• Debs (5/5): Discovering lukewarm shower water and very little water pressure was frustrating and a big disappointment. - Close to highway, king suite No hot water. Very little water pressure. We drove for twelve hours and needed to rest. We woke up early in morning and were so disappointed our room had no hot water, only lukewarm water and very little water pressure. We didn’t pay $170 plus pet fee for one night for a shocking cold shower experience.

They had left a major machine running in it. The facility was full so they couldn't move us. What seemed like carpet cleaning left a strange smell. The staff was very sorry and willing to work with us. They had us move the next day but it took a long time. The place seems understaffed.

• Don (8/5): - The first room they assigned us. The main door would not lock and we had to change rooms right off the bat. In the next room. The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower is so slippery. I fell down. It needs to have either rubber mats or rubber stickers on the floor of the tub. There were no protective rails to hold onto while showering. It was very dangerous. We were finally given a shower chair and since we were staying three days, we went and purchased a rubber tub mat, which cost us $15. The bedspread had two holes on the top. The carpeting in our room and the halls were never vacuumed the entire three days we were there. The same debris remained on the floor every day. I will say the food service in the breakfast area was excellent, had a great selection of food choices and the area was very clean, the servers did an excellent job of keeping it full and clean. the main lobby was organized and clean. The service staff was helpful however, most did not speak English and did not understand what we were trying to say, however they were very pleasant and did the best they could. The pool area was very clean and kept well stocked with towels. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. Did their best to address all requests etc. The area is safe and outside is well maintained had several nice seating areas to enjoy weather permitting. Facility is very close to many dining and food services. I would recommend this hotel for booking.

• Mai Der (6/5): - Upon arrival, there was construction in the hotel and wasn't sure if we were in the right place. There wasn't anyone behind the counter and no bell to ring. Hotel allowed us to check in 30min early, but had to do a room switch because there was a family of gnats in the bathroom sink but otherwise clean. Small complaint is they we're doing late night painting and had all the first floor doors open at 10pm, which was a little concerning for safety reasons.
• Nancy (7/5): Good location, currently under renovations… - Decided on this particular hotel due to it’s location. It’s right on the border state line with Oklahoma. Had nice views as well. Room was clean and smelled fresh. During my stay there was apparently construction/renovations within the hotel and a large summer camp group staying, which constantly disrupted my sleep and limited rest. The front desk clerk wasn’t very understanding about it either so just be aware you may not sleep/rest during your stay. I would have appreciated the hotel alerting guests that there was construction going on and what working hours allowed so I could have planned accordingly if possible. Also to notify large groups of quiet hours & actually supervise minors so they’re respectful of other guests. (No running in the hallways, yelling/screaming in the middle of the night.)

• Darrin (4/5): - There was an alarm clock set and it went off at midnight and woke us all up. Had to call the front desk because we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. The front desk person couldn't figure it out either. It went off the second night as well. I won't stay here again.

Groups of teens were allowed to run up and down the halls late at night, screaming, clapping their hands and knocking on doors. They leaned against my door and hollered and banged on neighboring doors as late as midnight. Worst experience I’ve had in years.

Breakfast was served until 9:30 and was kept warm and constantly refilled if needed. The pool and hot tub was clean and perfect. It wasn’t noisy and didn’t cost a lot of extra money to have our dog with us, which I was very thankful for. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The front desk guy was rude if we didn't need sleep to continue driving an to get out of the fog we would have never stopped. The 4 hrs we did stay was full of barking dogs loud staff slamming doors an yelling. All in all was a very bad experience and will not go back. Lol omg anything and everything could have been improved the bed was hard an dirty we got a blanket out of our van an slept on top of your blankets room was very cold an the heater felt like very little heat was coming out. Lol it's laughable the experience we had an like I said we paid full price for 4 hrs.
