- Alok (9/5): Enjoyed my stay. Incredible value for money. - The room was excellent – very spacious, with beautiful lighting and a surprisingly large, well-designed bathroom. The fittings were of good quality, the towels were nice and soft, and overall the room felt premium. What stood out the most was how spotlessly clean it was. Lovely view of a mango orchard. Incredible value for money! The restaurant experience was disappointing. The F&B menu is extensive but the food didn’t stand out. Drink options were very limited and there was no ice available. Service was patchy even with only 3 tables occupied. Also, note that all doors and the main gate remain locked until 7:00 AM, so early check-outs need prior information. The room had an electric kettle but no cups or tea/coffee sachets.

- Tanya (6/5): - Det var väldigt rent och personalen var hjälpsam. Enkelt att ta sig till Sawantwadi city och nära till tågstationen. Managern var väldigt trevlig och pratsam! Frukosten var lite tråkigt. Man fick kaffe/te, toast med smör och ett enda tillval (omelett bland annat). Saknar kanske lite frukt eller juice. Det var även en kvinna som var kring hotellet som tiggde pengar av oss. Vi vet inte om hon jobbade där då hon hade civila kläder, men hon satt ofta kring poolen. Poolen skulle också behöva en upprustning.

- Mukherji (7/5): Konkan Crown needs attention to detail - The place is located too far off from Sawantwadi town, but is a stone's throw from the railway station. Service is prompt, and the rooms and bathroom are spacious and well-planned. The furniture - especially the cupboard was beautiful. Food is excellent On the flip side, the rooms need fumigation; there were cockroaches on my dressing stand However, there is little attention paid to the aesthetics of it. The bearers and helpers are prone to throw their jackets and clothing on the sitout or railings, which ends up giving the property a tacky look. Peeling paint and unkempt walls on the stairs need to be looked after. Bearers too are seen to go around barefoot when attending to guests. Barefoot bearers, unkempt lawns, cockroaches in the room and helpers' worn out jackets hanging out from rails . The television had not been recharged; so no channels could be viewed

- Atul (1/5): A big letdown - Near railway station Far away from the town - swimming pool is not cleaned for ages - Food is highly priced... bathroom flush not effective... had to get it repaired but not very effective even after being repaired - some issue in their water supply pipeline... I went there for a workation - no internet in the room - fortunately I was carrying my Airtel dongle - so I could work.... They ask you to work from the terrace - however it was unbearably hot and humid... it is the first time I saw no internet in the rooms but outside...

- Mona (6/5): Passable. - The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was big and clean. Parking and swimming pool was something I was looking forward to. Bed is spacious. The Air-condition in the room was very old and didn't provide sufficient coolness. The rooms were not plastered only painted. The door locks were not functioning properly. The breakfast which was mentioned on booking.com was not available. I expected a buffet . However it was à la carte. Food was tasty but very spicy to my taste. Some of the food items were highly priced.The service was poor. A lot of waiting time and the waiter was not sure if they had all the items on the menu card. He had to confirm the same for breakfast and lunch too. Then he asked if we liked the food. The swimming pool was dirty and no shower was available onsite before going in the pool. It was occupied by some boys who were not staying in the hotel . So they were enjoying the pool and using up all the space. I didn't like it.
