- nickbP5510UO (10/5): Convenient good hotel - Great little hotel, with easy parking. All staff I encounted were friendly & helpful. Easy check in and acknowledged as a diamond member which was nice. I was on top floor facing the airport and a good view of Thunderbird 3!! Noise from airport not an issue. Room & bathroom was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Good lighting, bed comfortable, WiFi signal good, no complaints.
I ate in bar area and Touchdown restaurant. I preferred the bar menu, but all food I had was nice (Touchdown I thought a quite over priced for what it was). My only complaint is that the bar menu is only available weekends, given a choice Iâd prefer the bar menu be an option during the week.
Other than that, a great little hotel, enjoyed my stay and when in the area again will stay there
- adriversen (6/5): Mediocre hotel stay - The rooms were nice and perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done every three days, as far as I could tell, but you can request more frequent cleaning if needed.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The bread did not seem fresh and felt more like mass-produced products. There were no fried eggs, only powdered scrambled eggs, and the bacon was barely cookedâmore like the thicker, lightly cooked style often served in the UK. There were also no fresh vegetables such as cucumber or bell peppers, which would have been an easy improvement.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

A special thank you to Agnes, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. Itâs rare to come across someone who makes such a positive impact, but she absolutely did.
Because of her, our stay felt much more personal and welcoming. Sheâs a real asset to the hotel, and honestly the reason I would choose to stay here again.

- Thomas (7/5): Very well presented hotel room just needs alittle work around the facilities. - The room was very clean and well presented, it was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. The shower though lovely and large, didnât function very well. And was alittle tricky to find the correct setting for the hot/cold water. I think it needs alittle tlc. And you have to pay for parking, which I thought was out of order, Cost me ÂŁ12 for a single night.

One staff member started a conversation with the other staff memeber whilst I was in the middle of checking in. Just literally butted in to chat about another things. Delayed my check in.
Kettle has stopped working in my room and not a spare available. The solution was to go to reception in the morning and they would wait for someone to check out and take the one from their room. Was given a paper cup of Luke warm water from reception for now. Staff member started moaning about all his other problems to me. I didnât want to hear them.
I wanted to eat in the restaurant for evening meal. It was booked for a private function until 2030 - not a problem, Iâll wait. I asked if I needed to book, was told no. Went to get food at 2045 as advised up only to be turned away as they were full and not letting anyone else in but there were still plenty of empty tables. Commenced an 18 mile round trip to McDonaldâsâŠ
Over all, the few staff memeber Iâve encountered have had poor attitude and donât seem interested in customer service at all.

Comfortable bed and nice breakfast The room facing the street are noisy, you can heat every truck and car passing. Internet connection is not so good. The heating system is noisy.

De kamers waren dik voor elkaar. Het enige waar ik en mijn vrouw tegen aan liepen was, dat de douche redelijk snel koel tot koud begon te worden en dat was voor ons het enige min puntje.

Breakfast is poor, very little choice and substandard. Both very poor for the Hilton chain.

We booked room for one night and left our car over the weekend. The room was spotless and relaxing. Bed very comfortable and lovely bathroom.
We were even able to have some breakfast as the buffet was open when we left for our 0610 flight.
Definitely worth staying over as parking was included in the very reasonable cost of the hotel.

- EuroPilot (6/5): Reasonable hotel when using or working at Humberside Airport - Clean, modern room within walking distance of Humberside airport.
Excellent warm and cold breakfast. Very poor and unstable wifi in the room.
The Touchdown Bar and Grill were not open on the weekend. The hotel provided simple, microwaved evening meals of reasonable quality but not what you expect from a Hilton

- Maksim (6/5): - Very convenient location, just few mins walk from the airport. The room is quite large and the bed is quite comfortable, which makes it possible to sleep well. The location of the room was also not very good, next to the elevator and noise from guests, and from the side of the window you can hear the noise from the nearby road. I've been your guest three times already, and each time my rooms were close to the elevator and the road. Are you serious, or do you have nothing else to offer Booking.com customers?
This time, I didn't like the breakfast, there simply wasn't any. Only hot coffee and juice from the machine were available. You know, many guests leave the hotel around 4:50 to catch their first flight from the nearby airport, and it would be very kind of you to at least provide everything necessary to make a morning sandwich, not to mention a full hot breakfast. Or offer the option to book a room WITHOUT BREAKFAST.

- Yaqubs (2/5): Worst client care - âAbsolutely shocking conduct from the receptionist. I walked into the hotel and instantly felt terrible the atmosphere was downright hostile. I was nothing but polite, yet she was aggressive, rude, and completely devoid of any basic sense of hospitality. To make matters worse, I was actually told off for parking my car outside while I was just trying to bring in my luggage. This is my first day, and the atmosphere is already terrible. I stay in hotels all over the world, and this is, without question, the most unwelcoming place I have ever encountered. And the worst part? I still have two more dreadful days to endure.â

- Fiona (8/5): Great location and easy access. The lifts are a good size which makes getting luggage in hassle free - Great room which was well set out and easy access Intermittent WIFI in the room and I didn't like having to pay for parking. Which was ÂŁ10 a day
- Andrea (6/5): Bouncy Mattress. Unprofessional reception - We have stayed here many times, its usually great, which is why we keep choosing to come back.
This time, however, our queen sized bed mattress was really bouncy. My husband and I could feel every movement the other made. The first night, when I was still awake at 00.30, I decided to go and sleep in our camper van in the carpark.
In the morning I asked reception if we could change to a twin room but unfortunately the hotel was full.
Plan B - I brought our mattress from the campervan up to our room and slept on that on the floor.
Next time we stay here we will book a twin room.
Everything else regarding the hotel and facilities was great.
Good sized room, lovely shower, easy parking, brilliant gym (open 24/7) great breakfast.
Some of the reception staff are not very professional, though. Not a great first impression of the hotel.
Whilst checking me in they both greeted me with a "Hello" then one said to the other "are you doing this one?" and then they continued with their personal conversation regarding their "cold pizza in the back".
