Pam (7/5): The property was clean, staff was responsive. - I loved the wall of windows looking onto the deck. Lovely! The couch in the main living area was a loveseat and not very comfortable. the couch in the area off of the kitchen was full sized and I felt like it should have been downstairs. there seemed to be a lot of items that I had to point out to be taken care of. Not sure how that was overlooked prior to my checking in. Stair tread very loose, shower in main bedroom couldn't be regulated, light in jacuzzi in master bath blinked, hot water in bathroom off of living area the faucet was coming off and it was dripping, just a lot of things to be fixed. I felt like if I didn't report every single thing I was going to be charged something because of all of the signs everywhere. I truly did not like the signs posted everywhere telling you what not to do. That could all be in the contract or in emails. didn't feel welcoming.

Megan (8/5): Very good - Beautiful cabin. We loved the hot tub, pool table, rain shower, jacuzzi tub, kitchen, and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. They were doing construction on the cabin next door so the view outside the front of our cabin was not pretty.
