- bobpal (10/5): One of the classier places in town - This was the last hotel we stayed in before our flight home. It was way more comfortable and bigger than our first hotels, but then it's unfair to compare this with rural accommodations. The location is good, just beside the main drag in Marrakesh. They had a swimming pool but did not use it. Our room. was fair-sized, with mini ref, good AC. shower, coffee maker, in-room safe, wifi, TV and complimentary liquid soap and shampoo. The breakfast buffet was average fare, mainly continental with a few locals inserted.
- C7920GPcraigm (4/5): Maybe a three-star at best. - Booked with a group. Many had various problems, and several had their rooms switched to one more acceptable. Our room was tiny with twin beds, no coffee maker, no bottled water supplied (a first for us in Morocco), only one glass in the bathroom for two people. Dinner buffet was acceptable, but breakfast buffet was just plain weird - I had only coffee and baguette with preserves. Getting help from staff was mostly frustrating. I am not a fussy person, but this was simply the worst hotel experience we had in Morocco. In addition, the hotel is located several kilometres from the medina, so not convenient to anything.

- Companion57108542083 (8/5): Great stay at wazo hotel - Great stay. Helpfull staff, good breakfast. The pools and poolsurroundings were perfect for relaxing. The room had all that was needed. 14-20min taxi ride to the city center. Always taxis waiting outside of the hotel. The reception was open 24/7 which was great. The hotel was otherwise quiet with nice surroundings
- HASSAN NAYEF (6/5): - The rooms are very small . Beds are only 100 cm jammed into small room. You could fall off the single bed while sleeping. The king size bed is just two single beds 100 cm each side be side . If beds moved you get a gap lol. Room are clean but bathrooms stink. I don't recommend this hotel
- Fatiha (6/5): c'était pratique pour aller à mon meeting, C tout! - Simplement convenable. Le petit déj pas génial, des choses plus simples et de bonne qualité auraient été mieux. Le petit dej marocain, quasi absent, c'est dommage, les crêpes marocaines pas bonne. Il y a trop de clients de voyages organisés, donc à éviter, d'autant que l'hôtel est loin du centre. Les taxis devant à éviter si c'est que pour aller au centre, aller dans main avenue et vous aurait un taxi avec chrono et 10x moins cher. Le personnel d'accueil, cela dépend sur qui on tombe. Le gardien TOP, très poli, c'est agréable de recevoir un sourire, de même les portiers.
- sali786 (8/5): Good hotel, done the job! - Good hotel, location was a bit out of the way, good pool and children’s play areas, clean and spacious room, decent breakfast options. The only let down was the safe and bathroom fan did not work, they sent someone to fix it who couldn’t fix it so I didn’t bother with this any further. Lastly the security on the gates was asking us when we are leaving and he asked me to “leave him something”. I literally had enough money left for the taxi, when we left the hotel with our cases, he followed me to the taxi asking if I was “going to leave him something” this make it very awkward.
- O8937YPdb (6/5): Hotel font and back of touring, bit out in no where and food very mediocre - This was the hotel our tour company used before and after a Moroccan tour - looks like many others do the same so didn't notice many long stayers. Probably explains a lot! Rooms OK but the food is not - little change day to day and mostly barely luke warm. Hotel is in the middle of no where and no local shops. There's a good booze shop 40 min walk marrakech direction or a Carrefour abot 45 mins the other way. Taxis outside if you want to get anywhere or use InDrive (27 D from Carrefour for 2). Peacocks/hens out back can be noisy 😀

- carolynaH83YI (8/5): Honest review - I want to write a fair and honest review about this place as I think it deserves a better rating than it has. We visited in march (husband and I) with my parents later joining us for my 40th birthday. Check in was a bit slow as they had a party of people checking in as part of an organised race. We got to our room finally to find that someone else was already using the room - this was quickly rectified and we were allocated another room overlooking the pool. The room itself is absolutely fine, perfectly clean and the bed was really comfortable that we both slept really well. There’s no English tv channels - not the end of the world. Food - the buffet is pretty basic. We ate there for breakfast and dinner but the breakfast was the equivalent to £6 ish so can’t complain. Pastries, eggs, bread, fruit, lots of grilled tomato and cheese. It’s nothing spectacular but you wont go hungry. The buffet dinner was similar and rushed. But then they have a lot of organised tour / parties there to cater to. There is however what’s described as an “a la carte” restaurant over the road at the apartments which you can also use. It’s fairly small but the food was really good! Tagines, Moroccan tapas, pizza, pasta and nice service. Alcohol is expensive at the hotel but it is in most places which is to be expected. The pool area is nice and clean although too cold to use the pool. There is also another pool over the road at the apartments which is bigger and has a play area for children. Location isn’t great. There isn’t much around and it is on a very busy main road. Taxis congregate outside and it’s very loud at night if you leave the doors open. There is a little shop opposite selling snacks and drinks. The receptionist Adil was really helpful and showed us some of the tours available. He arranged for us to have a driver to take us in to Marrakech which is about a 20 minute drive. Our driver Majid made our holiday. He picked us up and took us wherever we wanted to go and picked us up when we were ready to go back to the hotel. It was more expensive than a taxi but we travelled in comfort with a built in tour guide. The roads here are crazy, we felt much safer than in a normal taxi. The only issue we had was with towels. Our towels were collected by the maids (who were very nice) but when I went for a shower late in the PM to get ready to go out for my birthday they hadn’t been replaced. We asked the lady on reception 3 times for some towels and it took 50 mins for us to get any - when they arrived they were warm like they’d come out the drier. Got the impression they were limited on towels and I wasn’t able to wash my hair as I didn’t have time. We loved watching the stalks in their nest in the nearby telegraph pole, lots of cats around who looked like they were taken care of (maybe by the pet shop opposite) and there’s also a tortoise hiding down the bottom end of the building. Other than towel gate, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly including the young barman. Everywhere was clean. For the price we paid we can’t complain and had a great time in Marrakech using this as a base. We read the reviews before travelling so didn’t have high expectations so was pleasantly surprised. If you plan on visiting and spending all of your time in the hotel and expecting 5 stars, I probably wouldn’t recommend it.

Had to wait another 20 minutes to end up with the last rooms in a gigantic hallway with a view of an empty field. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but again not a 4-star hotel by our standards.
- Andy (4/5): - Bills it’s self as a 4* hotel, rooms are in dire need of a make over, no robes, slippers or water in the room. More like a 2* or at the very best a 3*. No tea or coffee making facilities either. Breakfast was very bland, no flair at all, the only thing going for it was that it was cheap, however I would have paid double if it was better. I will definitely not grace this place with my presence again

- asif8870 (10/5): 10/10 HOTEL!!! - As someone who works for Tripadvisor, I can confidently say that this 4-star hotel easily delivers a 5-star experience! From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. A special shoutout to the incredible management team and reception staff—Amine, Norah, Ashraf—along with Adil, Soheil, and the hardworking cleaning team, who ensured our rooms were spotless every single day. The facilities here are outstanding! The gym, pool, and spa were absolute highlights, and the spa in particular was a perfect 10/10 experience. We also have to commend the restaurant team for their exceptional service and delicious breakfasts that set the tone for our day. Even when I had the unfortunate mishap of breaking my toe outside the hotel, the first aid staff were quick, professional, and so kind—true lifesavers! From the security team to the porters, everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. This was my fifth stay here, and it keeps getting better. I brought my friends along this time for their first visit, and they were blown away. The hotel’s amazing location, impeccable service, and warm atmosphere have made us all eager to return. If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem! Highly, highly recommended! It's perfect for families. I can't wait to come back!

- magus_31 (6/5): Another underwhelming tourist hotel - Unsure why tourist companies keep using the same old tired tourist hotels. Got to hotel at 3.30pm. Had to wait another 45min to get room key. Got to room and no towels. Back down to reception to request. Service staff delivered but unfriendly and unhelpful. Hotel is 5km from CBD hence no restaurants or cafes near by. Hotel dinner buffet option was ok. Breakfast was a shambles with too many people, lack of seating and food running out quickly. There is a small minimart across the road for water but very limited selection. Next day, room not cleaned when we got back at 5pm. Mysteriously towels disappeared again!!. There are other options closer to the city but this hotel does not cut it.

Hotel reminded me of the old Billy Butlins sites, pile in a whole load of people... ensure there is a lack of quality food.... continue the trend of a very poor breakfast selection... ...."kerching".... Large tourist groups come through, some of them on Celiac or Gluten Free requirements.... no food available..... breakfasts really bad.. Pool, noisy but okay Rooms really vary from the ones facing the pool and bar... noisy until 1pm... Rooms facing rear of hotel... quieter.... A 2 day stay here long enough... ...."and breathe "....
- bobeE5738VW (6/5): BASIC HOTEL BUT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER - First impression of the hotel on entering is very good.... nice outside places, good pool, plenty of chairs etc. Lounges and bar area are good and well maintained. The rooms are quite good, got all you need - except the air conditioning is minimal if at all and just things like the safe not working properly and door hinges need tightening, stupid little things. Where this hotel really falls down is their buffet dining room.... first if could do with sprucing up but more than that items are not replaced as they are used... one day I went down for breakfast and they had a few coach loads in which resulted in no cutlery, no plates, no glasses and when they did arrive 20 mins later - there was literally no food to be had! Another 20 mins and the replenished everything but many guests are on a time limit as going out on tours etc.... they just need to replenish as things get used rather than wait till everything has gone! Breakfasts starts at 7am I think it was but the egg station does not open till 8.30!!! Obviously they do not want you to have! Dinner was more sedate but little selection.

Staff go over and beyond to assist with any queries . Manager accommodated us when we decided to stay an extra night . En ce qui concerne la localisation pour 3€ en taxi vous avez accès aux principaux lieux touristiques. Cela aurait pu donc être un hôtel au top sauf que le ménage est HONTEUX, le draps sale est simplement retourné, la propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer et quand vous demandez un nettoyage de la chambre il est fait à 18h et toujours pas de changement de draps souillés ! Bref je recommanderai cette hôtel le jour où le ménage y sera correct ce qui n'est clairement pas le cas...

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very poor location. Far from city centre, and hardly any taxis around. Room was very small. Sink water pressure was low, and sink clogged up, however that was repaired immediately.

- Mouad (2/5): STAY AWAY - when i booked this hotel on hotels.com the booking said that i have free breakfast after getting the breakfast the guy working there asked me to pay for it i said that i already paid for it in the booking and they are willing to charge me extra for something that i already paid i dont recommend this hotel at all good place but the service are scammers

Why? they took towels and you need to wait whole day to get new one, breakfast is terrible too, book garden view if you planing this hotel coz "better" view is directly on 4 line main road, full of cars, dust and noise. Windows are not sound proof at all. First day we order Coca Cola, no Coca Cola, just Zero. Water pressure in second floor was not good to wash hairs shampoo down...I can talk now 10 min about what happened and so on. Cleaning ladies are very friendly, same guys in bar but management fail completely. If you ask me, book one of hotels in area around Opera Hotel.
- Tima (8/5): Quiet, relaxing stay in Marrakech - We did not know there was separate apartment block & hotel block when booking & assumed our 2 bedroom was apartment. Mr Yassine took care of this & moved us to the apartment since we had small kids. Great facilities such as pool, spa, kids park & kids club are excellent for families. Everything is new & has a fresh look. Getting a taxi on short notice can be tricky. Location is good if you want quiet & to be away from the Marrakech hustle & bustle. It is at least 15 mins by taxi to the new city. Breakfast was average & becomes monotonous after 2 days since they don't change the menu. We received excellent service from Mr Yassine, Omar, Fatima Zohra (who loaned us her adaptor to charge our mobiles), Mehdi the porter & Sara at Kids Club who took great care of our kids :) The negatives were: -No hairdryer & no option to ask for one. I've never ever been to a hotel that did not have a hairdryer! -No iron in the apartment & they did not have one on hand to let us use. -One staff member Miss Kenzi at reception was impolite & had a bad attitude especially for someone in hospitality. She does not know what customer service & guest relations is. If we asked her for something, she would tell us to go to the other sister hotel across the road & get it ourselves instead of just making a phone call. It's a shame that one staff member can make your stay unpleasant, & this was reported to the manager. Apart from that we had a lovely time & would recommend this hotel.
- SREEKUMAR (4/5): A Hotel to avoid. - Claimed to be 4 star, it is no more than a 2 star. Air conditioning did not work for the 3 nights, despite numerous complaints, the did not fix it in both the rooms. Tap had just very hot water or a trick of normal water.Several times, there was no water supply at all. Claimed to have room service in the room directory, but they did not have. Rooms did not have 'do not disturb' ability and always someone knocked. There is nothing nearby not even a source of water. We could not get water to drink at night. Break fast is average, but there is no restaurant during the day and you have to go hungry if you stay at hotel. New hotel, so taxis do not know location. Most of all, we arrived at 3 PM and could get a room ONLY at 5 PM, 2 hours later. A hotel to avoid at all costs.
- Henrique (10/5): - Modern hotel with good facilities and great pool. The rooms were really clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is good but can be improved. The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is away from the city center but this turns to be a plus, as it is just 10 minutes away from the noise and pollution of the city.
