• Sally (10/5): Perfect Stay in Lisbon - We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We stayed five nights. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Centrally located just around the corner from the world's oldest bookstore. The district is lively but once the windows are closed it's very quiet. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Front desk helped with insider shortcuts to the elevators helping us get to our destinations quicker. For any Foodie it's right around the corner from Belcanto. They have also opened a lovely restaurant, Isabella, right next to the hotel. We will definitely be staying at Flora Chiado Apartments whenever we're in Lisbon. .

• Evelyn (10/5): Beautiful Lisboa oasis in the heart of the city! - A beautiful oasis, in a spectacular city! The apartment was everything you see in the online pictures and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable, a large modern bathroom with plush towels, the kitchen fridge was fully stocked (& replenished daily) with breakfast and lunch items (eggs, fruit, yoghurts, ham, cheese, bacon) including a juicer and fresh oranges, a fresh fruit bowl, honey, jams. A full selection of bread and pastries of your choice delivered to your door every morning. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine w local cheese and crackers. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and helped with any request. Book it!

We stayed only one night but wished we could have stayed longer. We were greeted by warm reception, wine, cheese platter, and were provided ample ingredients and cooking tools for a full breakfast. • Clayton (10/5): Incredible Stay - Impeccable Service! - Absolutely amazing property! I really do not know where to begin… There were so many positives about this property and specifically the management and associates who assisted us during our stay. Everything about the apartment is very high-quality and all the small details are present to ensure a comfortable stay. The refrigerator was stocked with a lot of items that did not require an additional purchase, a great espresso coffee maker, and multiple bottles of water replenished every day. The front desk manager (Rita) was extremely helpful during the check-in process and explained everything we needed in great detail and even held our bags for us until check-in time. The daily bread service which was hung on our door was a treat to say the least! Perhaps the biggest event of our stay was the nationwide blackout for all of Portugal and Spain. The management team (Rita, Luna and Marco) went above and beyond what I would expect and assisted us throughout the entire event! We cannot thank them enough for ensuring our safety, providing candles and extra foodand also accommodating us for an extra three days when our flight was canceled due to the blackout. The location is perfect for Lisbon! We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit. THANK YOU FLORA CHIADO!
• William (10/5): Beautiful room and beautiful staff - The staff was AMAZING! Rita, Marco, Luna, and I wish I could remember the name of the last staff member because she was fantastic also. We were there during the NATIONAL power outage. Rita made sure that we all had access to food and water. She actually went shopping and stood in a line that was a block long. I know this because I did the same thing. She made sure we had candles and water. I saw her have compassion for other travelers whose cards did not work because there was no way to take credit card payments. She took a small cash deposit and did not leave them on the streets like I had seen other hotels do that evening. The staff as a whole deserves SIX stars! The apartments looked exactly how they actually are. As of this moment I am in a hotel in Sintra that does not match the photos from Booking.com. Every morning the staff delivered fresh bakery items that we could pick from the night before. The refrigerator was stocked and they provided a very good bottle of red wine for our first night’s stay. When I return I will stay here again. Perfect location with a fantastic local restaurant down the street and two Michelin rated restaurants on the same street. The small local restaurant was the best! Awesome fresh local Portuguese food. • Henry (10/5): If you want a special vacation, just stay here. The location and the room and the staff are all fantastic! - My wife and I went to Lisbon for vacation. There are a lot of options to choose from in the area. However, we chose Flora Chiado Apartments because they have a king bed and also a tub. They also have a full-size kitchen. Honestly, it’s more like an Airbnb. The staff is really attentive and amazing and the housekeeping is also superb. You get to pick fresh breads and pastries every morning which they leave at your door. I would definitely go back. There is also a Michelin star restaurant right next-door if you’re into that thing. The restaurant is called Alma, but you have to make reservations for in advance. It was more expensive than most

• Joan (10/5): Wonderful place to come home to - we had the 2 bedroom unit on the top floor and really appreciated the quick and quiet elevator to reach it. Our rooms were spotless, maintained every day, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The private drivers had a bit of trouble finding the building, but the Uber driver found it easily. You have to be very specific about it's location and might want to use the restaurant next door as a reference. We would definitely use their units again for a stay in Lisbon. Not cheap, but about the same price as 2 rooms in a hotel for the 4 of us and we had a huge, 1600sq ft, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 baths, completely furnished with all new furniture, 3TVs, fireplace and a complete kitchen apartment to come home to and relax after a day of hiking the Lisbon hills. The food in the refrigerator was replenished every morning along with fresh bread and pastries. They even left strawberries and champagne for us on Valentines day. I think a second banister going up the lower part of stairs to the bedrooms would be helpful and keep hands off the wall....and tighten up the banister that is there on the second level, it wobbles.

• Nagomi (10/5): Exceptional - It is a beautifully decorated, relaxed space. The bed mattress and pillow are very comfortable. We enjoyed fresh bakery delivered every morning. The excellent staff arranged our needs well. The location is most convenient. There is a laundry service, but a laundry machine in the unit would be even better for an extended stay with a large family.

The apartment came with a well equipped kitchen with complementary oranges, yogurt, milk, eggs (all replenished every day), etc plus a modestly marked up minibar.
