• KATHARINA (8/5): Ideales Hotel für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt. - Das Hotel liegt ideal mittendrin und ist mit U-Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Das Bett war superbequem. Kaffeemaschine war auch im Zimmer. Da das Zimmer strassenseitig ausgerichtet war, war es eher sehr lärmig (hatte aber eine Klimaanlage).

• Xavier (7/5): Parfait pour un court séjour. - Cet hôtel est idéalement placé par rapport au centre et à l’acropole. Peut-être un peu bruyant car donnant sur une grande avenue mais les double vitrages font le job. Les chambres sont immenses et confortables. Le fait de ne pas avoir de salle de petit dej est original mais les petits dejs façon uber eats sont copieux et bons. Attention toutefois au respect des horaires. Le dernier jour le livreur était en retard et cela nous a mis en stress pour aller ensuite à l’aéroport.

• Stephen (7/5): Ok Hotel, not great staff but close to tourist attractions - Close to most tourist places When we arrived we were surprised there was no lobby and toilets . We arrived early and they said that our room was not ready and said no toilets in the hotel just the rooms. They said they would phone us when the room was avialable . Which they didnt do at all and we came back at the check in of 3 pm, no apologies or nothing!! Also room has mold and rot in the bathroom
• Shruti Sundar (8/5): - Stayed here for the second time. Location is great, I never have to use public transport as all the main sites are within walking distance. The rooms are massive and very comfortable. The bathroom drain operates very slow, probably needs a declogging.

• Elena (8/5): Central location, good hotel and friendly staff - The room was very spacious, with tea/coffee available as well as the likes of a toastie maker in the kitchenette. The location was great, with only a short walk to the nearest metro station or tram stop, and a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis. The room was next to a very busy road, so sometimes the road noise was quite loud. The only other thing was that the shower tray was leaking, so for us we had to continuously keep an eye on this when going for a shower, which was not ideal. But overall these were minor issues that didn’t spoil our vacation.

• Rory (6/5): Fine for a basic, overnight stay! - Extremely conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from Sygrou Fix metro, in the vibrant area of Koukaki. Check in was easy, staff pleasant and welcoming. The room was quiet and spacious and the bed very comfortable as would / should be expected of CoCo-Mat which they are advertised as. There were tea & coffee amenities provided which were also appreciated. Everything you need is within a 1-2 minute walk. As soon as we walked into the room there was an immediate strong, musty smell and also an unplesant smell emitting from the bathroom drains - so we opened all the windows to let some fresh air through the room as it didn't feel particularly clean or fresh. We also noticed that this smell was then in the corridors and stair-well so it seems that the housekeeping were possibly using an old mop / stale water to clean with. There were numerous stains on the sofa - thankfully no one was having to sleep on it, and also on the carpet. Overall the decor was a bit 'tired' - could do with a little bit of tlc / tidying up.

• Maria (9/5): - Εξαιρετικά ευγενική και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση στο front desk από τη Φωτεινή, τόσο την ημέρα της άφιξής μας όσο και κατά την αναχώρηση. Την ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη φιλοξενία και τη διάθεσή της να βοηθήσει! Η σουίτα διέθετε άνετο και ευρύχωρο χώρο, ενώ το κρεβάτι ήταν πραγματικά πολύ άνετο και συνέβαλε σε μια ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Το πρωινό ήταν νόστιμο και προσεγμένο. Αν και στο στάδιο της κράτησης δεν μας είχε γίνει απολύτως σαφές ότι προσφέρεται σε μορφή breakfast box με τρεις προκαθορισμένες επιλογές, σε συγκεκριμένες πρωινές ώρες (ήταν κάτι που μας επικοινωνηθηκε για πρώτη φορά με mail μετά την κράτηση, και ίσως αρχικά να προτιμούσαμε τον κλασικό ξενοδοχειακό μπουφέ) τελικά το απολαύσαμε στην ησυχία και την άνεση του δωματίου μας, κάτι που είχε τη δική του γοητεία. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής, με αρκετά προσεγμένους χώρους και φιλικό προσωπικό που δημιουργεί μια ιδιαίτερα θετική εντύπωση. Ίσως ακουστεί υπερβολικό εκ μέρους μου, όμως το αναφέρω με καλή πρόθεση για λόγους βελτίωσης. Η επικοινωνία από το ξενοδοχείο πριν από τη διαμονή, παρότι είναι απολύτως κατανοητό ότι είχε proactive χαρακτήρα με στόχο την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση (κάτι που εκτιμώ) ήταν αρκετά συχνή και εκτενής σε σχέση με την πραγματική ανάγκη. Θα μπορούσε το καλωσόρισμα για την επικείμενη διαμονή, η ερώτηση σχετικά με πιθανό transfer και όποια άλλη πληροφορία ήθελε να μας μεταφέρει το ξενοδοχείο να συγκεντρωθούν σε ένα ενιαίο, πιο σύντομο και αποτελεσματικό μήνυμα, αντί για τόσα πολλά ξεχωριστά. Το μοναδικό ουσιαστικό μειονέκτημα του δωματίου ήταν η πόρτα του μπάνιου. Είναι γυάλινη (με θολό γυαλί), όμως δεν κλείνει πλήρως στο κούφωμα, με αποτέλεσμα να μένει ένα μικρό αλλά αισθητό κενό μεταξύ πόρτας και πλαισίου. Έτσι δεν υπάρχει ουσιαστική ηχητική ιδιωτικότητα στην τουαλέτα. 😁 Δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε ούτε μπαλκόνι ώστε να υπάρχει κάποιο workaround στην κατάσταση. Ίσως μια απλή προσθήκη, όπως ένα λάστιχο στεγανοποίησης ή κάτι παρόμοιο, να μπορούσε να βελτιώσει την κατάσταση.

• Yanhaoyang (10/5): nice - The staff were very helpful, the hotel has a great location with excellent transportation access, and there are many restaurants nearby. The facilities are a bit old, and the noise from the road next to it is quite loud.

Druga sprawa że jak się już dostarcza pudełka do pokoju to powinny być w tym pokoju oprócz kubków, filiżanek, ekspresu i czajnika, jeszcze jakieś talerzyki do jedzenia a nie na łóżku z tekturki jeść. to samo dotyczy kawy i herbaty w pokoju - brak uzupełnienia, choć faktem jest że nie chciałem codziennie sprzątania pokoju.

• Maria (4/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο μετρό. Τα σεντόνια και το σκέπασμα ήταν βρώμικα και είχαν τρίχες από προηγούμενους πελάτες! Μου έφεραν 2 φορές καθαρά σεντόνια δύο υπάλληλοι της ρεσεψιόν γιατί τα πρώτα ήταν κι αυτά γεμάτα τρίχες αφού η καμαριέρα είχε σχολάσει. Τελικά την τρίτη φορά κατέβηκα στην υποδοχή για να ζητήσω καθαρό πάπλωμα. Οι υπάλληλοι της υποδοχής δεν έκαναν τίποτα για να επανορθώσουν για όλη την ταλαιπωρία μου! Επιπλέον, το τηλέφωνο του δωματίου δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά! Δεν θα προτιμήσω ξανά το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο.

• Erik (10/5): Very big room, very well equipped on a great location. Friendly staff! - Perfect location on a main street bordering the Plaka neighbourhood. Few minutes walk to the Acropolis museum. The room was huge and had a nice seating area. Well equipped kitchen that had a Nespresso machine with cups. Very warm welcome by the staff - we met three of them and all extremely friendly. Can´t think of anything negative except maybe that the elevator was a bit small, but that didn´t ruin the fun!

• Deborah (9/5): Kamer met superuitzicht - Wij sliepen in het penthouse en hadden een fantastisch uitzicht op de Akropolis. Prima bedden. Metro 50 meter verderop. Je kunt kiezen uit 3 ontbijtboxen -ook vegan-, Maar dan mis ik toch een lekkere koffie. In de buurt zijn genoeg opties met koffie. Hotel ligt vlakbij entree akropolis(museum). Het hotel ligt op een enorm druk punt met veel verkeerslawaai. De douche is prima, maar wel heel klein. De ontvangst was beetje stug. Verder heel vriendelijk.

• ESTIBALIZ (7/5): HABITACION ENORME - El hotel esta muy cerca de la parada de metro syggrou y también cerca de la acrópolis. Muchos restaurantes en la zona, supermercados.... A la plaza sintagma hay unos 23 minutos andando( a 2 paradas de metro), y para llegar al hotel, si vas en metro, tienes que coger 2 líneas diferentes de metro. Y para ir al aeropuerto, si el vuelo es por la mañana, desde la plaza sintagma pasaría sobre las 5:50 horas. La habitación es muy amplia, confortable, cama muy grande, sofá, butaca, tocador... La cocina tiene jabón, esponja, balleta, hervidor de agua, nevera, máquina con capsulas de café y sobres de infusiones; y, una mesa con 2 sillas para comer. El baño tenía un tamaño normal, ni grande, ni pequeño, con ducha. Había gel, champú y body milk sin siliconas, ni parabenos, gorro de ducha y zapatillas. Había un armario amplio. El hotel te ofrecen servicio transfer al aeropuerto más barato que las páginas web. Se puede reservar en el mostrador, 48 euros, que hay que pagar al taxista. Te dicen que se puede pagar en metálico o con tarjeta, pero el taxista te pide en metálico. La habitación tenía cortinas opacas y estaban caídas por los lados, así que dejaba pasar la luz, y al estar al lado de una avenida muy transitada, ruido (a pesar que la zona era tranquila). En la habitación, hacía calor por la noche, aunque se apagara la calefacción mucho antes de dormir. La caja fuerte no funcionaba. A la ducha se le iba algo el agua.

I would like your restaurant to offer more casual selections of food in addition to formal dinner. E.g, breakfast choices like yogurtand sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and sparkling water.

• Cindy (8/5): - We had the loft room. 7th floor. It has a large patio facing the acropolis. We had wine 🍷 out there at night. It was noisy at night. Balcony doors didnt shut tightly we think. Room was clean. Box breakfast is good for 1 morning. Employees were nice. Had a tea and coffee maker in the room. We would stay here again .

• June (10/5): - Arrived early and was afraid we might not be able to check in, but the staff gave us a room anyway—no additional charge like in the States. This hotel felt very safe and quiet. The rooms are HUGE with a hidden kitchenette. Really liked this hotel even though we stayed just one night. Very close to the Acropolis and walkable everywhere. Would love to come back to this hotel in the future!

Ponto principal é que fica a poucos passos do metrô que usamos para ir ao aeroporto. Café da manhã é servido em uma caixa sem quase opção. Pensei que tivesse rooftop para tomar café e drinks mas não tem, e tinha visto fotos no anúncio.
• Bruce (10/5): - Small, but very nice hotel conveniently located near the heart of Athens. The hotel is walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka and many other historical sights. Our hotel room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities including a kitchenette and eating area. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, and was delivered to our room each morning.

• Danara (10/5): - Отличный спокойный чистый отель с круглосуточной стойкой регистрации. Так как мы приезжали ночью, нам было важно, чтобы можно было заселиться в 4 утра. Сотрудник на ресепшн любезно разрешил нам выселиться несколько позднее обычного, учитывая наше позднее заселение. Клиентоориентированы! Чистое свежее постельное белье, просторный номер, комфортный душ. Отель находится на центральной улице Афин, Акрополь, Парфенон, Олимпийский стадион находятся в пешей доступности. Все понравилось. Жаль нет завтраков.
• Gala (8/5): Suite familiar para 4 - La ubicación es excelente, al lado del metro, cerca de la acrópolis y el barrio tiene restaurantes y cafeterías con buenos precios. La suite familiar es muy amplia y dispone de una pequeña cocina empotrada. Los azulejos de la ducha estaban un poco viejos y puede dar la sensación de falta de limpieza

• Amilcare (7/5): Massimo 1 notte, non di più. - In zona tutto sommato comoda per il centro, con metro vicinissima, camera urban suite comoda e dotata di tutto Camera sporca. Rumoroso.
• SARA (10/5): - Ottima posizione a 100 metri dalla stazione della metro con la quale giri comodamente tutta Atene, areoporto compreso. Si arriva facimente all'Acropoli anche a piedi con una breve passeggiata Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione e per la vista sull,acropoli, ma purtroppo al momento della prenotazione non ho chiesto una camera con vista acropoli e quindi ne abbiamo avuta una, bella, comoda, ma ad in piano troppo basso per poterla vedere.
