The personal outdoor pool was dirty & our terrace was in view of everyone. No sea view only back of their bar. Half the room sockets didnt work. The room was extremely expensive for what it actually was (over £300 for one night & no breakfast). Looked nice but neither the jacuzzi or private pool could be used.

- Levon (6/5): - We stayed at Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel during our vacation and, while the property itself is nice and the staff were friendly, our experience was disappointing. When we checked in, the AC in our room was not working. We were told it would be repaired, but when we returned late that night, there were only two fans placed on each side of the bed. Sleeping with the fans blowing directly on us left me with a sore throat the next morning, which was upsetting since it was only our third day of a two-week vacation. To make matters worse, every morning at 5 AM the garbage truck came right outside our room—barely 15 feet away—causing loud banging noises that woke us up each day. Overall, the hotel has potential, and the people were kind, but these issues made the stay far less comfortable than expected.

The room was also spacious and bright with a big shower and very comfortable beds. All the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful anytime. We had a very nice relaxing holiday there. When lying down at the beach, at times it was a bit overwhelmingly loud because there was different music coming from the bar and from the restaurant at the same time. Maybe a good option would be to play the same thing so it doesn’t mix. Other than that everything was very nice.

We stayed in the dream suite I believe with our own private upstairs pool and view of the sea which was incredible. The bathtub and rain shower are also amazing. The only thing about the room was there were some ants that were crawling on the floor and on our coffee counter but besides this everything else at this resort was 5 star. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for having us!!!

It's tailored to accommodate a high volume of travelers on the beach, so space is tight, as is typical of beaches in Greece. The rooms are good, though sparse and with a mattress we didn't find comfortable. The service was friendly except for the restaurant where it was perfunctory. It looked like one of the best options if you want to be right on hte beach, though it comes at a premium.

- srl (5/5): Ce bisogno di tanta manutenzione e cura nei dettagli. - La posizione dell’hotel, e la posizione di fronte al mare, macchina del caffe in camera. Accoglienza molto fredda e scostanti, hall con diverse perdite di acqua dal tetto, divani usurati, posizione della camera retro struttura, praticamente eravamo in strada, dietro in fondo alla struttura, dove transitavano persone e auto, poca vista, cuscini e divani esterni tutti macchiati, con la presenza anche di gatti che dormivano, la camera era sprovvista di appoggia asciugamani e appendini per poter mettere i teli dopo la doccia o l’uso della vasca interna, frigo totalmente vuoto senza nessun tipo di bevanda, nessun appoggio per i saponi è shampoo, costretti ad avere tutte le tende chiuse perché Circondati da almeno tre lati dal passaggio di gente, privacy totalmente assente, la piscina era addirittura munita di due telecamere senza che nessuno ce l’abbia detto e fatto notare, lettini in spiaggia a pagamento, per stare nelle prime tre file bisognava pagare 60€ a persona, servizio del bar in bicchieri di plastica trasparenti senza alcun stuzzichino, musica che dal bar si sentiva in camera fino ad orari molto tardi, buffet della colazione molto scarsa per qualità dei prodotti e quantità di scelta. Sia i Bagnini che quasi tutto il personale vestiti molto male, e tutti con indumenti diversi, il facchino aveva addirittura il pantalone sporco e macchiato, in conclusione non ci ritornerei per quello che offre e per la qualità prezzo.

- Paolla (7/5): Beautiful beach, location is good but there’s a lot to improve - The location is great. Platis Gialos is gorgeous, the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen. The rooms (I stayed in 3 lol) were clean, bellman was super nice and helped carrying our luggage from room to room, and the beach chairs are great. The manager def helped save this experience that could’ve been much worse after the little nightmare we had with the rooms situation. Restaurant was ok, nothing special and pretty pricey like everything in the island for an average food. Now for the bedroom…we had a big headache. I originally booked for the Relax Suit, but when I got to the bedroom, it was smelling like mold (I have asthma and can’t play staying in a place like that), it looked very cheap decor and the private pool had a horrible fence (according to them was added a month ago or something, but they didnt bother to update the pics on Booking) and its facing a parking lot, nothing like the pics that make it seem like a garden vibe to it. You will see the horrible fence and cars parked in the back. I felt totally misled and the mold smell (coming mainly from the bathroom woody parts with mold all over) I would not stay in that room. I went to reception, when the front desk lady said she didnt know about the rooms available (?) and sent me to the concierge. Concierge was nice at first, but clearly lost her patience and was trying to convince me the room was like the pics, instead of using the basic customer experience skill to listen to an upset customer, acknowledge them, and then try to solve the problem. Instead, she was insisting the room was like the pics but understood I didnt like it, never acknowledging the misleading and moldy situation at any time, and that just got me very upset. She at least helped solve the problem moving us to another room for the night, but of course with a charge $200. Manager came in the next day and said we could move to another room for the 2nd night and finally to our “official” upgraded room for the last 2 nights. So yes, in a course of 4 nights, I stayed in 3 different rooms…how fun was that. And obviously no discount was offered to us at any giving time for all this headache. Manager was nice, even helped driving us to a place when we were running late and that was definitely something that avoided my review here being 2 stars here.

Supposedly the front desk does not deal or handle with anything relating to the rooms and it’s a restaurant matter.

Our pool was clean. The music from the pool bar was beautiful and relaxing. It gave the suite’s a different vibe. The owner is very friendly. The albanian receptionist is very helpful. Also Donald at the restaurant was very professional. The location is amazing. We encountered some problems at the pool bar. The staff girls were tipping themselves large amounts of money on top of the bill without showing us the bill. One night we invited friends over drinking at the bar . My partner asked the waitress how much is the bill and she replied: How much would you like to pay?! It was very disrespectful. He asked about the bill and paid . She wouldn’t bring back the rest of the money until he asked multiple times to bring back the money and tipped her. The next day our friends decided to stay at our hotel beach. My friend ordered a cocktail of 18€ paid 50€ and the waiter wouldn’t bring back the change. It was very disappointing and unpleasant for them. Our suite was in front of the pool bar and we would hear the waitress arguing with Italian clients about the bill and that was unpleasant aswell. We moved to e different hotel near Nammos for a few more days and we didn’t have this kind of problems .

Oda değişikliğinde siz keyfinize bakın dediler ama reception görevlisinin müdüründen haberi olmadığı için geri çağırıp günümüzü yarıda kesti. “Minimum spend” olarak aldığımız (en az 5 kez sordum) beach cabanada ücretlendirme “cabana fee” olarak bizden tahsil edildi. Sabahları housekeeping o kadar gürültülü ki, 2 sabah da onların aralarındaki gürültüleri ile uyandık.

- EREN (1/5): The Worst Hotel Experience - Paralia Platis Gialos is very beautiful. We stayed 3 nights at Dove Beachfront Hotel, booking the “Relax Suite with Private Pool”. Room was extremely outdated and filled with a strong moldy smell, especially in the bathroom. It was hard to breathe properly inside. The “private pool” was dirty and not private at all—it’s just weakly separated from other rooms with some plants. I doubt it even has a functioning cleaning system. On top of that, we killed three huge cockroaches in the room. The windows don’t have insect screens, so you can’t even ventilate the room without inviting bugs in. Breakfast is average at best. It’s supposed to start at 8 AM, but most things aren’t actually ready until after 9:30. We also booked their free port transfer, but it arrived 45 minutes late—we had to wait under the sun with all our luggage and no communication. The hotel advertises itself as beachfront, but in reality, you’re treated as second-class guests. You’re pushed to the last row on the beach and not allowed to choose your spot. They also try to crowd more guests right next to you. The beach manager was extremely rude and acted like we were staying there for free—not paying over €500 per night.

For the price for the high end room that we had, I expected the room to be in pristine condition. However, there was aging grout in bathroom and the deck boards by our pool were old and starting to rot. Maintenance is required. Also, the cleaning staff came in and took our towels and then did not provide any. We had to call to get towels to shower.

Ou comme nous nager a partir de 17h. Le personnel sans exception est très professionnel et agréable. Nous avons pris deux suites. Mais une (la moins chère, celle sans vue) la piscine n’est pas une piscine mais un bassin encore plus petite que sur la photo. L’eau qui coule de l’étage au dessus était hyper désagréable en plus de l’odeur. (le responsable de la réception a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et d’ailleurs je le remercie pour son professionnalisme).

Quero meu dinheiro de volta! - As fotos não tem condiz com a realidade, banheiro com mofo, chão riscado, luzes do quarto não desliga no sistema de automação ou as vezes não ligam, armário onde fica o frigobar está podre, piscina suja, pia quebrada e vazando água, etc.. VEJAM AS FOTOS e tirem suas conclusões. Além disso o próprio hotel coloca todos os dias som altíssimo até 1 hora da manhã. Impossível dormir! Na frente do hotel tem cadeiras na praia que custam até 120 euros, isso mesmo, não é para os hospedes, se quiser sentar na praia tem que pagar até 120 euros! Pedi o cancelamento no primeiro dia, e o gerente me disse que iria diminuir o som para eu ficar e não foi feito. Liguei para o booking pedindo o cancelamento e o mesmo me disse que iria fazer, não foi feito! Depois eu recebo um msg do booking dizendo "a acomodação nos informou que a festa decorreu no período permitido" não era festa e sim um som que eles colocam no bar da praia todos os dias, eu disse isso para o Booking, o Hotel MENTIU. Pagar 24 mil reais por 3 dias e passar por isso? Não recomendo viagem com família e nem de casal! Quer levar a sua família, namorada ou amigos para Mykones com 24 mil reais para 3 dias? Procure em sites mais confiáveis e fotos mais realista. Não leve para o Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel Agora ser obrigado a ficar em um hotel desse nível? Eu quero meu dinheiro de volta! Péssima experiência, não indico para ninguém. Quero meu dinheiro de volta!

El departamento está ubicado en un lugar inmejorable, justo frente a los famosos domos de Oia, donde todos hacen fila para sacarse fotos... ¡y nosotros los teníamos al lado! Pudimos disfrutar de ese paisaje increíble desde nuestra terraza privada, con un jacuzzi divino que fue el broche de oro de cada día. La atención fue maravillosa desde el primer momento. Alfred nos recibió apenas llegamos al punto de encuentro, se encargó de nuestras maletas y nos acompañó hasta el alojamiento. Fue muy amable, simpático y servicial. Nos explicó todo con detalle, nos sacó unas fotos hermosas frente a los domos y estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Un agradecimiento también para Nick, quien se mantuvo en contacto con nosotros organizando los detalles de ingreso, egreso y traslados. El lugar estaba impecable: muy limpio, equipado con todo lo necesario y decorado con muy buen gusto. La ubicación no puede ser mejor y la atención superó todas nuestras expectativas. Altamente recomendable. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo! Nada
