- elpres (7/5): Clean, but TV woes.. - It was clean, easy parking, friendly staff.. The smart TV in the room wasn't very smart haha, it wouldn't allow any of the apps to work? So that was actually annoying. Regular TV fine, but it wasnt connecting the wifi to the TV only the cable connection.

But when I went in the room, there was like these little blue things on the sheet, like from somebody's sweatshirt or something. And in the bathroom, it was missing the adequate amount of shampoo conditioner wash. When I went in for breakfast. That's when I had the real problem. The food was cold. It didn't look anything nice and it was charged 1499 and you had people going up with bags filling up their bags with all the good fruit. I took a picture of my banana. It had black all over it. It was disgusting and it wasn't worth the money at all.

- Timothy (1/5): Parking is limited. - Property is fine. I chose the location due to the fact that they had space for my pickup truck and car hauler trailer. I emailed the hotel to let them know that I was towing a trailer. I never received a response. Upon my arrival after dark I was told that I could not park my truck at their hotel I was told “The owner doesn’t like trucks parked in our lot.” Paid close to $200 for nothing. I was turned away as they would not let me park there. The only option was illegal parking in the street which was clearly marked with NO PARKING signs. I ended up paying for a room I did not use with no refund offered. I had to drive an additional hour to try to find another motel. I ended up at a Hampton Inn which welcomed me and my truck with trailer. Also, the first greeting I received at the front desk was an entire litany of all the motel’s rules listing all the things prohibited, not very welcoming.

- jtdriver (10/5): Great stay at a hotel with a great staff - We had a great overnight stay while in Jacksonville for a Jumbo Shrimp game. The hotel is right by the I-295 exit, and access in to Jacksonville was pretty easy. Everything was clean and comfortable, but the best part of this location is the staff. Not that we needed much, but everyone was so friendly, helpful, and efficient. This included the people who checked us in and out, the person staffing the breakfast area (which was above average in selection and quality), the maintenance person who helped me find the hallway to the fitness center, and the housekeeping staff who were just cheerful in the halls. Most impressive was how the person at checkin helped the person in front of me, who was also checking in. The customer was having trouble locating her reservation and the staff member was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

At check-in they offered FREE complimentary water or beer (which was a 1st for me in a Hotel experience) the are had a few food options (waffle house is literally next door, if you prefer) Our room was BIG and spacious (we booked a king) EVERYTHING was clean and the bed was soft & comfy, oh and the breakfast was good! ( they had fresh made pancakes😁 and an option of pork or turkey sausage (in case you don't eat pork) among alot of other options. This is DEFINITELY a place I will stay again.❤️ it NOTHING

I’m old and have travelled a bit this was my first time staying in this hotel by name and I have another hotel by name I’ve always like to stay in when I travel. My sister recommend our families to stay there, so now I have 2 favorites and Holiday Inn Express has moved to number 1. It also had great store and food choices and convenient. I Liked everything about the place.

- John (10/5): I loved the breakfast, the beds, the shower and super clean - The breakfast was amazing parking was easy everything was super clean everybody there is very nice very professional The pool is very clean it felt like a very luxurious stay I did have to fix the window shade because somebody pulled out and I put it back in the track thus not a big deal That's just kind of work I do.

- Elizabeth (6/5): Great hotel but A/C was broken - The hotel and it's staff was great the only downside was the broken ac and it didnt get cooler than 72 degrees in our room. We did not mention u til until the next morning since my husband was sick and did not want to move rooms or have someone in our room to fix it. The location of the hotel is fantastic and we would visit again for sure!
