- Jens (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage - Tolles Appartement, sehr schön ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Mit den Skibus ist man in fünf Minuten am der Station. Die Wirtin ist supernett. Sogar der Skikeller ist fast schon luxuriös. Um die Ecke ist eine tolle Pizzeria, bei der man sich Pizza holen kann, wenn man den Abend lieber im Appartement Bevensen möchte. Man hört ein bisschen die Nachbarn.

Parking was convenient right outside the property. We had a very enjoyable stay. The only way you could improve this property is by moving it closer to the ski skopes ! And it is not that far away !

We really enjoyed our stay. Very good quality for good money. Also super friendly owners and very helpful. We even had a possibility to charge our electric car. Huge recommendations from us. Everything was perfect. The only one thing what we have misses was washing machine because when you stay longer, you might need it. But owners offering laundry services for 18 euros per 1 wash. There is still possibility for it.

- J-p (10/5): Super comfy in the middle of the Dolomites - Welcoming owners (even the dog). Large and quiet apartment situated away of the main roads. All sparkling clean and super comfortable. Perfectly equipped kitchen for simple and possibly for complex things. Nice and more serious hikes right from the door. Close to other multiple hikes. We also enjoyed during a rainy day the Ladin Museum and Nature House not too far away. Village and area was dormant before the real beginning of summer season. Most was closed. We would have liked to be able to speak more with a charming owner with a better mastered common language.

- Lauren (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - Residence Setsass is an incredible place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to make yourself at home with all the appliances you may require to prepare meals. It is a very spacious apartment with secure parking really close by (approx. 150m walk). Alex and Shabnam were so accommodating and friendly. Residence Setsass is located in Colfosco, between Ortisei and Cortina d’Ampezzo which was perfect for exploring the Dolomites. Colfosco itself has ample hiking routes and amazing restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The roof pitch made it difficult to stay straight in certain areas of the room, made it a bit claustrophobic. The second bed in the living room was very small. There are no other facilities offer apart from the room. Otherwise stay was good. Host was very friendly.

The apartment was spotless, and the location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was just a short walk away, from restaurants to cable cars and hiking trails. The hosts and staff were unbelievably kind and welcoming, and communication with them was absolutely seamless. If we ever find ourselves in Colfosco again, the Residence is without a doubt where we'd want to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone heading that way!

- Mikko (10/5): Modern appartements in the heart of Dolomites - Residence Settsass is located in the centre of Colfosco right next to Sassongher mountain. You can access hiking trails literally from your door step. Appartements are modern, fully equiped, clean and cosy. Staff is friendly and speaks atleast English, German and Italian. Staff didn’t try to push any services but where really helpfull with everything we were looking for. Even though it is near the village centre the neighbourhood is very peacefull.

- Avi (10/5): - Great location, friendly staff, specious rooms and equipped for self-service, beautiful hiking trails. Since we visited in early October 2023, off season time, limited number of open restaurants and public activities. Since it was not specifically posted on the Expedia description, we were surprised with lack of basic amenities such as salt, coffee, dishes soap, kitchen paper towels, shampoo etc. Highly recommended and be prepared.

The facility and stay overall was fantastic, place was exactly as described. Comfort level and cleanliness was also as expected. Overall, a great stay. Check-out day was a bit hard to get done because typically there isn't someone at the reception desk unless previously arranged. I had to call someone on Whatsapp after waiting around and saying 'hello' for about 15 mins to try and get someone's attention.

- Grzegorz (10/5): Perfect place to stay in the Dolomites - fully recommended. - Great place, next to the main street but very quiet (hidden behind other buildings), really new and of perfect quality. Really nice rooms, the whole place is freshly built, with parking space assigned to each room, an elevator and fully equiped kitchen. Very helpful staff and a really comfortable room.

- Benjamin (10/5): I would love to live here! - We were in Italy for two weeks and we stayed in a total of five different lodging accommodations (all mid-range prices). This place (Settsass Residence) was by far the best - value for the money, attractive location, amenities, warm and friendly staff/owner, etc. The apartment was a perfect balance between modern amenities and a comfortable and cozy feel. The kitchen had everything that you would need. Beds were comfortable. Most rooms have a deck/porch.

- Reedy (9/5): Wedding in the Dolomites - Very modern and tastefully appointed. The staff were amazing. Alex was so helpful! Would have liked to have the ability to hand wash dishes (cloth, drying towel, and dish washing soap), and some sort of paper towels.

- Stephen (6/5): lovely hosts but was not good value for money - excellent host and friendly staff. property was very clean and well maintained appearance and presentation were fine but the apartment lacked comfort and functionality. 2 seater lounge for up to 4 people and 4 dinning chairs were the only seating in the apartment. 1 power outlet for 3 appliances in the kitchen. absolutely no extras provided, no tea or coffee, drip filter papers for machine had to be purchased at the supermarket. 1 dishwasher tablet was provided and more had to be requested as needed.

- Oliver (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment and even better hosts. - We absolutely love this place. The location was ideal for us - close to town and a short walk to the slopes, but set back slightly from the main road so it was very peaceful. The property is very modern, stylish and clean with private parking about 50 metres away. The apartment that we stayed in was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a top quality place. There are several good restaurants and a small (but well stocked) supermarket in Colfosco village which is 3 minutes walk and there are some lovely walks/hikes on the doorstep. Corvara is an nice & easy walk too. Our room (and I think all others) had a south facing balcony so you can sit out in the sunshine which was lovely. Best of all were the owners, Alex and Shabnam- they are the most welcoming and kind hearted hosts we have met and they made our stay very special. We will definitely return here. Nothing - everything was excellent.

Our appartment had spacious rooms and car parked in front of it ( easy to upload all the luggage). Very friendly owners and prompt communication

- Jason (10/5): - The property and staff are wonderful and it's right in the middle of the Dolomites so hiking is just a matter of walking out the door. There are restaurants, a small grocery store, and playground all easy walking distance. One caution: some of the rooms say "sleeps 4" but when I added kids they weren't available due to what appears to be an Expedia bug. After booking with two adults and checking in they said there is a charge for kids of a ludicrous 25 euro per day per kid. But as with much in Italy, this can be negotiated significantly lower.

We loved every moment of being at our little home away from home. The room was spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The personal attention and care we received was above and beyond We will definitely planning to come back again. Thank you again for everything!
- Jeff (10/5): Comfy B & B in Italian Dolomite mountains - Cute, comfy B&B in Colfusco. Some what querky decor. Modern bath. Balcony with great view of mountains. Very comfortable, except no control of temperature in room. Great breakfast of tea, coffee, juice, cereal, breads, cold meats and cheeses, yogurt, pastry . Friendly, helpful hosts. Not the ritz, but very good value.
