Tracy (8/5): Lovely hotel, some issues need addressing - Comfortable & clean hotel, front of staff house were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location was good close to beach and good transport links to city. The two receptionists were amazing and a credit to the hotel (sorry didn't catch their names). Decor was very nice throughout with some quirky touches. Lovely view over the beach from the breakfast room. View from the room (non existent, we looked at wall/enclosed square in the middle of the building, you have to pay extra on an already pretty expensive room rate to get a sea or city view), breakfast choice was limited and service was a shambles most days - waited 40 mins for tomatoes & ricotta on toast and my husband's scrambled egg & bacon (bearing in mind they only have around 18-20 breakfast covers per sitting), when I asked why it was taking so long I was told the toast takes longer! We did raise this with reception at the time. We needed to use the courtesy room (which is also the disabled toilet facility) after checkout as we had a late flight and had to wait while chairs & tables were taken out of the room (I have to say the 2 ladies on reception did this willingly and apologised for the wait, but surely accessible facilities should be accessible)?

Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind dem sehr lauten Lärm des nahegelegenen Strandclubs ausgesetzt. Die Musik war bis 3 Uhr morgens zu hören und sehr unangenehm.

Lokacija za potepe je zadovoljiva. Boljša in vsaj malce bolj pestra izbira hrane pri zajtrku. Nerazumevanje angleščine pri gostinskem osebju. Moteče jutranje kričanje, prerekanje in nadlegovanje brezdomcev v jutranjih urah v parku tik ob hotelu - hrup.

We had odd problems at check in. Curtains blocking the ocean view and door were jammed closed, phone did not work, TV was not working and a the only free standing light did not work.

Ralph (6/5): - Sehr schöne Lage fast am Strand. Zimmer mit spezieller Terrasse, welche für 2 Personen sehr gross bemessen ist aber keinerlei Aussicht bietet, da im inneren des Gebäudes. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad sind geräumig und funktionell gut eingerichtet. Störend ist wie leider auch in anderen Hotels zu häufig anzutreffend, dass es kaum Haken an den Wänden oder Tür gibt, wo man Kleider, Toilettentasche, etc aufhängen kann. Das aktuell provisorische Frühstückszimmer ist nicht wirklich komfortabel. Die Stühle zeigen eine entweder zu hohe oder zu tiefe Sitzhöhe für die Tische. Auch scheint mir das System, dass alles was nachgefüllt über einen Lift transportiert werden muss nicht sehr effizient. So gab es leider zu häufig, dass v.a. die Früchte, Schinken-/Käsebuffet oder auch Säfte nicht aufgefüllt bzw. leer waren. Sehr ansprechend war, dass man jeden morgen auch warme Zusatzgerichte (Spiegeleier, Omelette, Toasts) bestellen konnte. Der Strand ist gross und weitläufig und bietet bei Wunsch auch die Möglichkeit Sonnenschirme und Strandliegen zu mieten. Es gibt in kurzer Gehdistand Bushaltestellen sowie eine Strassenbahnhaltestelle, welche eine gute Verbindung ins Zentrum bieten. Siehe Bemerkung zum Frühstückszimmer. Die an der Strandpromenade gelegenen Restaurants würde ich abends eher meiden, es gibt bessere Restaurants in Richtung Zentrum, auch in Gehdistanz welche in Sachen Preis-Leistung um vieles besser sind. Im April waren die Umkleiden/Toiletten am Strand leider noch geschlossen nicht aber die Liegestuhlvermietung.
Paul (7/5): Would recommend - assuming no major events were set to cause disruption. - Lovely clean rooms, super comfortable beds, superb beach front location. Barely 30 mins from the airport by cab - perfect. We were unlucky that our stay coincided with an obscenely loud food festival that played exceptionally loud music until midnight each night of our stay from a car park only a few hundred meters from the hotel. While not the responsibility of the hotel, it would have been nice to have been informed of the potential noise issue when our booking was confirmed.

Kath (4/5): Under whelmed - Very pretty lobby and nice rooms with great beach views. We were there end of March 2026. One of the reasons why I booked it was because of the rooftop terrace. However this area was not available, and as there is no bar, you have to go sit on the sandy beach , there is no social area at the hotel, other than the restaurant, which is not theirs and was mainly empty and not really where you go for a drink. The restaurant seemed to be busy at lunchtime with families (local), busy for about two hours but every time we walked through it to the stairs it was empty. We ate there once and we paid 60 euro for a paella with two prawns, we were totally ripped off.

Wollte einen Tisch nur für Getränke haben um zu warten bis unser Zimmer fertig ist wurden von den Plätzen verwiesen obwohl wir zuerst zu den Plätzen zugewiesen wurden. Nicht einmal die Hälfte der Tische war belegt und trotzdem mussten wir aufstehen die Rechnung wurde uns einfach auf den Tisch geknallt.

Elizabeth (10/5): FANTASTIC‼️ - Staff are so friendly and smiley. Everything excellent including breakfast. I stayed here just 1 night on the way to Malaga and just 1 night on the way back. Someone noted that I was returning, so in the room on our return, there was a Welcome Back handwritten note and a couple of chocolates. I also received a text asking if everything was to my satisfaction. Wow‼️ Impressive‼️ And I didn’t even stay in more than a “basic” room which was again comfortable in every way!

Rene (10/5): Schönes und Modernes Hotel. - Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der Lage kann es während der Saison laut werden. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Disco in der Nähe und auch die Lüftungsanlage des Hotels.

Martina (5/5): - Eine sehr einladende Lobby und bequem Baustelle und sehr laut beim Schwimmen,unerträglich,leider keine Entspannung diesbzgl. Ein Kellner wischte zwar die Tische ab,aber alle Brösel landeten auf den Bänken oder Sesseln. Die wischte ich mir dann selber ab.

Anastasia (9/5): Clean and new little hotel - We booked a room with a city view and we’re happy with our choice: the room was very spacious and full of light. The night lighting was also very pleasant (warm light). Everything looked new, tidy and clean. The view was also nice - from the balcony you could see the port. The location is great if you would like to be near the beach. There are direct buses (95) going to the Art/Science center from the Neptu tram/bus stop which is located near the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady in glasses at the reception. It’s quite a long commute to get to the city center,around 40 min by public transport (tram + subway)
annie (10/5): Séjour enchanté à Valencia - Le personnel très aux petits soins... Mauvaise réservation pour réveillon du 31/12...on nous a aidé à avoir un repas :uber eats! Et avec assiettes couverts et serviettes en tissus en chambre. De plus on a reçu une bouteille de champagne❤ Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé le 31/12 au soir Nous y avons mangé la veille et c'était Excellent!!
René (8/5): Mittelmässiges Hotel für Durschreise oder ein Aufenthalt von 1-2 Tage - Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand und 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas angehobener sein .Die Auswahl ist sehr Bescheiden . Durch ein Problem mit der Wasserzufuhr in den Zimmern , war ein richtiges Duschen nicht möglich ( wasser kam langsam dann schnell dann kalt dann mega warm ) was bei weitem nicht Angenehm war

ES (10/5): Excellent, small, modern hotel by the sea - Beautifully designed modern hotel. Very comfortable room and lovely, generous breakfast. A lot of thought has been put into the details, such as the ceramic and carved wood artwork. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I thought it was a 4-star hotel until I noticed the 3-star plaque when I was leaving It was great all round.
