Não foi feito nenhum tipo de verificação antes de chegarmos.Paredes mofadas, cheio de mofo, até no teto. Lixeira toda cheia de ferrugem. O banheiro, sinceramente, estava dando nojo. Vontade de ir para outro lugar.... Não estava nada parecido com as fotos.

O espaço é extremamente pequeno, o que compromete a segurança e torna o local até insalubre. Ainda, precisei eu mesma comprar o detergente para a cozinha pois havia uma mínima quantidade disponível. Para piorar, a cortina do quarto não estava presa e caiu ao ser aberta.

Roberto (8/5): - Lugar tranquilo, roupas de cama limpas. Funcionária trabalhou para equacionar a situação com sofá cama que não era muito bom para duas pessoas. O chão é azulejo, prejudica a acústica. O sofá cama era casal, mas não era confortável para dormir duas pessoas.

Áurea (10/5): minha estadia foi execelente - iniciando pela localização foi ótimo, a acomodação tudo bem limpo e organizado, gostamos também pelo fato de ter elevador , pois estavamos com uma criança e uma idosa. somente um funcionario que errou o valor do meu consumo e na saída do portão veio fazer o restante da cobrança, mas tudo certo no final.

Carlos (8/5): Boa opção para acomodação em Conquista - A localização é excelente. O flat tem boa estrutura, ar condicionado, cama boa, bom espaço. A garagem é super apertada, carro grande pode ter problemas de acesso. Os utensílios da cozinha são limitados, sentir falta de pano de prato, taças, etc.
