- CANSU (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Staff were nice. They tried to improve our super negative experience but it was impossible to fit it. Everything. Extremely dirty. There were poop stains in and around the toilet and unidentifiable marks on chairs/carpet, hair on sheets. The carpet was burnt here and there. The chair was broken. The fire alarm is not working and people are smoking obviously. I understand it’s a budget hotel but this level of dirtiness is unacceptable.

- Maha (8/5): I felt peaceful and secure while staying in the hotel. The area is family wise, comfortable with everything you need is - A part from the street noise , everything was great. The outside noise. The narrow street in front of the hotel, neighbors cars blocking entrance to hotel making it hard to handle your luggage

- Gresa (10/5): - The room hotel was the same as in the photos. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Dolla. A sweet girl that helped us with every question and request. She also helped us with shuttle service to airport with a convinient price. The neighbourhood seemed safe and the bus station was near. Around there are places to eat, shops, rossman ect. 8-10 min by walk you can go to Büyük Mecidiye Mosque, Mecidiye near the sea where you can take beautiful photos.

- Neslihan (4/5): Lage OK. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. - Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Man war innerhalb von etwa fünf Minuten direkt am Meydan bzw. an der Fähre. In der Umgebung gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kioske, Obst- und Gemüseläden sowie Friseure. Außerdem hatte man eine große Auswahl an Bäckereien und Lokalen zum Essen und Frühstücken. Das war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer (Nr. 507) war leider sehr klein und insgesamt recht eng. Zudem gab es kein funktionierendes WLAN – weder im Zimmer noch in der Lobby. Im Zimmer waren Bleichmittelflecken auf dem Boden zu sehen die Fenster waren sehr dreckig. Auch die Dusche war problematisch: Der Abfluss war verstopft, sodass sich Wasser gesammelt hat, was sehr unangenehm war. Außerdem hat es lange gedauert, bis das Wasser warm wurde.“

The room was wider than we thought. Loved it. Nothing, just the transport was a bit an issue. We needed to use mostly bus and it was always crowded. So, we chose taxi most of the time

- Khalid (10/5): - Otel gerçekten çok temiz, konforlu ve huzurlu bir ortama sahipti. Konumu çok iyiydi, ulaşım açısından kolay oldu. En önemlisi ise çalışanlar çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Özellikle Emre Bey bize her konuda yardımcı oldu, güler yüzü ve profesyonelliği sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Gelecek sefer Kapadokya’ya geldiğimizde tekrar burada kalmak isterim. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

W nocy hałasy z korytarza okna nieszczelne łazienka zagrzybiona. Nie chcieli wystawić faktury za pobyt pomimo wielokrotnych próśb.
