• V5815SDannem (2/5): Bad experience in dining room - We arrived at this hotel in a group the checkin was chaotic by the time we queued for the lift to drop off our luggage in our room as advised by our guide we made our way to the dining room for our pre booked dinner. Only to find no seats available in the so called dining room We were sat outside in the rain with no table settings and then to top it off when we went for dinner Buffet there was one choice of main and no sweets left I went to reception to ask for the manager only to be told he was outside and would be with me shortly The young man on reception was great getting us cutlery and blankets I can only say the hotel was very badly managed and the restaurant was no more than a snack bar Unable to accommodate the amount of guests in our party

I don’t think the air con was working properly as it didn’t seem to cool the room and was on all night. Restaurant area was very small for this size of hotel and the food was mediocre.

The hotel is modern and stylish, with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were decent, with a fair variety of food available. However, the location feels rather isolated and it's quite far from bars or places to go out in the evening.

Beach area in Agapark nearby is decent, still for swimming we preferred to go by car to some remote beaches in small bays.

I also attended business meetings and dinner events. During all these experiences, I have not seen a single fault. Food is very good, rooms and the premises are very clean, staff are smiling and helpful. Whatever you ask from the staff, it is delivered in a couple of minutes. Meeting rooms are very convenient (quiet, well-lit, easy-to-access, good catering, etc.) for all kinds of meetings. It is definitely the best value for money and best stay in this region.

Our breakfast was included with the stay but I would go to another place next time.

Yemekler de güzeldi biraz daha iyi olabilir. En büyük sıkıntımız otelin anlaşmalı olduğu beache gitmek oldu. Bence o otelde kalan kimse o işletmeye gitmesin. Hiltona yakışmayan bir yer. Öyle olduğunu bilsek en baştan başka denize giderdik.

Odayı iki kişilik tutmamıza rağmen tek kişilik havlukonulmuştu. Söyleyince hemen ikinci takım monmuştu. Oda, nevresimler ve havlular temizdi. Cumartesi giriş yaltık. Paxar günü de kaldık. Pazar günü odada temizlik yapılmamıştı. Kahvaltı da çeşit ve lezzet fena değildi. Mujatap oöduğumuz bütün personel nazik ve ilgiliydi. Rahatlıkla kalınacak bir otel.

Bundan sonrasında da aynı şekilde konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Tek eleştirim duş kabininin tabanında kaymaz bir pad bulunmayışı. Duvardaki tutamağı bırakınca ayakta durmak tehlikeli bir hal alıyordu.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was very neat and clean all the time. Breakfast spread was also wide and delicious. Main thing I liked the most is it,s staff. Staff was very supportive, attentive and courteous. I would like specially thanks to Mr. Imaan from reception and the lady(pardon me for her name).

• Jens (10/5): Dejligt hotel - Dejligt lækkert hotel i rolige omgivelser. Værelset med aircondition var dejligt køligt. Morgenmad var dejlig og varieret. Dog kunne man kun åbne skydedør 10 cm. Nice hotel in a very calm areaer. Nice rooms and lovely breakfast. Mi isthat slidingdoor at room only opened up 10 cm. No go
