- TEO TIAM FOO (3/5): - Location convenient "Very bad staff attitude. No towel and no floor mat were provided. The reason given was that the towels were ‘not dry yet.’ From night until morning there was no update. Staff were also rude, answering questions with arrogance as if we owed them RM10k. At midnight, staff made noise with another customer until police had to be called to the hotel. Very unprofessional service."

- Morgz (1/5): Cockroach Hotel - Non After check-in i noticed toilet, mirror table, bed is full of cockroaches; informed receptionist but only spray has given and be informed to to spray and let the door open 1 after. I just follow what receptionist said. Once I enter to the room again all cockroach dancing on my bed. Guys I cancel the booking and check out from the room immediately since room change not provided at first place. Kindly refund my money

There's a used mug with leftover drinks. A/C remote can't be used. Kettle still have a balance water from previous customer. Toilet tap is very dirty & the floor is sticky. The staff gave me the wrong room. Picture advertised not same with what you get.

- Nur (1/5): Nak berak tak selera, nahh mold and daki everywheree - Do not deserve a star at all, room is so dirty, bedsheet never replace and already yellowish. They should replace new bedsheet even the bed should replace new one. The mattress also flat. shower toilet seems like never wash, terrible especially at toilet bowl below. I nak berak pun tak selera. The view and what is they provide the photos inside Booking.com and Agoda is totalku different and bluff. Worst case the ceiling wall already moldy and will affected the health of customer. no tv remote. No in-rooom cell phone. Aircond dont have the cover. Omg pleaseee

- Anne (1/5): Worst stay ever - Nothing as it was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen They provided us the first room with No proper aircond functioning , Bed was stinky , walls had this plaster bagworm literally everywhere and the worst part is their bathroom - Floor was dirty , Toilet bowl dirty , Towels was damn dirty as well, All the room window was broken , Not locked properly , Dressing table mirror was broken and they just sticked medical plaster 🤬… After calling the reception guy who was almost all the time on his personal HP, He did not even come up to have a look instead asked us to come down to get another room’s card - Where is the customer service??????? Next room was ok ok lahhhh room floor very sticky and the same comments as the previous room as well …. So for a budget hotel’s deluxe room this was terrible and I really hope they will improvise their hotel in future …. The hotel workers was smoking in the reception which was vry uncomfortable at all

- Frank Sze-Wei (6/5): - Like they say, "you get what you pay for". Again, ignore the other negative reviews. It is a no frills, sleep and go kind of place. They do provide all the expected amenities and upkeeps despite the deteriorating condition of the building. Great to just come in, get some sleep. A two star facility. No frills. Basic.
