• Tyler (5/5): Cheap & cheerful - Close to the beach. And close to the pier. Cute accommodation. Should have upgraded to air con, un bearable to sleep in April without. Not much to do in the immediate area but handy for one night stay when we were leaving via the pier the next day.

• Woodward (6/5): decent value in a good location. - These are small A frames with no furniture inside save for the bed, which is a box spring on the floor. Hard for a senior to get in and out of. Nice to have a wee porch and hammock. No breakfast program. Lots of moto parking. Probably a 6.5 but not a 7. Overall fair value, and would possibly stay again. Good location walkable to the ferry pier. Had one of the few waterfront units for the last night - definitely worth the extra few bucks if available. The bed!

• Yakov (4/5): Location is good but the facility is bad - The location and the ac in the room was good and available bikes for rent It was dirty as fuckkk!! We had lizards and snails in the room! Wtf They didn’t clean the room and we had to beg for new towels!

My date change request was refused, so my original reservation remained valid. Despite this, the hotel ended my stay after one night without any written cancellation from me and refused me access to the remaining paid nights, based only on their own misunderstanding. I was left without accommodation for nights I had already paid for. Completely unacceptable management.
• Jeanine (8/5): Lekker verblijf gehad - We hadden een huisje aan het strand en dat was erg lekker. De huisjes zijn verder simpel, maar dat wat je nodig hebt zit erin (bed, toilet, douche). We hebben echt wel een koelkastje en waterkoker gemist. Het is echt basic.

• Ricardo Viegas (6/5): - The bungalows were pleasant, the staff was always taking care of cleaning activities since early morning, not just in the accomodations, but also on the surrounding areas, as well on the beach in front. Close to the walking street and to the city market. If you don't ask for a room with AC, and your bungallow is not under any tree, the fan won't just be enough and you will cook inside the bungallow during the day. The plumbing in the toilet sink wasn't the best, in the first days, right as we checked in, it was quite blocked, the sink would be filled with water in a minute, and quite smelly as well. It got better as they used those manual pumps to remove the blockage. Too close to the Boat Pier, the beaches there aren't the very best, but actually not that bad as well, but there were plenty of beaches around the island more clean, with transparent water, with more social life as well.

• Patrick (10/5): - Location is tremendous. Right near the main road, close to the food market. It’s just a few meters from the beach. Beautiful setting. Now, the beach itself is not really for swimming. Not ideal. But kite surfing is popular there. For a fee. The room is a cabin, and I like cabins. Strong, simple, does the job. Big bed with a comfortable mattress. You sleep well. That’s important. Overhead fan, keeps things moving. There’s a big glass patio door, opens up to a balcony with a hammock and two chairs. You sit there, you relax, you look out, very nice atmosphere. Now, let’s talk about the toilet situation because some people get very dramatic about this. Totally closed off. Completely. Contrary to what some reviews are saying, and believe me, I read reviews, this one is fully enclosed. Maybe some cabins have the open-roof situation, maybe they don’t. Who knows? But this one? Closed. Good. There’s even an adjustable mirror. Up and down. Works for everybody. Tall people, shorter people. Very inclusive, we love that. There is one issue, the toilet window. No mosquito net. So you can’t really open it unless you want some uninvited guests. And when you do open it, it opens the wrong way. From the bottom. People can see in. Not ideal. It should open from the top, much better design. Whoever designed that, we should talk. Overall, I would say it’s a good stay. Good for one night. Especially if you want to be near the port for onward travel. Very convenient. But if you’re looking for those calm, relaxing, postcard beaches you probably want to stay on the other side of the island. More peaceful. More luxurious.

Los bungalow están en lo que podría llamarse una playa, con un entorno nada cuidado. Creo que deberían recoger plásticos y demás materiales que llegan a sus orillas. Al fin y al cabo tienen sus bungalow ahi...es maravilloso ir a bañarse por la mañana pero te encuentras cristales,plásticos y demás

A première vue cela semble spartiate mais pour le prix, vous avez la plage en face, certes un confort restraint mais il y a la clim et la literie est confortable. On est un peu les uns sur les autres, les exterieurs sont à aménager

• Jive2000 (4/5): Zentral, aber klein und extrem einfach - Auf Nachfrage hilft das Personal gerne weiter. Die Lage ist superzentral und recht leise. Die Bungalows sind wirklich sehr mini. Es gibt quasi keine Abstellfläche darin. Es bietet nur eine Schlfmöglichkeit mit Dusche/WC, keine weitere Dinge wie (Gemeinschafts-)Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Becher oder ähnliches.

• Anatoli (7/5): - Good location, comfortable bed., good shower. Not much privacy with your direct neighbour. No body wash or shampoo. I asked for cleaning they only threw the trash. I asked many times for new batteries for the AC remote control and never got them. There is ongoing construction. It wasn't a big deal for me but they do generate some noise. I recommend that you don't rent a bike from them. I had some issues.

• Danny (1/5): Never again - They lied to booking.com as to why we checked out early ensuring we wouldn’t get our refund as they promised DO NOT STAY HERE Very disappointed considering the price i paid, ive stayed in 4-5 stars for half the price Room is tiny with no amenities: No TV No Fridge No nothing Asked the clerk why there is nothing and was just shrugged off Very unusual to receive poor customer service here in Thailand, i come at least 4 times a year totalling a duration of 4-6 months for the last 5 years and this is the worst accommodation ive stayed at yet. MOSQUITOES Please be aware that if you stay here there will be swarms in your room I had to go and buy plug ins and sprays to keep them at bay and lather us up in crème before going to bed The location is good but other than that im significantly disappointed I've never had to leave a bad review before and i hope its the only time i do
