muhammadj0nf (10/5): Excellent Service and Location Close to Masjid Al-Haram - Alhamdulillah, I had a peaceful and comfortable stay at Ibis Styles Makkah during my Umrah journey. I want to sincerely thank all the staff — from reception to housekeeping — for their kindness, patience, and excellent service. The reception team was always helpful, respectful, and welcoming. They answered all my questions with a smile and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The cleaning staff kept my room fresh and clean every day. The entire hotel was quiet, organized, and perfect for a spiritual trip. One of the best things is that the hotel is located close to Masjid Al-Haram — it’s easy to reach by shuttle or taxi, which made my visits to the Haram smooth and convenient. I’d love to stay here again in the future, InshaAllah. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj. Jazakum Allahu Khayran.
Anab (4/5): - Room was in very poor condition it was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the sink drain was broken, the bedding smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty and the towels were used and dirty. The location was not too far from the Haram, but the room condition was really bad. I stayed at an Ibis hotel before but this Ibis was poor.
Ashif (10/5): - I will give 10 out of 10 everything was perfect I love the way they treat their customers is excellent, in addition their free shuttle service to haram and breakfast was fab.
Abu bakar (2/5): Avoid. No use at all if you encounter any issues - Hotel was shut down by the local authorities. They're now refusing to refund my booking, despite them being shut down. What stupidity. Thankfully, we are protected by regulations such as the Section 75 claim.
Abu bakar (2/5): THEY WERE SHUT DOWN BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES - The hotel was shut shut down by the local authorities. You can imagine our shock when we reached at 1am,with a young child and elderly parents. Neither they or hotels.com bothered to inform us. We had to pay a premium to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. Don't even get me started on the stress and hassle we had to go through.

Abu bakar (2/5): - Avoid booking this hotel. The hotel has been non operational since Feb 2025 and nobody bothered to let us know. You can imagine the shock my family and I had to endure upon arrival at 2am on the 4th of March. We had to find alternative accommodation at short notice, which meant paying a premium. Expedia were useless too. There was no way of getting through to customer services.

During hot day, When relaxing in daytime, for going to haram for sunset, the alarms went off and did not stop. Woke up shaking and Could not sleep. They were testing the alarms. There is nothing in room. Even water is 2 small bottles included. Extra will be charged. Bathroom is empty, even No teeth-pack. Absolutely did not like. Would not recommend to my friends.

Mohammed Suhail (8/5): - It’s definitely great value for money! We liked the overall service and the promptness of the staff whenever we needed anything. The shuttle bus to the Haram was also always on-time and spaces were always available. The only issue was general room cleanliness; the bathroom seemed to have some small dead bugs etc. that weren’t cleaned up and the shower floor appeared pretty dirty with moldy grout on the tiles. Despite being far away from the Haram, it is overall a decent stay for a pocket-friendly budget and the shuttle bus is a huge positive to consider this property for your Umrah stays.

Bus works as per tge schedule, although not very convenient duri g Ramadhan but was ok and on time, just 5mins to the Al Gjazaa but station and ~ 10mins walk to Haram prayer area, although if you need to access the clock tower area for restaurants, you will need to walk more.

For non Arabic speakers it is a bit difficult to figure out which shuttle bus to take from the Haram, and the shuttle service could be more frequent. We used the laundry service which was efficient.

Wasif Ali khan (8/5): Satisfactory stay. - Maman from reception was really helpful as she was the only person who speaks and understand English also have a good guesst service attitude. From Other staff I felt they are inferior to speak with non Arabic guest. Guest is guest whoever it is, no matter what language guest speaks, some of them should learn how to satisfy a guest and solve his/her complaints. Even at checkout no one cared to ask how was you stay ? We stayed 11 nights and nobody cares are we satisfied or not. Shuttle service is good, sandwiches are delicious.

Verified traveler (6/5): - In general the hotel is quite good, with only 15mins distance by drive to the Al-Haram. Uber works here perfectly, less traffic in this area. Breakfast was not very good, hovewer there are many places around from where you can order breakfast to your room. The only disadvantages were the shower cabin, that is always open from one side and im my room 1002 the water tap was not attached properly to sink.

Carpets and washrooms need to cleaned as well. Staff is very friendly. Overall not a bad choice if you are budget traveller.

Their customer service was exceptional, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor throughout my stay. The Front House Officer demonstrated excellent communication skills, addressing my inquiries promptly and efficiently. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they took the time to ensure I had all the necessary information about the hotel's services and facilities. I appreciated their extensive knowledge of the local area, providing helpful recommendations for dining and transportation. When I encountered a minor issue during my stay, the Front House Officer handled it with professionalism and resolved it promptly, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills. Moreover, their appearance and overall professionalism added to the positive experience. I left the hotel feeling satisfied and well taken care of, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service provided by the Front House Officer. Muhammad (10/5): A Wonderful Experience at The Ibis Styles Hotel - I recently stayed at The Hotel and wanted to share with you how wonderful my experience was. The staff were incredibly professional and always ready to help out with any request. The room itself was large and spotlessly clean. Each day Nestle water bottles, tea, and coffee were provided in the room. Room service was available every day, and the towels and sheets were changed daily. Overall, I had an incredible stay at The Hotel and highly recommend it. 👍

I must call out two exceptional staff Ms. Nada and Mr. Nawaf. they both are the great example of going above the normal to create a great experience for customer. I was offered early check-in (rooms were available and they did not hesitate to provide me earlier than the check-in time on their own) Thank you Ms. Nada for your empathy. Creating a great experience is also about letting your customer know what would help them without they having to ask, thank you Mr. Nawaf for guiding me on your own how i could manage my visits to Haram and utilise the bus timing to my advantage. Overall a great experience and mostly because of these two staff.

The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. James (10/5): Great hotel with a great price. - This was an awesome hotel. Very clean, bright and modern. The staff was amazing and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The other meals I had at the restaurant were great as well. My one complaint is the carpet in the room had a lot of stains but everything else was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

FBSW1 (10/5): Fab Experience - Stayed here for our Umra duration. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Decent pricing and affordable. The management are absolutely brilliant and top notch, very welcoming, treat you like family and extremely committed in providing you great service. Had a slight issue with one of the housekeeper but management dealt with it very efficiently and effectively. Great shuttle service to and from Haraam with friendly staff, most definitely safe if your coming back late evening. Would most definitely recommend the hotel unreservedly.

315sih (10/5): Perfcet customer service. - Very nice ,clean and comfortable hotel, the hotel itself isn't very far from the haram by car but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you there in 10min. Front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful and the same goes for the restaurant and housekeeping team. I will definitely be staying here again.
Imi_uk (6/5): Good but could be a lot better - Bed and bathroom were comfortable. There are things they need to sort out though. My window wouldn’t close fully ; kettle didn’t work; tv wouldn’t switch on; room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days. I’m not a messy person and was alone so the latter wasn’t a big issue for me.

nuriR239CR (2/5): not ibis - this hotel can not be ibis..even can not be ibis budget..if i had not stayed at ibis,i would never use this hotel chain again.i have slept at least 30 different ibis chains and at least 100 days so far...this hotel is from another world

MalirHalt (8/5): - I will stay there again. GOOD: shuttle to Haram. Value. WiFi. Coffee Maker in the room. Free water. Fair Breakfast. NOT SO GOOD: Hot water comes & goes!! Bring your own coffee packets - hit & miss in the room.
abdulabdul01 (8/5): Good but can be better - My check in was not as smooth as expected. I had booked of Accr Hotel site to pay with my points, but the officer at checkin counter did not know what it was all about. I ended paying more than what I planned for the trip. The reception could be far better. The reception staff rarely stay on their desk, rather they choose a room nearby and come out when a client shows up. They do not respond to know calls, so u have to come downstairs to everything you need. My view is that the management of the hotel, not necessarily the staff, need a lot more to do, so as the hotel can attain it's full potential as a true 3-Star hotel. (All what is need is on ground, I think the management is not harnessing well their available resources. I had to hold down the electric kettle in my room till.it boils. I requested for a change and I was dumbfounded by the response, as they said all kettles in the hotel are like that!!! After a slight glitch on our eligibility for "breakfast", everything was promptly resolved with apology by the supervisor of the restaurant. Their meals were very good and restaurant staff were helpful. The bus transport to and from Haram is spot on, very comfortable and timely. I'll score the hotel 85% here. While the bathroom was very small and shower is the too small, it was very clean and towels were sparkling white. The room was clean and I was delighted the it was allergen free (beddings, pillow, AC vent). None of us had itchy eye, nose, ear or skin while staying there. Score here is 100% by meeting and exceeding expectations.
