The earwigs would gravitate toward our towels. They had to be coming from the sink. I rated cleanliness with 1 star, but it's not cleanliness was the issue. Our apartment was clean, but even clean places need an exterminator. When I explained this to Alex and sent him pictures, he said this is the first he's hearing of this issue. Then he said we must have brought them with us. NO. We did not. SO, I do not know if Alex contacted an exterminator, but he should. No one likes bugs.

Market Square is mainly restaurants so they tended to close by 11pm so noise was not an issue at night. Main bar street was about 1 mile away.

We were unable to have showers and dry our hair. Couldn't make coffee or breakfast early in the morning when we got up. It was dark in the kitchen and bathroom. The hallway was dark and unsafe to descend the stairs with our luggage. The person responsible for the unit was in contact initially but has since come up with no solution as far as compensation. We paid for this luxury apartment with amenities and were unable to use the amenities we paid for. For this reason I give the place a poor review. The whole building was out of power and they were working on it so I understand that but to not compensate us for the lack of amenities is not right.

When we arrived 2 of the 3 apts were right in old town square and they were beautiful, however the 3rd was about 1 mile away and was not in old town square. The women that met us to check us in was very nice but proceeded to show me the address that was in my reservation. What do I know about Polish addresses. I booked old town market square and they switch it all written in small print. Beware. These are individually owned apts and you rent from a management company. We ended up just staying in one of the 2 units with our friends we never stayed in the 3rd place. I am surprised Expedia and Booking allow this company to advertise with a Photo of Old Town Market Square and description the same but one of there units is about a mile away. Poland is great this wasn’t a good experience.

Late dinner or early morning strolls were very nice. Many restaurants to choose from with great food. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
- Irene (10/5): Almost Perfect - This was a perfect place to stay for a couple. Beautiful views, lots of restaurants, clean and up-to-date apartment. However, the apartment we stayed was on the 2nd floor which is the 3rd because they don't count the floor you come in on. There are no elevators so we had to carry up the luggage which was not easy as we are >70 years and both pieces were heave as we had been traveling a month. If you don't count the problem with carrying luggage up two flights of stairs, this was a perfect place to stay,

She made all arrangements to help with our arrival, and her friendly greeting as we arrived set the perfect atmosphere for our stay in Warsaw. The bed was very comfortable, the decor inviting, and the location right in the center of old town really engaged you with the surroundings. This was the first time I chose to take my family to an apartment instead of hotel, and may have changed their preference in their future visits!

A little work out as on 2nd floor and no elevator as heritage building but worth the work as stunning view and very comfortable spacious apartment

- Debra (10/5): - It was a beautiful apartment . The only problem was the fact that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep. Laura was wonderful and very helpful. There could be more personal instruction on the appliances as they were difficult to figure out even with the manuals.
- Pradeep (8/5): A beautiful apartment with one issue - This is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous location. But it’s 3 floors up with no elevator. This was not clear while booking on hotels.com. It was made clear only on the email which I received just before our arrival. I might not have stayed if I had known we would have to carry our bags up and down 3 floors. Alex did help when we came in but he was alone and we could not let him carry all the bags alone! At check out early morning, we had to do it ourself. So brilliant apartment as long as you are ok with 3 flights of stairs! Alex was brilliant in his service and helped with everything. All queries were promptly answered.

- Robert (10/5): Spectacular great value Old Town apartment - WOW! Great value for a beautiful modern one bedroom apartment overlooking the Old Town Market Square. Even includes a pocket sized gadget permitting internet access off premises. Laura is wonderfully welcoming. Only thing missing was a washcloth to use in the bathroom.

- Farnaz (10/5): Luxury apartment middle of old town - The apartment complex is literally in the middle of old town overlooking the marker square. The one i stayed apit is luxurious with all the equipment you need if you wish to cook . There is no concierge though so if you need information you need to google or go to info center . Laura who was my manager on call was wonderful
