- ILUNGA (8/5): Le reste était excellent et je prévois de revenir début Septembre - Je tiens à souligner la qualité de vos services : le décor de la chambre, le restaurant, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste qui m’a reçue de bonne humeur au petit-déjeuner et m’a accompagnée jusqu’à ma table. Je remercie également la réceptionniste très serviable qui m’a accueillie la veille au restaurant, ainsi que la délicate attention de la petite assiette de fruits et de gâteaux déposée en chambre en fin de journée. Je souhaite signaler l’attitude du réceptionniste de grande taille qui m’a retenue à cause d’un problème de connexion de votre machine à carte, alors que je devais monter en urgence me préparer pour une réunion. Il a eu tendance à hausser le ton, donnant l’impression que je ne pouvais pas payer, ce qui m’a mise mal à l’aise. Heureusement, la réceptionniste à côté a repris la situation et m’a autorisée à aller me préparer.
