La struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a vari negozi/bar/ristoranti e questo è un altro vantaggio fondamentale. Lo staff è stato incredibilmente gentile e accogliente fin dal momento della prenotazione, cosa non scontata. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Ripeterei l’esperienza.

• Manda (10/5): - Vše OK, prostorný dvoupokojový byt, poměr ceny a kvality akorát. Místo je kousek od moře (pěšky 3 minuty), přitom ve vedlejší ulici. Hluk kolem je jako v přímořském letovisku - my spali se špunty do uší. Parkování v garáži nutné, není moc kde parkovat. Pláž je placená, s tím, že zadarmo můžete jít až před pláž, k moři. My jsme s tím neměli problém, leželi jsme na ručnících. Ale nejsou k dispozici žádné sprchy zdarma - jsou na čip . Na WC jsme chodili "na černo" - na vstupu k pláži bylo tablo s klíčem, který si brali hosté pláže dle potřeby. Nikdo u toho nestál celou dobu, aby kontroloval, zda ten, kdo si bere klíče, má zaplaceno. V těsné blízkosti perfektní zmzlinárna, pekárna. Luxus. Vše bylo OK.

Avere la cassaforte in camera è stata top. Gli utensili per la cucina erano un po' basici. In particolare le padelle antiaderenti erano rovinate per cui da cambiare. Lo stendino e la scopa erano rovinati e da cambiare.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfetto per una vacanza rilassante a due passi dal mare - Siamo una coppia giovane e abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni fantastici alla Residence Villazzurra a Rimini. L’appartamento era molto spazioso e dotato di tutto quello che serve, con una cucina funzionale e un frigo con freezer molto comodo. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo il balconcino, perfetto per le cene a due, e le tapparelle oscuranti permettevano di dormire al buio completo, davvero comodo. La spiaggia è vicinissima, solo 5 minuti a piedi attraversando due stradine. Nei dintorni ci sono tanti bar, ristoranti e caffè, quindi non ci siamo mai annoiati. Anche l’aria condizionata è stata una salvezza, molto potente e posizionata in modo intelligente. Gli armadi erano spaziosi e sufficienti per tutte le nostre cose. I proprietari della residence sono stati gentilissimi, sempre disponibili ma molto discreti. Abbiamo anche apprezzato la tranquillità della zona. Solo alcune sere si sentiva un po’ di musica dall’hotel vicino ma nulla di fastidioso, anzi il karaoke ci ha fatto sorridere. Un altro punto positivo è la raccolta differenziata ben organizzata. In generale ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremmo volentieri. Assolutamente consigliato Tutto perfetto 😊

Il residence è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Mi ha colpito la cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario e di sua moglie per ogni esigenza. Il Wi-Fi ed il sistema di condizionamento sono gratuiti, presente anche una cassetta di sicurezza. Ho parcheggiato all'interno della struttura e concordato il prezzo con il proprietario e mi ha fatto anche lo sconto. Vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. A due passi a piedi da Fiabilandia e molti altri servizi. Adatto a famiglie con bambini anche piccoli. Complimenti

Appartement ligt in een doodlopend straatje en is dus rustig. Restaurants en bakkerij zijn dichtbij. Het appartement was heel netjes, prima bed maar aan de korte kant. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping met een fijn balkon en een uitzicht op zee. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Niets.

• TB (7/5): - Apartament had everything mentioned in the booking description, its located close to the free public beach, shops, bus stop. Overall it was ok. Underground parking is a plus as well. Walls and windows of the building are not soundproof at all, you can hear everything from the room next to you and from the street. Room equipment has already few years and you can feel that. Shower is very small and requies either very good cleaning or replacement. There where no wine glasses in the apartment. In general it's ok, but considering the price, I'd expect better quality.

• Anton (8/5): - Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und beteut. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug. Sehr gute und sehr ruhige Lage. Keine Parkplatzprobleme im Oktober.

• Єрмийчук (10/5): Все понравилось. - Понравилось все,я видела,что я бронирую и апартаменты полностью соответствовали фото. Понравилось все,но не мешало бы жидкость для посуды и мочалки для посуды,так как есть кухня и можно что то приготовить.
• Palina (10/5): Would return here without a hesitation! - Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach). The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant. Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge! Lovely play area for children at the property :) a kitchen towel could have been useful but that's a minor detail :)
• Miklós (9/5): Családi apartman a központban - A házigazdák nagyon segítőkészek , barátságosak voltak. Az ágyak kényelmesek , az apartman a két különálló szobával megfelelő egy 4 tagú családnak. 2 utcára a tengertől (kb 300m). A központi elhelyezkedés nappal előny este hátrány ....
• Anzhelika (10/5): - Сразу когда заходишь тебя встречают приятные, с улыбкой на лице итальянцы). Все показывают , рассказывают. Все доступно, есть лифт. Так как это апартаменты- ты сам убираешь, выносишь мусор и стираешь белье). Есть варочная поверхность, холодильник, кондиционер. Можно самим приготовить еду. На улице есть мангал. Так же есть велосипеды , на которых можно сгонять в центр, в маркете( а их тут много). Я была с сыном, который в инвалидной коляске. Для нас была узковата душевая на 3 этаже, хотя на первом и втором уже поменяли на новые, там пошире. Надеюсь к следующему году и выше поменяют. Пляжа своего нет, надо платить . Но по сравнению с тем удовольствием которое мы получили от отдыха это всё мелочи.)
• andrea (10/5): - Residence molto bello, personale molto accogliente e disponibile, ambiente pulito. Ascensore, tessera magnetica x entrare, carrelli per portare le valige in camera, avvolgibili delle porte del terrazzo elettrici, garage sotteraneo x l'auto. TOP, lo consiglio.
