones incluyendo comida local y bastantes tipos de proteína (lo cual es super destacable ya que incluso en hoteles de 5 estrellas no hay tanta variedad), la amabilidad de personal es super destacable y el precio de habitación por noche está más que perfecto para todo lo que ofrece, la ubicación muy buena con acceso a avenidas principales y lugares de interés (Monas esta caminando a menos de 10 minutos y el resto de lugares de interés como Blok M, Grand Indonesia y el centro histórico de la ciudad a 20 minutos en moto). En realidad todo estupendo, quizá podría hacerle un poco de mantenimiento y pintura a las habitaciones, pero es un detalle menor ya que todo siempre se ve pulcro y organizado.

More than 50% of plates at buffet had stains. Bed sheets were not replaced until we claimed. Welcome cake were left for undetermined time without covers or wraps.

• waquefa (7/5): Lovely hotel in Jakarta - Fantastic location. Loved the facilities and the fact it was on top of a food hall. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was outside and it was too cold to use. The rooms were not noise proof. There were questionable sounds coming from the room next door. We had to put ear plugs on to block out the inappropriate sounds.

• Boris (5/5): - У нас был 27 этаж и красивый вид, стафф был очень мил и гостеприимный Одно из полотенец было грязным, в номер нам предоставили десерты, как комплимент, но они были все в муравьях, в номере было прохладно и тонкое одеяло, в раковине не уходила вода. Мы остались на одну ночь и это окей, жить там дольше не хотелось бы. В целом окей но отель будто нужно освежить ремонтом

The room was clean and cozy, although the sitting toilet had an unpleasant smell — not sure if it was properly cleaned or just wiped dry. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The hotel staff at the ground floor and level 7 were all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists — a tall male staff with glasses. I purchased food after 7pm, which should have had a 30% discount, but I was charged the full price. He claimed the displayed price was already discounted, which felt dishonest. He also only gave me one access card, saying that one card didn’t require a deposit. However, I noticed another guest was given two access cards, so it seemed inconsistent. I hope the management will take note and address this with the staff involved.
