- Chia (9/5): Superb - The staff of front desk is very nice and always full of passion. He tried his best to help us to solve the problem of dinner due to the system bugs of Booking.com. We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons ( each room for 2 person) on the Booking.com, but the system of Booking.com always showed 2 rooms and each room for 1 person. Caused that, we have sent 3 messages to the hotel's customer service via Booking.com system for explaining the situation and reminded them the problems, and made some modification of the dinner meal ingredients also. We received the confirmed reply from the hotel's customer service at last. But here came the problem, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff of front desk seemed didn't receive the corrected messages from their customer service and the dinner meals were still just for 2 persons, not for 4 persons, and the meal ingredients which confirmed by the customer service still no any changed! Thanks for the staffs cause they ( and the front desk) tried their best to help us to solve the problem caused by the customer service. 1 to 10, I certainly gave the staffs (the front desk and the others ) 10, and the customer service, I just could give them 1.

- Chigusa (8/5): - 宿泊した部屋は広くて二人では広すぎるくらいでした。天井が高く吹き抜けだったのでそう感じたのだと思います ただ、蜘蛛の巣があったりしたのでちょっと残念でした その部屋に露天風呂がありいつでも入浴できました 囲炉裏の夕食も素材の味を生かしてとても美味しかったです

- Verified traveler (8/5): 개별 노천탕 최고 - 찾아가는 길에 좀 실수를 해서 고생했지만 머무는 동안 다 잊혀질 정도로 만족한 스테이였어요 개별 노천탕 최고, 다만 대욕장은 대부분 사용치 않아서 그런지 청결상태 매우 아쉬웠습니다 저녁과 조식 맛있었어요
- Melvyn (8/5): Room with Attached Onsen - The room assigned to us was really good with an attached outdoor onsen and bath. Room was a little small and the futon wasn't as comfortable as what we were accustomed to in Japan. Being in the mountains we had 2 uninvited critters in our room. One was some flying insect and the other was a centipede which really freaked us out. It actually found it's way into our toiletry bag and lucky we spotted it before we stuck our hand in. The onsen in our room was good and clean. However the public onsen my wife and I found it not clean to Japan standard. There were beetles, spiders and cobwebs in and around the onsen. There was basically nothing close by so having half board is a must. We did and the dinner did not disappoint. Our only complaint would be that the aircon for some reason could not be switched on and it was very hot in the dining room. Overall we were satisfied, especially with our room with the attached onsen. Other aspects we feel can be improved. We would not likely return.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 静かな宿でした - 各部屋に露天風呂が付いており、いつでも温泉に入れて贅沢でした。スタッフさんもみな丁寧で、夕食はモダンな囲炉裏で味も見た目も楽しめました。朝食がもっと温かければなお嬉しかったです。
- Verified traveler (6/5): - great place to stay. staff was very friendly. unfortunately the public baths were under renovation and we only had the baths in the room. although good and private, unable to enjoy being fully in an onsen. also it’s not hot enough. food was unique and special but meat was a bit too raw and tough, hence chewy. team needs to put a timer perhaps to standardise the cooking of the food
