- Alice (3/5): Convenient location but dreadfully uncomfortable - Excellent location for the airport Cot provided was so small our baby didn’t actually fit in it so we had to share the sofabed which was about as comfortable as sleeping on nails. None of us got any sleep so it was a total waste of money to stay at the airport for our early flight.

- Jan (3/5): Convenient but exceedingly poor value for money. - The room was clean but extremely basic. Very close to terminal.The staff were very welcoming. As flight was early, an English breakfast was not possible. The grab breakfast was pathetic. A dry croissant, a Nutribar and an apple. For the amount we paid for one nights stay, we were extremely disappointed and will not stay here again. Price, not value for money at all.. Very basic room . Grab breakfast exceedingly poor.

- J (5/5): Convenient, but so dull. - It's a bog-standard, uninspiring hotel with prices higher than are warranted - but it's the only hotel at Bristol airport, so the location is great. The food is very dull, with limited choices. Why not hire a chef? There is not enough room in a double room to open two suitcases. Basically, there is no competition at the airport for a bed or for food, so the hotel gets away with the minimum. We've stayed at fantastic airport hotels in other countries - hotels that one actually looks forward to staying in. Time for the Hilton to raise its game?

- Christopher (8/5): A pleasant stay could have improved given my previous comments. - For an early flight we had a limited breakfast at 4am . I am confident that if we had breakfast at a normal time it would have been a far more relaxed experience. The service in the restaurant was extremely poor given we placed an order for food at 6.40pm and it had not arrived until after 8pm and that was for two basic meals, not a really good experience and also the bar service was poor and poorly organised. It would appear there was insufficient staff to cater for the number of people in the restaurant who had insufficient training. This really did let the whole hotel down .
- carl (4/5): - Good quality accessible room We were not aware that some kind of assistance might have been available to help us access the terminal building. My wife has limited mobility and it was difficult for us to cope with the slope up to the terminal.

- Williams (9/5): - Very comfortable beds The shower in room 307 works well but the entire bathroom and hall area get wet when the shower is in use. . There was a lot of water, even seeping under the door. The shower curtain was pulled across and the shower head was at a normal angle. There was a lot of water to try and clean up. I do not have any disabilities, but this room is designed for people with disabilities. All the water that accumulates on the floor when the shower is on is a definite falls risk.

Maybe a packed continental style option to grab and go, as we went over at 0300. Please don't see this as a complaint, just an option

Good soundproofing Hotel was away from the terminal and quite a long walk, was was not mentioned on the website site. If it was raining and you weren't prepared you would end up soaking wet. Not a good experience and would think twice if booking a hotel. Breakfast was to me average compared to Gatwick Hilton. No jams, only 2 cereals, orange juice was watered down with ice. I an a Hilton member but because I booked through Booking.com when asked at reception as to why, they told me as I booked with a third party I did not get my discount or points. Not happy about that and be good to receive a response the the above.

Alarm was going off in room but a call to reception had it fixed within 10 mins by the manager turning off the heating (which I didn’t need). Was offered another room if I needed the heating on. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, all very clean and well presented. Early continental break provided from 4am… good for early flight. Well marked area to departure lounge which took 5 minutes to walk. Iron and board provided. Nothing

- Alexandra (9/5): - Was able to park for 1 hour free of charge in the hotel car park, which made it easier taking the cases to the room before moving the car to the main car park. Handy having shampoo, conditioner,.shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom which meant I didn't have to dig around in my case for it all. Price for one night was quite a lot but that's the convenience of staying onsite at the airport I guess.

The breakfast was standard for a self service breakfast dealing with a number of guests leaving at various times. Coffee that doesn’t come out of an automated machine. The expresso was bitter it would have been nice to have had a fresh cafeteria of coffee to start the day.

- Jane (10/5): Enjoyable and so easy to access the airport. - The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was enjoyable and the situation in walking distance from the airport is just wonderful. Snacks and travelling sized toiletries are available in the hotel reception area which is useful. Only suggestion: take an umbrella as the walkway to and from the airport is not covered which is not the fault of the hotel, the airport owns this and also the hotel carpark. Nothing.

Pulling a heavy suitcase when I left, I went the shorter route but it wasn't clear from inside the airport.Not good for someone with a bad shoulder

- Finnegan (9/5): The Reception staff on arrival were very helpful, most excellent thank you. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had assistance at the airport and they made sure we were met at the hotel and assisted through airport control. We also had a wake up call really early as we had an early flight which is the reason for choosing the hotel. I was very happy that we were given an accessible room this was brilliant as I do find showering difficult to manage with my reduced ability. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a few hours sleep ready to cope with a very long and busy day of travelling. excellent thankyou. The food we ordered in the afternoon although it was quite good, the service could have been a little better than it was. I had a nice salad and ordered garlic bread and this was forgotten and parts of it were overcooked and it was subsequently hard to eat, which was disappointing.

- Jacqueline (3/5): A hotel that charges 5 star plus prices & is actually at best a 2 star hotel - It was clean & tidy . A fair choice of food at breakfast It’s a very basic hotel for an obscenely expensive price .I’ve stayed at other airport hotels including London the same walking distance from the airport & actually got 2 weeks parking included for a cheaper price than what I paid here. I think for what you get for your money & the quality of the hotel the stay should be half of what it is . I certainly will not be staying here again .
