Guest Reviews
- Rebecca (9/5): Good hotel in great location - Breakfast was amazing Bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable
- NM (9/5): Really great - Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly/helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very nice.
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Daiane (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. Comfortable bed. Staff not friendly and not welcoming
They don't respond when you say good morning, they don't smile back when you smile at them.
They don't ask how your stay was at the checkout.
It was my first and last time staying at this hotel.
- Alissa (10/5): -
- Sierra (10/5): -
- Jana (10/5): Perfect location very helpful staff . -
- Betsy (10/5): Short and sweet - Beautiful and clean Needs automatic doors
It’s very difficult to open heavy doors carrying multiple bags
- Martin S 85 (9/5): -
- Wendy (10/5): very nice. I would recommend it. - Breakfast was very good. We liked that there was a 10 dollar credit towards meals

- 362pamc (6/5): Strong pluses and negatives! - The location is a 10+, staff are great and the restaurant had yummy food. However, our room was the size of a closet with only room for one chair. One of us had to sit on the bed when we were in the room. The internet wouldn’t even allow us to stream Netflix or watch TV on our computer. And we are Diamond members and had to pay Nashville Destination charges and parking. Over $200 for two nights. Look around for a better deal.
- Valerie (10/5): - Didnt eat breakfast there, not included... location was the best, we were there for a concert at The Ryman Nothing
- Barry (9/5): -
- Nate (8/5): -
- James (6/5): -
- Zachary (4/5): - Location Bed wasn't comfortable, pillows were too flat, and we couldn't pay for snacks and beverages up front. They charged my card and used my deposit
- martynasma (10/5): -
- Oonagh (6/5): - Location excellent. Comfortable room.. Staff were friendly.and helpful Breakfast was cold unfortunately.
Water Luke warm. Disappointing for a well appointed room and fantastic location
- Scott (10/5): The Hotel was the best. As far as going through Booking I would high recommend not ever using them!!! They charged me an - Clean friendly location was great
- Sheri (8/5): Great comfortable hotel for one night - The hotel was in a quiet area and we could walk to everything we were doing Our room didn’t have an actual window and I do t recall it saying the window was blocked. Also the lighting in the bathroom is very dark
- Chris (3/5): Just nothing special about the room. - Location It was nothing special. The view from the only tiny window in the room was a brick wall.
- S2571ZFalexy (10/5): Perfect from beginning to end - The service from the time you check-in to check-out was excellent. Katie at the bar/restaurant was super fun and gave great recommendations. The GM Levi was very guest focused and super friendly. Our room overlooking Nissan Stadium was amazing. Overall, perfect stay and all walking distance to Broadway and some really fun places at Printers Ally. Thanks for making our anniversary and birthday trip memorable!
- Meghan (10/5): -
- Crhistian (10/5): - Great
- lanea666 (2/5): Worst stay ever - Worst stay ever - been a loyal diamond member with Hilton for years, and this property has the worst customer service I have ever been to. Everything from grossly overcharging at billing, slow internet, locked out of my room twice, didn't give me the right room at check in, no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower, terribly slow internet, and nothing got resolved, stayed in a room that I didn't pay for, the advance incidentals they charged me over $3000, then holding this $ til days after checkout - messing up CC for my usage. I couldn't make up how bad this stay was if I was Hollywood screenwriter.
- Denise (10/5): - Amazing
- Lisa (6/5): - The location was perfect.
- Barb (10/5): - Staff was super nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay again!!
- Joey (10/5): - This location was very exceptional! Greeted with a smile and excellent hospitality when we arrived as well as when we checked out! 5 stars!
- Craig (10/5): - Property was one of the nicest Hilton Properties I have visited.
- T6243DXwilliamk (10/5): Amextra Mile - The service was excellent and very accommodating. G&D has great food and service. Very accommodating to allergies. The art and lounge areas are open 24/7 and make for a wonderful spot to relax after a run or walk in the Nashville heat. There is always fresh ice water and a welcoming staff whenever you need. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but assuming I have the means I would greatly enjoy a 2nd visit.
- Nicola (10/5): Great experience…..5 star! - Everyone at the hotel was wonderful from the front desk, housekeeping, baristas to the valet! Top notch! Our 2nd stay and not our last!
- Joshua (6/5): good - location was wonderful, stuff was great. I liked the rooms. The facilities was amazing. I did not like the way to charges/money was handled. the took the whole stay plus incidental charge as a whole from my bank, and then when i checked out instead of just reversing the incidental charge, they ran my card again for the room charge again. So for three days i had those funds holding from me and unable to use them. very inconvenient. it could really have put and dampener in the trip if my funds was a little less in my account. not to mention that have to pay for parking because all they offered was valet, and was charge $88 for one night when $60 was stated.
- 871atarahd (10/5): Fabulous Vibes - Wonderful hotel with amazing vibe! Definitely will be returning for a longer stay to enjoy the city and the hotel! Cannot wait to return!
- Yvonne (7/5): A very dark room with inadequate lighting - Location was great. The room only had a very small window overlooking an inner courtyard we only stayed one night so it was adequate, but it was so dark- even with the all of the available lights on it was dingy and difficult to see properly.
Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Good lighting in the bathroom. Dark room. Very expensive parking.
Overall considering the room it was overpriced but comfortable
- Kendra (10/5): - Everyone was very nice. Great service.
We will definitely stay here again.
- Jennifer (8/5): - Great place!
- martynasma (10/5): -
- Michellr (10/5): - Everything was so nice and staff really nice as well
- Jose (1/5): -
- Jason (10/5): Can’t wait to stay again! - The staff was amazing! Painless book in and out process. Very clean and beautiful rooms.
- Chris (9/5): -
- Kyle (10/5): - Very comfortable bed
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A great stay overall! Quiet hotel with lots of great history and art! The staff goes above and beyond! Very clean! And a short walk to broadway!
- cem265 (10/5): Top Notch - My husband and I have stayed in many Hilton properties. The staff at the Bankers Alley is absolutely the best - front desk, restaurant, maintenance (only one small issue that was taken care of within 20 minutes) and the bedding is supremely comfortable, the room wonderfully clean. The general manager and front desk staff have gone over and above to assist me when I left jewelry behind in the bathroom - much more than I ever expected.
- Crystal (10/5): - Nice location; nice staff.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor room conditions - The shampoo/conditioner holder was detached from the shower wall and resting on a shelf. The door did not latch unless forcefully opened or closed. The cleaning staff left the room, the door did not close and was left unlocked the entire day we were out. Our belongings were not secured in the room.
Will not be back to this hotel or Hilton hotels in the future
- D5379WCmichellea (10/5): Perfect for Nissan Stadium events! - Great customer service! Amazing location especially for events at Nissan Stadium! Nice change from the typical hotel!!!
- Roam66909110219 (10/5): Killer location! - Came for a concert at Nissan Stadium and this location was walkable to the stadium and Broadway! The hotel has everything you need. Peloton in the gym, a great restaurant that serves b/l/d. We had a king room that was good with a large bath which was even better! Would definitely stay here again!
- MullinsW (10/5): - Stayed here for the Coldplay concert. Our entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend staying if you are in the area. Especially for experiences at Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone. Hotel staff was friendly, hotel vibes was on point and the room was exceptionally clean. Valet parking is perfect. Delores was our attendant and she was so sweet and kind.
- Brian (10/5): - Great stay. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was unique and very clean.
- Brian (10/5): - Kudos to Avery - Bar Server
- Monica (6/5): - Close to attractions. Staff and restaurant food left a lot to be desired.
- Tim (6/5): - The hotel was very nice and great location to be able to walk to everything. The valet service was backed up with 15-20 cars parked in front which made it more difficult to check in. Our room was very clean but an extremely loud noise in the room, possibly a mechanical problem with the A/C or something near our room, made it very difficult to get a good night sleep.
- E4415PUjoshw (10/5): - Staff was fantastic! Very accommodating and friendly. Received an upgraded room with additional availability and was blown away
- K8772RAlindab (10/5): GREAT HOTEL STAY! - Awesome staff from check-in to check-out! Valet kindly held the door open for me and help with my things. The young man at the front desk, I believe the manager, was a delight and had a smile that showed he cared. My husband enjoyed the restaurant and the guy who waited on us was extremely kind. Room was awesome- especially how neat the bed was!
- tammylV1631MA (8/5): Nashville trip - The front desk girl (Terraniece) and the valet (Delores) were very nice and personable. They smiled every time they saw us and would chat with us, they were very helpful.
Wish the curtain wasn’t messed up, causing the room to have light all night, but hey at least they gave me an upgrade from a room without a window so at least I had a real room, so didn’t complain about the light, we’d rather a window that lets in light over one with no window, other that that it was a great stay, they hotel was very nice
- DanielleC1234567 (2/5): Dissapointing - We booked this hotel 4 months ago for a Coldplay concert. The hotel has threatened to cancel our reservation and move us to a hotel not within walking distance. There offer was to “pay for our Uber”. Their explanation is that the hotel is facing challenges. Really disappointed.
- 807tamaram (10/5): Homey and comfortable - From last night check in with Portia to check out with Terraneice, it was like dealing with family. The staff seemed to care. The location is very central for Broadway, the stadium and the arena.
- EffieGood (2/5): Valet Parking: vehicles robbed and damaged - Valet parking Warning: Both our cars were broken into. Valet locked one. Thieves broke window to get in. Valet didn’t lock the other and thieves rifled through all and stole a little cash but left their engraved vape pen! Hotel has done nothing to rectify our situation and has made no response to our inquiries. Valet attendant told us break ins happen all the time. Why didn’t hotel warn us at check in? Very frustrating, disappointing and costly. At $60 a night for valet parking, this can become a very, very expensive experience.
- christina (10/5): - Everyone even valet were extremely friendly, loved my stay here. 3 min walk to downtown was perfect for the 4th celebration
- Edward (10/5): - Even better than in pics. Fantastic location
- Wander381920 (2/5): Avoid - Bring bug spray and your own sheets!! By far the worst hotel stay I’ve had under any brand. I’ve stayed at Best Western’s for way less than the over $200/night this room cost and had a far better experience. Rooms are not cleaned or sanitized and based on the discovery of a women’s broken fake nail in my bed I’m highly doubtful sheets are changed in between guests! Then there was the whole fruit fly/gnat attack I endured and it took several increasingly angry phone calls to the front desk before the “maintenance” guy came and guess what? His can of bug spray didn’t work 🤦🏽♀️. I urge you to avoid this hotel and stay elsewhere!!
- Bruce (10/5): - Wait staff in restaurant were excellent. Overall hotel met expectations.
- Specter_travel (8/5): Artistic Hotel: Perfect Location, Flavorful Bites - Overall a very nice hotel in a good location, conveniently situated just a short walk from Lower Broadway. Boasts a charming atmosphere, with artwork adorning the hallways. . Although I enjoyed the flavorful breakfast at Gray & Dudley's, I found the portion sizes somewhat small for the price compared to other options in the surrounding area.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Natalie at the front desk is a shining star at the property.
- Chris (8/5): - Can walk to Broadway!
Security onsite at night and door was locked and needed key after 10 p.m. which was good for safety. Had to get my uber at 4 a.m. and security was there to walk us to our uber outside.
- Erika (10/5): - Amazing people work here! We love everything about this hotel.
- Alicia (8/5): - Overall, for a 1-night stay, hotel was quiet and clean. BEWARE of valet parking! Thankfully, we did not have any issues but 2 cars the morning of our departure had been broken in to. Apparently, from what we understand, this happens fairly frequently.
- Clay (4/5): - It's hard to believe that a hotel that charges the amount of money that this hotel charges for such a small room and charges $3.00 for a bottle of water. That's UNEXCEPTABLE and GREEDY! I'm sorry I choose Tapestry.
- Simon (6/5): - For the price paid the hotel is being greedy asking money for any small service, you have to pay for water bottle ,and the parking is double the price of any parking around the valet was rude
- Ken (10/5): - Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Convenient to all of downtown Nashville.
Allowed cigars outside of bar/restaurant.
- David (10/5): - 1st floor experience was well done
- Bill (6/5): - Did like the place, great service, only problem was the A/C only got the room to 75 degrees. We like our room at 66
- Robin (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were beautiful and the restaurant was very nice
- Parrish (10/5): - So close to everything downtown.
- Sowle2 (10/5): Great location and beautiful hotel! - Hotel was beautiful! Old structure remade over with modern twists! 2 blocks from Ol Reds, 1 block from Printer’s Allie. Just on the outside of the blackout for Ubers for CMA fest, so you can get picked up at the backside of the hotel. The hotel staff is fantastic and Delores from valet took very nice care of our car!
- Michelle (10/5): - My husband and I spent one night here as we were traveling through. Walkable to all attractions and restaurants. Very nice and clean area. Valet was above and beyond good to us.
- Patricia (10/5): - Stay was very pleasant and staff was very nice
- Kristoffer (10/5): - The food and service was great
- Holly (4/5): - My room was like being in a cave. The window looked at a wall that was 3 feet away. No natural light, literally a coffin. And not enough lighting. Not like any picture on the website. Completely depressing.
- O6022GWjohn (4/5): Clean hotel, detached staff - Clean room, great location, neat hotel. The art is pretty cool.
Front desk employees are detached and mediocre on a good day. They seem more agitated by guests more than anything.
Hotel food is uninspired. Worth noting its expensive but that should be expected.
Wouldn't recommend staying here.
- Michael (10/5): - Great place
- Antonio (10/5): - Great experience excellent staff especially front desk
- Greg (8/5): - Great location in the heart of Printers Alley! Property is nice. Comfortable room. Need more luggage carts and staffing seemed to be short. Long wait checking in. Staff member working desk was really kind & courteous though. Worthy of 4 stars not 5.
- Shields (9/5): Superb - Good location within walking distance of Broadway. Room was small but perfect for a quick weekend trip. Had a little trouble with the reservation getting in, but the staff was nice and helped us out.
- Hinojosa (8/5): Clean and centrally located, close enough to Broadway but far enough so that it was quiet. - Good Breakfast, location was good, drinks were good. The receptionist upon our arrival provided great recommendations. Good Breakfast. We had room 301 in the Nashville location and the right side of the bed is very squeaky. We would have wanted a room with a window, the room felt very enclosed and there were 2 windows but they faced a hallway which was very odd.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Staff was excellent
- Christy (10/5): - The staff was responsive in helping address some unexpected changes to our plans. Great location for Nissan Stadium and Broadway.
- Kyle (8/5): - Pros: Staff working valet, front desk, and housekeeping were exceptional! Friendly, attentive, professional, and eager to ensure guests enjoyed their stay. Clean, safe, updated hotel within walking distance of Nissan Stadium, bars, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. The rooms were well decorated with art pieces and clean but the lighting is quite dim.
Cons: Service was atrocious in the bar/dining lounge. Waitress never came back after dropping off menus. Took 30 minutes and waving bar staff over to finally get order taken. 15 minutes later we finally received drinks and eventually the food order. We ordered the Tuesday taco special which was 2 tacos (2 pieces of shrimp per taco) for $20. Bloody Mary was nearly undrinkable because there was so much lime in it. Quite possibly the worst drink our party had ever tried. The lounge and bar area was really well designed and furnished with a great selection of whiskey and bourbon and shows great potential if the service and quality of food was improved. There was plenty of staff for the number of patrons but they lacked organization and hospitality skills.
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): - Everything was excellent. And the staff went above and beyond!
- Gary (10/5): - Every detail at this hotel] feels carefully considered to ensure a relaxing and luxurious experience. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Location made it very easy to visit Nashville attractions. I would highly recommend it!
- Z9060GImattm (10/5): In town with family for my bucket list AC/DC concert. - This is the best hotel by far! They always help any way they can. Ask for Simone! Absolutely the best! Will bend over backwards to help you! Close to Broadway and easy walk to Nissan Stadium. Extremely nice hotel. This is what you should expect from Hilton.
- Michael (10/5): Couple - Everything was perfect
- KATIA (8/5): - Just enough out of the way to be nice and quiet. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the rooms are terribly hot and it takes over an hour for the AC to actually cool the room down. Staff was attentive and tried to accommodate us, but they did acknowledge it's an issue in every room.
- mike (10/5): Loved the stay!! - Service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I booked a corner room and loved the view! It was so good I kept the curtains open all night. Close enough to Broadway but just far away from the noise. Will stay there again!
- susanmK6935WI (10/5): Business Trip - Such a charming hotel with great service. Valet staff was helpful and the front desk was all nice. Check-in was great and I even got an upgrade. Had breakfast in restaurant and the gentleman who assisted was awesome. Our room was clean and we loved the wall art inside. We’ll definitely be back!!
- mikepU1951GR (10/5): Brianna was GREAT - Brianna was amazing she gave options for food and Terrenciece was also exceptional. I just wish you guys would still utilize the business center it really would've made my stay PERFECT! OTHER then that small inconvenience the hotel is amazing from staff to art and music. Drinks were also on point!
