• Guillaume (5/5): Ok pour une nuit, pas plus. - L’hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier touristique, les chambres sont agréables sans être exceptionnelles. Le personnel est accueillant. Onsen non autorisé pour les personnes tatouées. Ne pas prendre l'option petit déjeuner, celui-ci se prend dans la café d'a coté et se compose d'une boisson chaude, d'une boisson froide et d'un tartine de pain !!! Bref une blague pour le japon. Salle de bain très petite.

I liked most the infinite freebies you can take or consume, including drip coffee, popsicle treats, tea, lotion, bath towel, and a lot of toiletries. They also have a serene modern public bath with a view of Nagoya Mirai Tower (men's bath area). There was an air cleaner inside the room. The room was quite tight (single guest room), but it was ok considering the accommodation price.

• Maya (10/5): 割といい！ - 職場に近かった。コンビニも近い。 駅も近い。スタッフが柔軟に対応してくれる 傘貸してくれる スーツケースがホテルから送れる 掃除の時間も頼めばいちばん遅く調整してくれる 値段も比較的安め。部屋のテレビでYouTubeが観れる。 大浴場は狭いけど鍵付きロッカーがあって夜中と早朝も入れる。 ちょっと男友達を数時間部屋で待っててもらおうと入ろうとしたらスタッフのおっさんに止められて入室できなかった。一緒に宿泊するわけでもないのに、厳しすぎませんか？ここが悪いという訳では無いが、ホテルを出て右へ行くとファミリーマートがあって、そこの前に闇カジノやキャッチの不良？ヤカラ？半グレ系の刺青ゴリッゴリの明らかに治安悪い感じの男が大量に夜から朝まで立ってたむろしているので、ファミリーマートに行く時は毎回不快でした。ファミリーマートの中にもそいつらがいるので、ここに泊まっているとそいつらをかき分けてコンビニに行くはめになる。そこのファミリーマートの外国人店員の態度も悪い。キレたら逆ギレ、言い返してきたり、ヨーグルト買ったらスプーンをつけ忘れる。カップラーメン買ったらお箸をつけ忘れる。頭の悪い店員しかいない。 あと部屋の掃除が適当。浴槽はきちんと掃除していないし、掃除後部屋に入るとバスマットに長い髪が数本落ちていて気持ち悪かった。(私は髪が短いので掃除の人の髪だと思う。)

• PEICHUN (8/5): It was a pleasant experience to stay at the hotel but not worth it to buy the breakfast voucher. - The staff at the front desk were helpful and kind and the room’s got everything you need. I had a comfortable stay. The hotel was located in a very convenient area with many shops and department stores around. However, the onsen pool was quite small. You will feel it very crowded if there are more than 5 people in it. If you aren’t going to the public bath, you don’t have to worry about it, though. I stayed at this hotel one night to meet up with my friends coming from overseas. We purchased the breakfast tickets. However, the breakfast was taken place in a cafe called KOMETA Coffee right next to the hotel. As we walked into the shop, a waiter told us that the breakfast meal only came with a set of a toast, a regular size cafe, and a small size of salad, which we accepted. We enlarged our coffee by adding ¥100 for each of us. Later, there was another young, small, Asian foreign waitress came to take our order. She seemed very impatient, angry, and rude when we asked more questions. She gave us different plates of salad instead of the free ones, which costed us more than ¥300 for each person. We thought that she might have rough day, so we decided not to complain. Later, we asked for refill for the coffee, she came and seemed very angry again. She asked me three times, “ You want 1 more, 1 more, 1 more?” When she brought me the cup of coffee, I didn’t know why she placed it on the table with a loud sound and walked away with anger again. When we walked out, I just realized that we were charged for additional ¥600 for that cup of refilled coffee, ¥100 for enlarging each cup and coffee, and ¥300 for each salad!after being treated with no respect. It was a little unpleasant part of our trip at the end. After buying the breakfast voucher, we don’t understand why we needed to pay so much extra and took the waitress’ attitude. It was a pleasant time to stay at the hotel, but it doesn’t worth it to go with a breakfast plan. To avoid being treated rudly, there are many shops and cafes around the hotel, you don’t have to buy the breakfast plan from the hotel.

• Yukari (8/5): 繁華街で身一つで泊まれる宿 - にぎわっているエリアで周辺に何でもあると思います。 部屋に備え付けの枕の他に借りられる枕があります。 化粧落としとかの１回分のパウチをアメニティバーでもらえます。 コーヒーやお茶ももらえます。 飲み屋街？なので、低層階の部屋だと夜なかに酔っ払いが叫ぶ声とか聞こえます。 デラックスルーム？の前がリネン室なので、ちょっと高い部屋選んだはずなのに、朝、清掃業務開始でバタバタする音が聞こえます。 アメニティとか飲み物とか夜になるとごっそりなくなります。早めにチェックインしないと目当てのものないかもしれないです。

• Vidya (8/5): Good place to stay - We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is OK, a lot of convenient stores but this area (Nishiki) is night life area not so quiet. The staff were nice and helpful though not fluent in English. The room is not small as we anticipated and we were quite comfortable staying there. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was quite large compared to other hotels. The onsen on the top floor was nice though not large and only indoor. Breakfast was quite normal and limited as we had to go to coffee shop nearby and they provide only set of bread,egg, small salad and drinks. The good part was room price which was quite reasonable and not expensive for weekend rate. None
