• Maggie (7/5): Good base to explore Vinh. - Large spotlessly clean room with a great view. Comfy bed. Excellent shower. Tasty breakfast. Happy atmosphere. Felt a little tired and run down. The window between the bed and bath was odd.

Hotel is a little isolated from main centre, no smoking floors had ash trays provided which encourages people to smoke. Lots of street works in progress, always negotiating rubble.

• Laura (7/5): If you have to visit Vinh, this hotel is fine. - Staff was very helpful, the room itself was decent. The breakfast options are very specific to the Vietnamese clientelle, can be surprising if you're not used to it. The room could use a bit of deep cleaning.
• Darius (9/5): Looking for value? Try Lam Giam. - My 2nd stay. Staff customer service, breakfast, hot bath water, and location are the best features. Staff seeks to understand and is approachable. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING! Beef soup, w baguette and omelette (chilli & lime), was a great start each day. Not having reliable hot water is a deal breaker. Lam Giam always came thru! The location is fantastic for me. Great mixture of old and new. Businesses and local people. Everyone in Vinh is wonderful. Thanks for another fantastic stay...except cold and no sunshine. ;)" Bathroom improvements wouldn't hurt. But not a negative. Cleanliness tops everything. And room was very clean

Breakfast was a very good selection. Laundry service was very fast and inexpensive! Close to museums and shopping! I did manage to find a nice place nearby with a garden style.

The breakfast had a good variety of choices, the food was delicious. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! The TV in our room had issues and interferences. Plus while taking the shower, the water always flooded on the floor despite taking measures of preventing it.
• Peter (7/5): Nice place, let down by sloppy cleaning. - It's a nice enough room. Except for the one bad point in would probably have merited an 8. There was a discarded face mask and an empty bottle on the desktop next to the TV. Uggh! It's a shame that one lazy or inattentive cleaning staff dropped this room down a point. It made me wonder what other (unseen) traces of the previous occupant remained.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a well appointed, modern and spacious room and very quiet. Everything worked perfectly with good Wifi and plenty of fresh towels. The reception staff were very helpful with bus station directions and prompt taxi request. Nothing to fault and the price was amazingly cheap for the rating.
• vincent (8/5): - The night reception team was very ill informed. They called a taxi to take me to a restaurant they recommended but I got a tour of the Vinh suburb instead. They also told me that there was no English speaking touring company which also turned out to be misleading. This is also the only hotel in VN that keeps your passport till check out time. Otherwise, it's a big modern comfortable hotel n the breakfast is sumptuous.
• Michael (8/5): Great Hotel for a short stay. - We enjoyed our stay and found the Hotel to be a great value. It is an older Property and could use an upgrade. The Rooms are very large and comfortable. We had a full bath and large sink area. A buffet style breakfast was included.

We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was fine, too. Wifi was good. Great choice and a good value for your money.Very pleasant, helpful staff. There is a large super store down the street a few blocks from the hotel.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - 가격대에 대한 호텔은 매우좋음. 호텔서비스 조식 방크기 등등 8일간의 여정중에서 제일넓고 제일 좋은 호텔.(지역차가 심해서 그럴수도있음) vinh 시에서 외국인이 크게 보려고 하는건 몇없기때문에 대부분 현지인이 투숙을 많이함. 가끔 시끄러울때도있지만 이야기하면 대부분 조용해지는듯함. 또한 밤늦게 체크인시 영어가 잘안통할수도있기때문에 체크아웃시 반드시 명확한 확인이 필요함.
