Brittny (3/5): It was okay but a lot of little things made it very stressful - Location. Started off by not being able to check in on time. While I get being flexible. We started traveling at 2 am that day and getting into our condo late started us off bad. Communication with Mary was amazing but everyone else didn't seem to want to keep her informed as to why and what was going on and when we were going to be able to check in. Our fridge froze all of our food. Couldn't eat or drink anything without thawing it. Then our dryer took 2 if not 3 cycles to dry any clothes. While we loved the convenience of the condos and they were beautiful. I struggle to want to come back knowing we may have the same issues. A reply would be appreciated. Because I’ve already emailed the company with NO reply.
