Okay for someone with disabilities There was no one to talk to. Response to email about something simple like where to put the trash and get new trash bags was by someone who did not know.

- Dina (8/5): - Property in good location, stay overall was pleasant. Property was not very clean, felt like only bed was made from previous stay, dusty and floor not washed, a bit disappointed ☹️
- Alice (9/5): Definitely worth staying here - Amazing location in the heart of Reykjavik. Lovely amenities and big shower. Had everything we needed. The hair conditioner smelt like cheese so we didn’t use it. TV cut out occasionally. Property was tricky to find but after we discovered from the photos it was also a wine bar then we found it very quickly! A little noisy on Saturday night until early hours of the morning.

- Veerada (10/5): Modern Apartment, Perfect Location - Perfectly located on a pedestrian street and not too far from anywhere. The apartment had everything we needed & although it was unstaffed, there were extra items in the hallway if we needed them. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Although we didn’t meet any staff, they were always very prompt to reply to email - Spacious, warm and well-equipped apartment in a great location. Great kitchen (with olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee pods provided), coffee machine & dishwasher, which meant we could have breakfast and dinner at home (and save a fortune - Iceland is pricey!). We loved it. Beds and bed linen were top quality, ensuring all four of us slept really well. We also loved the fact that we could help ourselves to more coffee pods/bin bags/kitchen roll/ towels. Nothing! But it would be good to have some information in the apartment about where waste and recycling could be taken to. And the bedside lamps in the main bedroom didn’t work. Minor things!

Staff helpful - Location and cleanliness and space within the room The pad entry at the beginning was tricky and our room wouldn’t unlock initially but the staff were great to assist. My only thought was is maybe a telephone or speaker system just incase people do not have mobile phone to call should they have issues outside of hours.
- Nina (9/5): Perfect base to explore Reykjavik. - This studio 303 apartment was just lovely. Well appointed and comfortable. The balcony was great for sunny days and the seating arrangement internally was perfect. The shower was perfect and kitchen is well designed, coffee machine is a great touch, along either kitchen roll, dishwasher etc. These small things really elevate staying here. Location is ideal, it’s on a pedestrianised section of the road, we walked pretty much every where. Delicious bakery, a 2 min walk away. Bonus Supermarket, 4 mins away. Plenty of bars, coffee shops, restaurants. The walk to the sea front takes less than 10 mins. We found bus stop 14 to be the best pick up / drop off point, if you don’t mind a little incline. The tours pick you up from at least 3 nearby ( walkable) locations. We had a little trouble on arrival with the entry pad to the corridor and had to call the 24/7 helpline to get into our apartment. Issue was resolved quickly.

Room had fridge, good shower, coffee, ample space for storing clothes/ belongings. Plenty towels available in cabinet in the corridor which also had extra coffee, toilet rolls etc. An in room safe would be useful.

Accomodation was clean, with a comfortable bed and everything catered for your stay, plenty of cooking equipment, plates, cutlery etc. Powerful shower, toiletries of high quality, and help yourself to clean towels,bedding coffee when needed located in a cupboard in hallway.Keyless entry system was straightforward to use. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in can highly recommend the vintage apartment hotel, so much so we hope to return in August. nothing
- Laura (10/5): Fantastic! Would recommend wholeheartedly - This apartment was adorable, unique, large and perfectly located! As a family of four with two teenagers, there was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchenette allowed us to cook our own breakfasts and was equipped qith everything we needed. My only word of warning is the steps in the bathroom. With a busy tile pattern on the floor, more than one person slipped/stepped off the edge. We moved a fake plant in front of the steps to keep it from happening again. Also, if you're tall, watch your head on the sloped ceilings!

- Gabriela (8/5): - Die Lage in der Fussgängerzone von Reykjavik. Gegenüber hatte es einen kleinen Laden wo man die wichtigsten Sachen wie Getränke etc. kaufen kann. Auch zwei Häuser weiter gegenüber eine Bäckerei. Einchecken ging problemlos über den Code, den man bekommt. Auch kann man Kaffeekapseln, Tücher etc. In einem Kasten im Gang holen. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice ausser man wünscht es, war für mich aber kein Problem. Abfall kann man auch entsorgen in der untersten Etage. Mein Appartement ging auf die Fussgängerzone raus, ich bin nicht sehr lärmempfindlich. Darum hat es mir nichts ausgemacht. Kann mir aber vorstellen, dass im Sommer schon viel Lärm in der Fussgängerzone herrscht am Abend.
- Antje (9/5): Wunderschönes Reykjavic - Tolle Lage alles zu Fuß erreichbar Großes bequemes Bett Tolle Dusche Sehr gutes WLAN Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, zusätzlich benötigte Kapseln konnten jederzeit aus einem Schrank im Flur geholt werden Reinigung kostet 40 €, es ist aber jederzeit möglich aus dem Schrank auf dem Flur frische Handtücher und Badematten zu holen Frühstück kostet 25 € pro Person und Tag, dafür bekommt man vor die Türe täglich pro Person 1 Tüte mit 1 Croissant, 1 Brötchen, 2 halbe Scheiben Käse, 1 Butter, 1 Marmelade, 1 Apfel/Birne und ein kleines Trinkpäckchen Apfel oder Orangensaft Klar Island ist teuer aber das war enttäuschend! Das enttäuschendste war, ich wollte Mo mein Frühstück abbestellen für So bzw. am Sa die doppelte Menge haben, da wir bereits um 4.30 Uhr abreisen mussten wegen unserem Flug , war aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht möglich ?!? 50 € für nichts Alles lief entweder über Mail/booking/telefonisch, keine persönliche Rücksprache möglich Die Lage war nachts, vor allem am Wochenende , schlecht da es sehr laut war, durch die umliegenden Bars

- Brian (10/5): Cool place, great location - Very central location right on the Main Street of Reykjavik. The touchpad buttons would blink and reset while typing in the code, could be finicky. The signage or instructions should be more obvious, ie “look for cernin bar” it looks like a closed cafe at first glance early afternoon but I settled in quickly.

Lift which is good if you have a lot of luggage. Nothing really, it was great, free coffee, soaps, shower gels etc

- Beate (7/5): Sehr gut, außer ein Paar Mängel. - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine war vorhanden und Kaffee, Salz etc. auch. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend für eine Person. Für zwei wäre es etwas eng geworden. Handtücher und andere Sachen konnte man im Flur jederzeit neu für sich holen. Das war sehr gut. Die Hotline funktionierte sehr gut. Mir wurde schnell geholfen, da mein Code bei einer Türe nicht funktionierte. Die Kaffeemaschine lief aus. Das Wasser verteilte sich auf der ganzen Arbeitsplatte. Das war etwas lästig. Ich hatte hinterher raus, ZEWA drunter zu legen und dann war es okay. Perfekt wäre es gewesen, wenn es Milchpulver auch gegeben hätte. Die Dusche lief nach kürzester Zeit über. Der Siphon war verstopft und man konnte ihn nicht säubern.
- Stephanie (6/5): Watch out if you have breakfast here! Not appropriate if you plan early excursions! - Very central location. Free nespresso coffee. Nice hot showers with amazing pressure. We had paid for breakfast included with our 4 night stay where they leave outside your door. The breakfast is 25 euros for a croissant, a bread bun with a small butter and jam, an apple, and a juice carton, which I would say is on the expensive side. Our breakfast was late one of the mornings, which you can miss if you have a 9am excursion. On the last day, they completely forgot to give us breakfast! After calling and messaging, they implied that we left before the breakfast arrived (their usual drop-off time is between 6:30-7:30am) and we checked out at 10:30am which would have been 3 hours late if they did. I was left hungry and with disappointment by this comment made by the staff.

- Dawn (9/5): Great location. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. Easy self service facilities (towels, toilet roll, coffee pods, etc.). - Great location. Self-check in worked no problem and had no problems with keyless entry. We also had no problem adjusting the temperature in the room, which was great because I hate hot hotel rooms! Room could do with a bit of touching up in terms of paintwork, but noting major. The sofa was also strangely placed underneath the TV which means you couldn’t sit there to watch it (sat on the bed instead).
- Matthew (8/5): Great stay, would recommend anyone staying there. - The hotel was really clean and tidy, the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. Staff were nice and the check in/out was great. The code to go in and out instead of key is a great idea. The room was advertised with a sofa bed, which normally means a pull out bed with a duvet and pillow, there was just a sofa.

Auglýst að hreinlætisvörur væru í boði sbr sjampoo,það var ekki. Pirrandi varðandi örbylgjuofn.,hvernig á maður að skilja þetta unit? 30sek senn og aftur og aftur,,úff. Aðgangur mjög ábótavant,virkaði aldrei á okkar hæð,þurftum að hringja í hvert skipti til að komast inn á okkar hæð og íbúð,,,,DAPURT!!!

- Stephen (6/5): Good but terrible sleep due to outside disturbance. - Great location in the centre of Reykjavik. Nice sized room. Tiny bathroom but with a fantastic shower. Very hard to sleep. Room 108 is directly opposite the ‘OK 24 hour Market’. 😬 Which seems to attract people who decide to stand around outside through most of the night talking loudly or shouting.
- Webb (10/5): Convenient, clean, with all the basics covered. - We've stayed at Vintage Apartments close to 10 times over the years, so you can take that as our strongest endorsement. It's exceptionally well-located (especially if you don't have to park a car), and clean. We like to stay on the top floor in what's regarded as a suite but is really just a big room where the sofa can be pulled out for a third person. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenette is complete. We did have a problem with one of the bedside lamps failing to work, even after we got a new bulb. Also, the access codes didn't work at first, so we had to call a number and get them turned on.

- Sarah (10/5): Central, spacious and very comfortable. - This apartment was in a prime location on the main pedestrian street. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I really couldn’t recommend it more. Nothing! It was amazing
- Brynjulf (8/5): Excellent choice for a short-term stay in Reykjavik - Easy check-in, great location in Laugarvegur, good facilities. Smal, but well-furbished kitchen. Excellent bath. Clean throughout. Nothing really, would recommend this for a short-term stay in Reykjavik. Located on a pedestrian street, so you would have to walk at least 20 meters to get to the apartment.
