- Stefy C. (10/5): In pieno centro - Camera molto spaziosa e con vista sulla città. Sala colazioni molto elegante. Personale molto professionale e cordiale. Disponibile il parcheggio. Bagno con poco spazio tra doccia, molto grande, e wc a colazione sarebbero graditi dolci da forno.

- jori.morski (9/5): Perfektná lokalita, super izba! - Nadmieru spokojný s izbou, posteľou, lokalitou, kúpeľňou, parkoviskom aj internetom. Vďaka! Jedinú vec treba zlepšiť: raňajky! Zatiaľ je to taký priemer: 3,6 z 5. Not great, not terrible.
- Christoph A. (6/5): The stay was ok but I expected really more. - Everything was clean and in good condition. The check in was complicated and took a long time, the breakfast must be ordered in advance and was not "up to date" according to usual hotel standards. My room was very small, the bathroom was so small that there was not even some space to put my hygiene bag somewhere, the whole bathroom was nice and made of marble but in the shower the floor was therefore extremely slippery. There was a TV in my room but I gave up after 15 min trying to switch it on. After 9 pm the reception is closed and nobody in the hotel anymore. At the car park was a construction side and I was afraid that the car is getting damaged, thank god, nothing happened.

- NIXIN EU s.r.o. (8/5): Doporučuji pro méně náročnou klientelu - Hezké útulné prostředí, dobře vybavený pokoj. V době pobytu probíhaly ve vnitřním traktu parkovacího dvora stavení práce a přístup k vozidlu do dvora je podmíněn telefonátem na recepci. Na pokoji byl poškozený držák toaletního papíru, upozorněna údržba hotelu, která ho demontovala. A následně prý vymění. Ovládání televize přes set-top box je již trochu v dnešní době mimo módu a poměrně nekomfortní. Systém objednávání snídaně na následující den mi přijde velmi nepraktický a pokud nevíte v kolik ráno budete potřebovat odjet je to poměrně nekomfortní.

- Fontána (8/5): Hotel je v príjemnej a tichej lokalite blízko centra. Príjemný personál, parkovanie v cene. - Lokalita, útulná izba, pohodlná posteľ, príjemný personál. Podlaha v sprche bola šmykľavá, asi polovicu TV kanálov nebolo možné sledovať pre slabý signál. Ubytovanie na 2. poschodí bez výťahu. Cena 15 € za raňajky je príliš vysoká.

- Ján (6/5): Hotel v centre - Lokalita v centre mesta, čistý hotel a čisté izby, fajn postel, hoci vŕzgajúce, TV a veľa programov, klima v izbe, káva a čaj na izbe, minibar, pekné tapety, parkovanie v cene. Vizuálne je to pekný hotel. Úzky vjazd na parkovisko, tankodróm. Malá kúpeľňa, chýbajúca polička na veci, šikmá a šmykľavá podlaha v kúte, ventilátor sa točí ešte veľmi dlho po vypnutí. Tenke steny v izbe, všetko počuť. Bez výťahu, veľa schodov k izbe. Raňajky mi neboli ponúknuté, inak 15 eur za tanier. Recepcia malá búdka, personál ok.izbu by som Deluxe nenazval.

- Peter (9/5): Napriel menším rozmerom vybavenia kúpelne, by som ubytovanie určite využil opäť v budúcnosti - Blízkosť k centru, čistota, parkovanie vo vnútrobloku, Ťažko hodnotiť niečo čo asi nie je možné urobiť inak, no väčšia osoba má trošku problém použiť toaletu

- Tetiana (10/5): Загальне враження по готелю дуже приємне. - Робили тут зупинку на одну ніч. Готель розташований в «старому місті».Безкоштовна парковка авто у внутрішньому дворі. На рецепції милі,привітні адміністратори. Дуже чисто,свіжо та затишно. Поруч є кавʼярні та ресторан. Все сподобалось!

- Reinhard Mayerhofer (9/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Wasserkocher + Tee, Kaffee, volle Minibar. Viele Steckdosen inkl 2 USB. Badezimmer sehr stylisch. Bett war bequem mit 2 sehr guten Kissen. Die Dusche hat einen schrägen Boden. Das 2ass kann zwar toll ablaufen aber man muss aufpassen dass man nicht ausrutscht.

- Angelika Zepke (10/5): Perfekte Lage - Der Empfang schon war total freundlich, die Dame Darjiaa war so freundlich. Gefühlt war sie immer da! Die hat uns jede Frage beantwortet, hat uns auch einen Tipp für den nächsten Aufenthalt gegeben. In der Früh war sie auch da und hat.uns frisch unserer Frühstück zubereitet. Die Lage ist Top für einen Aufenthalt um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Wir waren zu dritt dort hatten 2 Zimmer, beim Hotel ist ein Parkplatz dabei. Das man immer wem vom Personal braucht wen man zum Parkplatz will/muss.

- Iva (8/5): - Velmi dobrá poloha hotelu v centru města. Parkovací dvůr, sice o dům vedle než je hotel, ale to ničemu nevadí a hlavně parkování v ceně pokoje. Pokoj hezky a prakticky zařízený, konvice, čaj, káva, minibar. Trochu malá koupelna a záchod divně v rohu, kde je opravdu málo místa, ale dá se to vydržet. Cena za snídani 15 euro za osobu mi přijde dost, tak jsme na snídani nebyli.

- Jonathan (7/5): Very comfortable and good value for money, close to the sports hall where I was attending an event. - Breakfast was good, although expensive for Slovakia at 15 euros. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful during my whole stay. They allowed me to keep my bags in a secure location on the last day so I could come back and collect later. Keycard access to the front door was convenient during the evenings when reception was closed. Nice clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. Expensive (for Slovakia) breakfast at 15 euros. No lift, I had a 25kg bag plus hand luggage and had to carry it all up 3 flights of stairs to the top floor and back down again at the end of my stay. No iron / ironing board in the room or available in whole hotel! I was told I should request this the day before I need my shirt ironed then the laundry staff / cleaner would iron my shirt... I had an event to attend on Saturday evening and didn't anticipate that no iron would be available.

- Viktória (9/5): Moderné ubytovanie v centre mesta - Dobrá lokalita, vkusne zariadená izba, príjemná vôňa v izbe, aj posteľného povlečenia, rýchlovarná kanvica. Škoda, že izby nie sú o trošku väčšie, a pre hostí so zhoršenou mobilitou by bol asi problém, lebo nie je tu výťah (bývali sme na 2. poschodí)
- Katarína (8/5): Okrem parkovania všetko úžasné - Bolo super personál bol milý. Som zvyknutá a luxusné hotely a nečakala som veľa a bola som milo prekvapená. Voňavá kozmetika, pekne izby aj cely hotel. Jedno veľké minuS je parkovanie nevedeli sme sa odtiaľ dlho dostať je to zamknuté a treba čakať keď personál otvorí. Čakali sme dlho. Ale to už je maličký nedostatok.

Una struttura a 4 stelle deve avere per forza la reception 24 h su 24. Ma soprattutto l’ascensore! Ok, che è un edificio storico, però se hai 4 stelle ci si aspettano certi servizi. Ho ricevute più mail automatiche non gradite. Lenzuola vecchie. Quando ci si siede sul water si sbatte il ginocchio sulla parate delle doccia. Costa davvero caro per i servizi non offerti.

- Bronislava (8/5): - Izba, vybavenie výborne bohužiaľ bez raňajok, tie boli za príplatok 15 euro. Komlikovane bolo otváranie brány parkoviska, recepcia nebola 24h obsluhovana lepšie by bolo napr.otváranie kartou od izby.
