• Anissa (8/5): - Séjour de 5 nuités en famille . Je suis cliente de cet hotel depuis des années , je le choisi particulièrement pour son aspect cosy, son emplacement . La propreté est un atout de cet hotel, de même que le service: personnel au top et au petit soin. Nous avons eu la chance à des chambres rénovées, literie excellente ,toute fois la salle de bain reste vieillote , à revoir , notament sur le volet robineteries et moisisure au toit (la peinture ne l'a pas caché) Sur le volet gastronomie : je dirait correct, regression par rapport aux années precedentes

• Katie (8/5): Nice hotel - Hotel itself is lovely, however due to the current health situation the hotel mainly just accommodated tunisian guests. Which of course isn’t a problem but there was no entertainment during the day Or evening and all the music was completely Arabic. So for myself being an English person I found it very difficult to actually enjoy the evening time. Food was ok very limited and repetitive I would return to this hotel just hoping it is busier and has more variety next time.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Vorab das Personal im Restaurant TOP! Sehr dankbar dass dieses Servicepersonal da war. All Inclusive gebucht bei Expedia - Bei Ankunft ein Band bekommen (Gelb) Stellte sich am nächsten Tag raus, dass es All Inklusive Soft ist. Ist überhaupt nicht buchbar. Es gibt nur Frühstück/ Halbpension/ Vollpension und All Inclusive. Im Hotel wurde mit Expedia telefoniert und bestätigt dass es Soft sei! Ärgerlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Gebucht ein Zimmer mit Meerblick .. Gut ... Vom Balkon aus auch zu sehen aber nicht wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten oder was man unter Meerblick verstehen kann. Decken werden nicht bezogen. Man hat ein dünnes Laken unter der Decke. Das ist ekelhaft! Wir hatten 2 Mal nachgefragt, das scheint so aber normal zu sein. Denn jedes Mal wurde das Bett so hergerichtet. Auf den ersten Blick immer sauber, aber von Beginn bis zum letzen Tag (6Nächte) also schon vor unserer Ankunft ein schwarzes Hast und Stück Klopapier im Badezimmer. Fitnessstudio kostet 20 Dinar pro Person pro 1-2 Stunden. Alle Fitnessstudios in Hammamet um weiten günstiger (7 Dinar) Wovon wir auch dachten es sei im Preis. Save 4€ pro Tag Tischtennis kann nicht gespielt werden nur mit Personal. Indoorpool: angenehm, Salzwasser. Leute rutschen allerdings regelmäßig aus. Ist sehr nass. Es gibt 2 offene duschen zum abbrausen. KEINE TOILETTEN musst durchs ganze Hotel Abendpr. war schön vorallem die Livemusik. Allem in Allem haben wir versucht relaxt zu bleiben.

• Ikram (10/5): Lella baya hotel super - Nous avons etait très bien accueillie par l'ensemble du personnel. Je suis venue passer un petit week end en famille toute l'équipe etais au soin notamment Mr Mohamed Taher. Un séjour très agréable l'hôtel dispose d'une restauration qui est très bonne sans compter l'ambiance, l.'animation. L' hôtel est très bien située.

Je me permet de comparer avec le concept d’origine J’ai apprécié :le bâtiment, le hall d’entrée et la piscine Je n’ai pas aimé : hôtel mal entretenu : la moitié des ascenseurs sont en panne. Pas de wifi juste un spot à l’accueil très insuffisant. La nourriture est médiocre.

Vi var familie på 4 som bodde på ett familierom, måtte flere henvendelser til for å få ett håndkle til hver av oss. På nettsiden til Hotels.com står det at dette hotellet har treningssenter til sine gjester. Det stemmer ikke helt, det er mulig å bruke treningssenter som Spa’et driver mot extra betaling. Ansatte i restaurant og bassengområde var veldig hyggelige, godt utvalg og god mat til lunsj og middag. Hotellet hadde flere kategorier av «All inklusive», lite info om hva som gjelder for hvilken kategori. I resepsjonen kom vi ikke langt med engelsk, fordel å kunne fransk/arabisk. Mange hoteller i samme område, tror vi sjekker ut noen av de andre hvis vi skal til Hammamet igjen.

Habitación tipo suite con goteras en el baño (última planta). Confiene una reforma del baño y una capa de pintura en toda la habitación. También limpiar cortinas ventana.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Das Hotel und der ganze Aufenthalt war eine Katast - Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber, das Essen (wenn man es Essen nennen kann) ist so schlecht, dass wir am ersten Tag nach dem Frühstück nichts mehr in dem Hotel gegessen haben trotz ALL INKLUSIVE. Wenn wir uns beschwert haben, hat das Personal uns gesagt: Ja gut dass Sie sich beschweren, damit die Besitzer endlich etwas dagegen tun. Service ist gleich null und es bleibt für mich die große Frage: WIE KANN EXPEDIA DIESES HOTEL ANBIETEN ??????? Ich muss sagen, nach diesem Aufenthalt werde ich mir abermals überlegen, ob ich meinen Urlaub über Expedia in der Zukunft buchen werde. Tut mir Leid so etwas zu schreiben, aber es war für mich die größte Katstrophe, die ich jemals bei Expedia Buchung erlebt habe. Bei jeder Beschwerde hieß es: wenden Sie sich an Ihrem Veranstalter und bin ich bei Ihnen bei der Bewertung 

Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer mais bruyante à cause du bruit extérieur (bar avec musique à fond en face sur la plage jusqu'à au moins 22 h 30. Buffets très corrects et des serveurs aux petits soins! Wifi uniquement à la réception et à la piscine.

• Anne-So (6/5): - les + Un bel hotel mais qui meriterait un petit coup de jeune pour etre au niveau des autres hotels de Yasmine Hammamet. Les enfants on adore courrir dans le hall et nous les parents n'etions pas inquiets de leur laisser leur liberte dans ce grand espace...si ce n'est avec un bebe de faire attention aux fils electriques et autres prises non securisees qui sont a dispo dans les par-terres de fleurs a l'interieur. La piscine interieure est agreable les jours de pluie ou de grand vent La nourriture est plutot bonne et un large choix vous permettra toujours de trouver de quoi manger. Maintenant en effet c'est assez repetitif et il faut avoir une large palette de gouts pour pouvoir changer a chaque repas! Le personnel de l'hotel (excepte la reception) est tres aimable et serviable. Les animateurs sont au top et plein d'energie! Les - : Le hall est en effet glacial, du a sa grande hauteur et il ne faut pas s'attendre a un vrai service 4etoiles...maintenant le rapport qualite prix reste plutot bon. La piscine exterieure n'est pas chauffee et donc impossible de s'y baigner en mai La piscine pour enfant dehors est en travaux (mai 2018) le GROS bemol: nous n'avons PAS eu la chambre pour laquelle j'ai paye (quadruple payee, triple donnee) et malgre une bataille aimable avec la reception, rien n'a change dans nos 5 jours sur place. Je vais faire une reclamation a Expedia et espere etre cette fois ci entendue car je me sens un peu arnaquee sur les bords.

• Dalia (6/5): - Très déçue de l’accueil lors du Check-in. On avait réservé pour une personne de 17 ans qui portait la mention "enfant" selon la définition d'Expedia, cela a été refusé par l’hôtel qui nous a accusé d'avoir effectué une fausse réservation. Les responsables n'ont même pas pris la peine de vérifier cela auprès d'Expedia et voulaient qu'on règle cela pour eux, c'est après négociations qu'ils ont fait leur travail. ils nous ont fait perdre la soirée suite à ça ils se sont rendus compte qu'ils ont fait erreur. Les repas sont à volonté mais la qualité est moyenne d'autant plus qu'ils nous interdissent de nous servir de l'eau du robinet qui est sensée être gratuite pour nous obliger à acheter de l'eau pendant les repas. Les serveurs surveillent constamment les clients et les mettent mal à l'aise. La femme de ménage passe chaque jour mais on a trouvé des cafards. Le point positif est l'animation durant la journée et la soirée. C'est une équipe très dynamique, motivée et sympathique

In der Dusche fehlen die Handtücher und das Essen miserabel! Service muss auf alle Fälle verbessert werden: Nach knapp eine Stunde Verspätung, haben wir den Zimmerschlüssel bekommen.
• marion (8/5): Apart gebouwd hotel met groot zwembad - Schitterend Gebouwd hotel met vriendelijke mensen. Jammer dat de muziek in het zwembad zo hard stond en dat er voor 90 % dance muziek gedraaid werd. Kamer was heel ruim met mooi zeezicht.
• Vivian (4/5): Could be so much better - Overall - could be a 5 star with minor adjustments and a new front desk staff. Check in took one hour. After paying for a larger room and a smaller room, we were offered two doubles after 45 minutes. I objected sighting that I paid extra for the seaview quad size room. I was told to contonue waiting. 15 more minutes and we got the correct size rooms. Sad part is with a little checking by a manager or supervisor before arrival, our issues would have been avoided. We had two rooms. One double without any phone or the fridge, no rugs, and one towel. Second with no TV and a broken phone and pool view (pool was very loud with lots of disco music). It took over 2 hours to get towels even after walking to front desk. Made us late for plans with friends. Animation staff was annoying. Nobody was enjoying the super loud disco music or easy listening. Maybe try to tone it down. Plus sides - the seaview double had a fantastic view. Quiet, clean, and the bed was amazing! Quad balcony was huge (and not bad if you like Rihanna singing "B**** better have my money" at 1pm blasted by the pool staff and no bleeping). Again super clean. Nice rugs and fridge. Food was fantastic! Recommend half-board Cleaning staff, cafe and restaurant staff were all top notch! Spa was very nice. Average prices for area. Clean and friendly.
