Ce mercredi 4 juin au soir, après avoir payé ma chambre, j’ai malencontreusement oublié mon portefeuille contenant toutes mes cartes de banque et d’identité sur le bureau de la réception. Comme je venais de m’en rendre compte dans ma chambre, Kelly est venue me le rapporter. Charmante personne très aimable et très sympathique, par ailleurs. Encore mille mercis !

• Ricardo (10/5): Ótima opção - Reservamos o hotel apenas para dormir e chegamos as 2h da manhã. Havia atendimento normal na recepção e fomos muito bem recebidos, com o atendente falando em inglês. O quarto era muito confortável e bem aquecido, com bom chuveiro.

Même pas un rouleau de secours, comme il s'en voit systématiquement partout. Ma seule solution a été de me rendre aux wc dames pour achever de m'essuyer. c'est INADMISSIBLE
• David (6/5): - Good stay for the price. Pretty small room with no frills. A bit scruffy, but manageable for a single night stopover. We did have some trouble with the air con not functioning properly, which made for a very warm stay in late August, but at least we were able to leave the window open at times for some air (and road traffic noise). The parking situation was also a bit confusing (we weren't the only ones in the same situation), but we were able to resolve it in the end without too much headache; it just was an unwanted stress after a long day of driving.
• prateekwate (6/5): Best in Sens 😢 - The hotel location is far away from downtown Sens, and there is hardly any public transportation. The rooms are decent, the breakfast is chargeable and not worth the money. Only saving grace is it is located in area with multiple restaurants from french to asian and other fast food chains, and located conveniently in an area with multiple shopping options. Although this is the best you can manage in the small town

L'accueil est agréable et la chambre bien entretenue malgré un abat jour cassé qui fait négligé. Chambre calme et literie satisfaisante.

• pauldS6529BR (6/5): Charmless - Bang average. Reception efficient at best but nothing over and above. We had one room in the Budget version next door. Could we shift it to be together? Non. Heard requests from other guests. Have you got an iron? Non. Our air con is not working, do you have a fan? Non. But quite happy to ask for room number at breakfast multiple times as obviously we have nothing better to do than steal a moderate breakfast from a budget hotel on the edge of an anonymous retail park. Would be happy never to set foot in this or any other Ibis again. Only positive is that it is not as bad as the Budget version.

• SOMON (10/5): Parfait pour un séjour de travail - Deux jours agréables dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et discret. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est copieux. Tout est très propre et parfaitement fonctionnel. Bien qu'étant presque face à l'ascenseur, je n'ai pas entendu le moindre bruit pendent mon séjour. Bien que situé en dehors de la ville, il y a autour, accessible à pied, un grand cinéma (pourquoi pas !) et plusieurs restaurant, dont un sports bar à l'américaine (le Bureau). Il y a aussi un immense parking et une zone commerciale... Bref, parfait pour un séjour de travail...

• lydie (8/5): Hôtel correct d’un bon rapport qualité /prix - L’hôtel a une jolie décoration intérieure, les chambres sont assez petites mais bien agencées le tout très propre, le matelas avait un peu tendance à glisser (un des lits jumeaux) et la salle de bain était un peu petite avec le WC a l’intérieur mais la cabine de douche était bien et vaste! Buffet du petit déjeuner simple mais frais

Le drifts sur le rond-point devant l’hôtel ont duré toute une partie de la nuit : 3h du matin. Pas de notice près du téléphone indiquant le numéro de l’accueil de l’hôtel. Consignes de sécurité et tarifs des chambres affichés en microscopique sur la porte de la chambre : illisible en cas d’urgence incendie.

• Travel15736941714 (10/5): Decent hotel of the usual Ibis standard - Hotel was very quiet, in early September. Nice welcome at the desk, and room was as expected - clean and functional, the typical Ibis style and fittings. The hotel is about 4km from the station, so a car is necessary, but for onward travel the location on the ring road is convenient. Not much else to comment - things worked as they should. Would stay again if in the area.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Riktigt bra Ibis! - Praktiskt hotell vid genomresa. Fräscht, tyst och nytt rum med fräscht badrum och bra säng. Helt ok frukost. Hotellet ligger i handelsområde utanför stadskärnan, men det finns en helt ok och populär familjerestaurang i samma fastighet, och ett par andra restauranger i området.

• gourmetrover (8/5): Good value overnight - We stayed for one night en route. Clean comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Modern decor. Could do,with tea making facilities. Excellent breakfast with very fresh bread and staff attentively replenishing the buffet. One thing to bring to the attention of the manager: we paid 7 euros for secure parking which was in a fenced compound behind the hotel. Access was by room card. The fence had no razor wire along the top and had a row of dustbins lined up along the outside. Anyone could easily climb over. Automatic gate opened to let us out, so presumably a thief could have driven out too. The room door lock had signs of wear. The bed and pillow were comfortable.

L'hôtel est propre, le personnel est accueillant, mention pour la douche spacieuse ce qui est rare ! L'hôtel est situé dans un zone commerciale, nous y avons séjourné un dimanche c'était très tranquille. Nous n'avons pas séjourné pour visiter Sens mais pour accéder à un mariage donc nous ne saurons pas dire si cet hôtel est bien situé pour les visites mais en ce qui nous concerne ce séjour était très bien.

Breakfast is extra but there was a McDonalds next door, so we had a treat! Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and the hotel was spotless - very well presented and in a quiet area. Slept like a log!

• Duryi5 (8/5): nice stay - I stay one night at this hotel and i was really satisfied. Nice new hotel, clean room and barhroom. Bed was very god and soft. Breakfast very nice and tasty. Would recomend this hotel and will come back.
• Vezich (8/5): New, clean, functional and comfortable - This is not a fantastic hotel, but it is comfortable, and it is relatively new. Rooms are clean. Wi-fi is good, breakfast is decent. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel only has single or double rooms (2 people max). One of the points to mention with this hotel (and sister hotel Ibis Budget next door) is that it is a little far from the heart of the city, so you essentially need a car. The hotel is sitting pretty much in the parking lot of a small shopping mall nearby. Movie theater, McDonalds, Pizza Restaurant and few shops essentially next door. Also very close by there is small mall that features a huge Auchan store (grocery and everything you can think of for the house). Hotel offers paying parking, but there is free parking everywhere around the hotel. No restaurant at the hotel. Food is available next door at Tablapizza restaurant, which opens at 7PM. Overall pleasant. Does not have the cachet of a small boutique hotel, but otherwise highly recommended, and good value for the price.
• Mary J (10/5): Remarkable! - Very surprised that this particular Ibis was wonderful! The beds were sooo comfortable and everyone was very accommodating. It is located in a shopping center with a McDonalds just adjacent, so we didn’t have their breakfast. What we loved about this place were the amount and locations of the electric plugs! I have never had so many and very strategically placed. Wi-fi was excellent! Overall, our stay was delightful.

• C14QWdavidb (8/5): Transit visit on way to La Rochelle - Nice hotel in convenient location but terrible bar service food. Room and bathroom quailty made up for it. No local restuarants though apart from McD's. Handy for motorway network and petrol stations and much quieter tahn we expected.

• NKSIMOM (6/5): Nice for an Ibis - This hotel is ok for an Ibis. The bed is really nice, a pleasant surprise for an Ibis. it's located outside town in a retail park. As a result, there is ample free parking, although you can pay to park in the hotel parking area, as some do. There are restaurants across the car park that give a good choice of food. Avoid the Tablapizza next door. It's nothing special. The staff are friendly although not the most attentive. I have stayed here a number of times and my biggest complaint is the window vents, on a breezy or windy day, tend to whistle and need to be blocked to stop them. The breakfast is nothing special but adequate to start the day. They make very addictive fresh Madeline cakes. At around 90-99 Euro with breakfast, it's not great value for money, but one of the better hotels in the area.
