Please note Hotel Sommelier Boutique's spa will be available for guest use from 15th March 2017 onwards. Rooms come with a king-size bed which can be split into 2 single beds under request. LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Perez (9/5): - La estetica del hotel, el dormitorio, el baño, camas cómodas. La ubicación en el centro fue espectacular, considerando que el viaje fue por trabajo. El desayuno podría ser más variado. Si bien el personal fue muy amable, la experiencia no fue tan buena en el bar del 8 piso. Quizás por la hora, finalmente me fui sin ser atendida.

I’m pleased they let me know but then I had to pay extra for a room upgrade when I thought the room I booked wouldn’t be noisy anyway

The younger man on reception was friendly. Things the hotel could fix: The breakfast staff were initially unfriendly. The fact that vagrants came into the hotel and caused noise and disruption over breakfast or banged on the hotel door in the early hours of one morning. The fact that you charge for coffee in the room. Things the hotel can’t fix: The noise through the night from loud motorbikes and intoxicated people

Christina (10/5): - Besonders gefallen hat mir der freundliche Empfang. Wir waren viel zu früh da und durften unser Gepäck abstellen. Außerdem haben wir das Zimmer bekommen, sobald es sauber war. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Gehminuten bis in die Altstadt oder Innenstadt. Zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt neben dem Hotel.

Carolina (10/5): Muy buen hotel en Lastarria - La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, cerca de restaurantes, super mercado y a 15 min caminando de la plaza principal, tiene dos estaciones de metro cerca. El personal es amable y atento para prestar ayuda, el desayuno variado y rico. Me encantó la habitación, cómoda, silenciosa y muy limpia.

Werner (10/5): - Super nettes Boutique Hotel in zentraler Lage von Santiago. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, zB Barrio Lastarria oder Metro (ca 5-10 min). Tolle Zimmer, gross, modern und schön stilvoll eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Von aussen zunächst etwas unscheinbar (nicht erschrecken), von innen dann quasi unschlagbar 😊 In diesem Fall war wirklich alles außergewöhnlich gut!

Helton (4/5): Gostei dos funcionários mas uma recepcionista específica nos deixou do lado de fora por mais de 5 minutos à noite (a reg - A acomodação é confortável, mas percebe-se que é um hotel mais antigo Achei confusa as informações, chegando ao hotel paguei um caução de mais de R$ 500 reais que seria devolvido ao final da estadia. No quarto consumi uma água e dois cafés e pedi o abatimento do valor no caução, verifiquei no cartao além de o caução não ter sido estornado debitando o valor dos dois cafés e da água, há uma cobrança no valor de R$ 53 reais. Não entendi pq não houve a devolução do caução e a cobrança de mais de R$ 500 sendo que é impossível dois cafés e uma água custarem isso + R$ 53.

Walkable to both the Lastarria and the Plaza de Armas, the Hotel Sommelier made and excellent spot to do some sightseeing and enjoy Santiago. thought they were great and extremely helpful.

Por otro lado, poner la ropa de cama del huésped arriba de una valija no va. Lo usual es que se doble y se coloque debajo de la almohada o sobre la cama.

Corinne (5/5): Adequate - Rooftop patio We arrived in the Santiago early in the morning. Prior to arriving in Santiago I contacted the property asking him if we could store luggage until check-in. They stored our luggage which I appreciated. They told us we could check into our rooms early, but it was $75 per person to check in early. I’ve never had a hotel charge extra to check in early when a room is available.

Gill (10/5): Great location, lovely boutiques hotel with a stunning roof bar. - It’s in a great location to walk to bars and restaurant and the historically part of the city. The roof bar is fabulous and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We arrived on a Sunday and could have done with more information on the facilities in the room I.e how the window blinds worked, and also a bit more guidance and getting around from the hotel.

Staff was very accommodating, and saw to everything we asked for, and allowed us to keep our room for late checkout for a reasonable amount. We loved the boutique aspect, well appointed, clean, and a perfect place for those of us who don't like big box hotels! Americans.. I woukd have liked a box of kleenex. Tp was fine

La atención de la empleada encargada del desayuno, un día llegamos 930 y a las 10 se puso a barrer mientras tres mesas estaban ocupadas por personas terminando el desayuno. Tampoco nos gustó que en el dormitorio no había un calentador de agua, había cafetera y te cobraban el café.La decoración de las piezas.Te cobran 100 dólares de garantía que luego tenés que esperar el check out para que te lo reintegren...con la consiguiente complicación. Lo usual es que uno deje una tarjeta de garantía.

Barbara (9/5): Would stay here again, home away from home! - Comfortable, great pillows and beds. Good location for walking around. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. My room was a little bit noisy from the road so they changed my room and it was perfect.

They accommodated my to go food for early morning tour. Helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It is right in downtown where you need to go. I will also stay here if i have a chance on my next visit. Nothing really. Everything is good so far.

Grant (7/5): Great location, choose room carefully. - Great central location, good room with terrace & views. Room was right underneath rooftop bar, VERY loud Friday & Sat nights till AM. Sorted by being out later or earplugs. Bathroom felt dated and had faulty tap.

Ricard (1/5): Oseriös hotel manager - Helt ok hotel Det första som händer var att hotel managern säger att jag måste betala 70 dollar extra för att jag inte hade creditkort, bara debit och cash. Sen vill han ha ytterligare 100 dollar som deposition men ändrade sig till 50 dollar, för att sen säga att vi löser det sen. Jag betalde inget extra. Annars helt okej men det där förstörde mycket.

HUBERT (9/5): Great location and pleasant room. - Enjoyed the spacious room , good variety at breakfast, great location for us to walk everywhere to see the historic area. Very helpful doorman.
