Michael (10/5): Home sweet home - Very nice room. Comfortable bed and the facility was well maintained and newer. Laughing but important to me. The toilet paper is terrible. Bring your own roll. Its so thin. Have you ever blown your nose and tissue left of your face. Well this t.p. did the same thing on my butt. Lol. Need to upgrade. We are at another Marriott in w. Virginia and the same problem. I just bought some Charmin. 🤣

Aprecio tanto eso. este es el hotel que más limpio he visto, así como un señor moreno que me atendió un día abajo muy amable. Todo perfecto. Lo único que tal vez le faltó fue la falta de amabilidad de un chico joven muy blanco de cabello rubio que está en el front desk que no fue nada amable ni amigable , antipático. De resto el hotel y el resto del personal increíble. Lo comenté arriba un muchacho joven rubio que está en el front desk y no es muy amable que se diga.

James (10/5): Nice stay and slept well. - Very nice property. Check in was simple and recived early check in after a long drive from Virginia. Room was clean and AC in room was running when we enterd the room and temperaure was nice. Spacious and clean bathroom. Sanitized packaged shower mat for safety. Morning breakfast buffet was filled with lots of hot and fresh items. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff a male on Thursday the 19th of June was extremely nice. Customer service was exceptional. My room was very nice, bed was great. I shall be back in September again..

lindasN5539QM (10/5): Fairfield Inn Cary NC. Great place for a stopover - We called to inform them we were running late but that we were coming. It was no problem. Asked for a room on the top floor. They did accommodate us. The room was clean and quiet which we needed after a 12 hour drive. Kim was on the front desk for the call and our arrival. She was wonderful! Breakfast in the morning was good and tasty. Would highly recommend this particular hotel

ycarney (8/5): Awesome breakfast and nice hotel - This is a pretty nice hotel. The staff is very nice. The room was a bit noisy, seems like the insulation between rooms wasn't great. But the room and the bathroom were well appointed. Nice touch with the choice of streaming. The breakfast was incredible. Rarely have I been to a hotel, if ever, with such a large selection for a free breakfast. They even had a waffle machine. I"d go back.

R55MSsimonek (2/5): Scam Scam Scam and rude GM - DO NOT STAY HERE! They will scam you! I checked in around 6 pm on 5/26/25. I was in town to take a very serious test for the state. The only things I did in that hotel room was study, eat and sleep. I thought at first the experience was okay but I was mistaken. On the day of my departure I made sure my room was nice and tidy because I don’t like leaving a mess, went to the front desk and checked out. Not even two hours later I had received an email stating my card was charged 250 dollars for “heavy marijuana smoke” and a ban from ever staying in the hotel. I was in complete SHOCK. I’m the type of person that will accept my consequences but this was complete INJUSTICE for something I really did not do. I called the hotel immediately and was told the GM- Sean Grady was in a meeting but would call me after. No call. The same day I called back and he was no longer there but “he would give me a call first thing in the morning”. He did not, I had to call again. Once on the phone with the GM- Sean Grady he was absolutely rude and did not want to listen to my reasoning at all. It concluded with him saying the change remains and then hung up on me as I was speaking. I have never experienced a more hostile reaction from an employee in customer service. Again, I was shocked. To top it off, this is what was provided as “proof” to their 250 charge. Mind you, I am a female and I stayed alone that night so I never pulled up the seat. Had I, I would have reported it because that’s gross. I also would have reported a heavy smoking smell when I checked in because that’s gross as well but there was not one. This feels like a complete scam and I’m only writing this review to warn people and maybe bring some awareness to how horribly Sean Grady (the GM) handled the situation. Anybody going to stay the night for your state board exams-LOOK ELSEWHERE! Do not support this business. We are already spending a lot of money to take the test plus traveling and this is the last thing we need. If you do decide to stay here, make sure you thoroughly check the the room is clean and be aware- they do look through your trash which is highly invasive. The "proof" does not prove any evidence of "heavy marijuana smoking" and since when is marijuana an orange cracker crumb? Again, look elsewhere if possible. Update: After calling the Marriott loyalty team with this concern, Sean Grady sent me an email first thing in the morning (5/29) half apologizing for "how I felt" but that he was still charging me. Which honestly, was more insulting than apologetic in my opinion. This is after I was told another investigation was going to be done. That was just Sean Grady again accusing me of something I did not do and no other persons being involved in the "new" investigation. I then proceeded to call the Marriott loyalty team again where I was transferred to a Supervisor who said he would lead a another true investigation not involving Sean Grady. I will say, the Marriott loyalty team has been beyond kind and helpful in trying to resolve this issue and I am very thankful. Best to just choose to stay somewhere else because all this isn't worth the risk of a false accusation. It is hurtful, costly, unfair and not okay.
Eugene (8/5): - Nice location, quiet, clean, great amenities. One negative small refrigerator that goes to sleep after a few hours. You have to hit a button every few hours to keep the refrigerator cold. Everything else was excellent will stay again, will bring a cooler next time..
Hal (4/5): - It was almost as if this hotel was in the midst of a half upgrade? Keep in mind we had the ADA accessible room for my husband. The drain in the tub did not work at all. The air is set and can’t go below 64 but yet the temp in the room was 71. There was no hair dryer. The bed seemed as if a huge elephant had slept in it for years so we slept none after having to fight to keep from rolling into one another from the bed sides being so arched and sunk in. I will say the breakfast was impressive and easily accessible but it’s over at 9 am instead of the usual 10 or 11. There is no privacy through the walls or floors as we could hear our side neighbors as well as above neighbors horribly. Lastly we were not made aware they were doing extensive construction across the parking lot and they start at daylight so although we slept poorly throughout the night we were also awaken by construction around 7 am. This was our seventh year wedding anniversary and it wasn’t the greatest stay for our first visit.
