• Aurélie (2/5): - Séjour très décevant. La chambre dispose bien d’une fenêtre, mais elle donne uniquement sur une cour intérieure de service fermée, ce qui rend la pièce sombre et peu agréable. La salle de bain ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées lors de la réservation. Le ménage était très approximatif et le lit était en réalité composé de deux matelas côte à côte, peu confortables. L’endroit est également très bruyant dès le matin. Concernant les bagages, on vous demande de quitter la chambre à 11h alors que la consigne n’est accessible qu’à partir de 12h. Si vous souhaitez déposer vos valises plus tôt, il faut vous rendre dans un autre lieu situé à environ 10 minutes à pied, avec une réduction de 25 %, mais paiement en espèces uniquement… pas très pratique. Le seul vrai point positif reste l’emplacement, qui est excellent.

Some minor repairs needed; kitchen faucet ready to fall off, the clothes rack was wobbling like a drunken sailor, toilet paper holder barely hanging on the wall like someone had tried 3 times to screw it to the wall. If I had tools I would have done some handyman repairs. None of the above takes away from an otherwise excellent stay!

We took the ‘penthouse’ apartment which was perfect for us and our 3 year old. She was able to nap and we could sit in the sun during siesta time. Apartment is well equipped and VERY clean. Also….. possibly the best hairdryer I’ve had in a hotel!! They were super helpful with suitcases outside of check in/check out times. Would 100% recommend!!!

The apartment is very centrally located and close to the shopping district, bridge over the river to the Triana district, Setas de Sevilla, Royal Alcazar and the Cathedral. We were only a 10 minute walk to anything, with shopping and bars at the end of the street. The bed is so comfortable and the apartment so quiet that we slept for hours longer than usual. There is a flamenco show downstairs, we didn't go to it, but we weren't disturbed by it at all. Thanks for a lovely stay, if we were to come back to Sevilla again we would stay again. There was a little maintenance issue but we have let them know and I am sure it will have been repaired.

• Maria (2/5): Not recommended! - The only thing is central location. But, its the same building where Flamenco dances take place. So , you hear this loud music, clutter very good till around 10 pm. It was really loud. The property was dirty. When we came the floor was with dirty footprints in living room/ kitchen , in bedroom.. Honestly, I didn’t realize that it was true.. In our apartment, it was number 3, there were no one windows to the street , absolutely no day light. There were a lot of small ants running everywhere as well. Behind the bathroom door was very dirty .. We booked the property for 2 nights, but abandoned after the 1st night, and of course didn’t get money back… as the property staff told us that they were not informed about the dirtiness, but I did, per WA, just didn’t receive any answer. However the Screen shots were sent to them. So , I would not recommend this property.

Maleducazione ospiti. Poi appartamenti senza avere un qualcosa per pulire? Struttura non adeguata. Top solo per la posizione.

• SARA (10/5): Appuntamento molto bello! - Ordinato, pulito, comodo, un appartamento veramente grazioso. Qualcosa si potrebbe migliorare: cucina un pochino più fornita, tv satellitare, qualche dettaglio che forse dovrebbe esserci in un appartamento non proprio economico.
• Chiara (7/5): Ottima posizione, pulizia e letto comodissimo, con qualche punto di attenzione da verificare - Posizione, pulizia, cortesia e tempestività nella risposta alle richieste da parte del personale. Letto comodissimo. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il lavandino del bagno che era otturato e dietro segnalazione è stato riparato subito. Il fatto di non poter lasciare i bagagli al di fuori dell’orario di apertura della receptionist (es. check out alle 11 apertura receptionist alle 12 così siamo stati costretti a utilizzare il deposito bagagli per una sola ora). Il deposito bagagli suggerito è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura quindi non comodissimo. Per questo motivo non la suggerirei a chi viaggia in aereo. Inoltre l’appartamento era senza finestre e sprovvisto di luce naturale, questo non era stato segnalato in fase di prenotazione e le foto dell’appartamento disponibili su Booking erano tutte con finestre.

Se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle, es de decir que no el ruido normal de cualquier día,si no la juventud a voces a las 3 de la mañana o los de la limpieza con el soplador y máquinas varias tras el paso de la procesión. • Cristina (9/5): Vacacions en familia - La ubicación, estás a 5 minutos del barrio de Triana y a unos 15 min del centro. Tienes bares cerca para salir a tomar algo y disfrutar de la noche sevillana. La verdad es que fue una gran elección. Que no tenga servicio de guardar el equipaje y tengas que ir caminando 10 min con las maletas a un local donde te las guardan pagando aunque te hagan un descuento por hospedarte en el hotel

• Beauvois (8/5): Séjour en couple - L'appartement est bien équipé au calme la literie très confortable. La facilité du checking l'emplacement et le fait de pouvoir tout faire à pied La propreté. Peut être le manque de vu vers l'extérieur mais en soi ce n'était pas vraiment gênant car nous passions la journée à nous balader. La douche manquait un peu de puissance.
