Julieta (7/5): Mi experiencia en hotel alto traful - Me gustó mucho la atención del lugar, el recibimiento, la calidez de los recepcionistas. Las camas muy cómodas y muy limpio todo. La vista de la habitación realmente hermosa. Desayuno muy completo. No me gustó la privacidad de la habitación, teniendo en cuanta que nos tocó una habitación arriba en planta alta y abajo había otra habitación donde se encontraban otros huéspedes los cuales subían y bajaban la las escaleras y se escuchaba la conversación y demás, ésto sinceramente no nos gustó ya que la idea es descansar y relajarse. Otro punto que me pareció que podría mejorarse es que en la habitación si bien hay para tomar algo caliente ya que cuenta con pava eléctrica y demás elementos para tomar un té o café, el agua se sacaba de la canilla del baño, esto no me pareció muy higiénico, en su lugar dejaría una jara o botella con agua. En cuanto al desayuno me pareció muy completo pero el café estaba frío para mi gusto.

No tiene ningún tipo de actividad, la pileta es muy pequeña y encima tiene una parte vidriada que da al salón comedor, que si uno está allí todo el mundo lo ve. No poseen buenas opciones sin gluten, solo un pan súper seco y duro, siendo que a un par de cuadras en algún negocio si se conseguían buenas opciones. Debimos retirarnos antes de nuestra estadía porque habían indicado al consultar que si había opciones, pero al consultar allí nos dijeron que no garantizaban que no hubiera contaminación cruzada. Así que siempre debíamos irnos a otros lugares a comer y no pudimos siquiera intentar disfrutar las pocas instalaciones que ofrecían.
HIPOLITO (8/5): Lindo Villa Traful - Excelente lugar y calidad del servicio. Habitación muy buena. Desayuno excelente. Personal 10 puntos! Comida del restaurante muy buena, aunque cara. Para llegar al lobby hay que subir una rampa o escaleras largas y difíciles para huéspedes de cierta edad o con minusvalias. Sorprende la ausencia de ascensores en un complejo hotelero de esta calidad. La comida del restaurante muy buena pero cara inclusive para esta hoteleria 4 estrellas.

Precios en dolares, caro. No hay problema que sea caro pero la relacion precio calidad mala. Comi en otros.tres lugares mucho mejor y a menor precio y mejor atencion. Tampoco sugiero masages. Era de 50 minutos, duro 35 y deja mucho que desear. Entiendo que esta terecerizado pero 79.000 pesos para masaje de 35 minutos superficiales no da.

Las habitaciones muy bien distribuidas y camas bien comodas menos las almohadas. La piscina esta super chevere pasamos muy rico, puedes usar el turco y sauna si no esta ocupado con el spa, eso nos parecio un punto a favor. el desayuno, no tanta variedad pero delicioso El ruido en las habitaciones, se siente mucho la gente que pasa por los pasillos y cuando estan entrando a la recepcion.

Possibilidade de acessar o hotel por fora, ou por dentro, facilitando a locomoção Piscina aquecida e sauna muito boas O atendimento deixou a desejar. No café da manhã, criaram restrições de mesas para sentar, a comida era básica, e não havia opções para um sanduiche quente.... sim, havia o aquecedor de pães, mas não podia passar manteiga e nem colocar queijos.... poucas opções de frutas naturais...

Claudio (9/5): - Do local, o lago Traful é incrivel A praia é de pedras e sem um sapato apropriado, como crocks ou similares, fica muito difícil ficar em pé na água. O hotel poderia avisar isso, pois foi muito solicito na confirmação da reserva. Também não oferece um suporte para a praia do lago, como cadeiras.

El acceso tanto para vehículos como peatonal resulta algo complicado en cuanto las escaleras y rampas. Si bien yo pude desempeñarme bien, no resulta tan simple para personas con alguna limitación física.

Nosotros somos celiacos y nos recibió el chef del restaurante y nos explicó con detalle lo que nos cocinaría, y fue una experiencia muy agradable además de la excelente trucha que nos sirvió. El desayuno para Celiacos fue cuidado, el pan fue espectacular!!! Nada

Bonani (6/5): - Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the price.

The view from the room is outstanding, we could see the Traful lake and all around, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel where we had dinner was excellent.

The room is very comfortable and quiet, with a nice balcony and view to the landscape. The unpaved access road to Villa Traful, but this is nothing to to with the accomodation.

The staff was friendly, but our cabin was run-down, dirty, overpriced and full of cobwebs and spiders. The hotel and the facilities were nice, but the cabins weren´t, They were a big disapointment! There are only 2 cabins at the hotel, which seperate from the hotel, our cabin is advertised as have a mountain view, but it does not, it has a view of the parking lot and the road below, the other cabin, which is connected to our cabin, has a view of the road and parking lot for the restaurant next to the hotel. There is only enough hot water for one person to take a shower. The access to the cabins is seperate from the hotel and the lock of the sliding glass door has been broken, it looks like the lock has been broken as a resulto f the room being broken into at some point, so we could not lock our room!

The view from the room is beautiful. the staff is very nice and professional. everything is in perfect condition everywhere. the restaurant is very good. very good breakfast. internet everywhere in Vila Traful is varying between bad to horrible. this is not specific to the facility, it is everywhere in the town. before you get to Vila Traful you should drive through 23km of gravel road (coming from west). take is easy.

The room overlooked the lake and had a balcony, giving us an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The breakfast had everything we wanted. We also dined at the hotel and the food was good. The indoor swimming pool is small but nice, with a nice jacuzzi. We really recommend going to Traful and staying at this beautiful hotel. The personnel deserves especiall praising.

Graham (8/5): Good in parts, but lacking touches - A modern comfortable hotel built on the side of a hill with mountain and lake views. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant is very good and reasonable but like most places in Argentina they don't open till 8pm. There is a take away option for lunch. The parking can be a problem, it is up a steep gradient and the car park is gravel, this also gives problems taking luggage into the hotel. My biggest complaint though that there is no outdoor seating anywhere to just sit and chill, including in the rooms where there is a nice balcony but nothing to sit on.
VoyageurDelSur (4/5): Desappointing - They charged us 20% more that the fare that was published on the official website. When we asked for clarification they said they charged us the « walk in fare » when you book directly at the hotel. We found it unfair as we were ready to make the booking online but the wifi connection at the lobby and at the entire hotel is very poor, and they failed to tell us the fare wasn’t the same. The hotel was full but they were completly understaffed: at breakfast several tables were available but not cleaned from previous guests, we waited (over 10 people) more than 15 min standing while one waiter was overloaded. Again at the swimming pool there were no clean towels available and no staff to take care of it. It is a beautifull hotel but the organisation and service isn’t at the level of a 4 stars hotel.
C David (10/5): - This is an amazing hotel - excellent in every way including food, food service and beverage service - the location is a bit remote but that adds to the charm and value of the hotel - make a detour of RN 40 and spend at least 2 nights!

Muy lindo el hall que es también el lugar donde se desayuna. Excelente la repostería toda casera! Comí bien también en el restaurante aun el hotel estaba por cerrar por fin de temporada. Personal muy gentil y disponible. Habitaciones cómodas y con vista. Espero volver.

Global132613 (8/5): Excelent hotel. - The hotel is excellent. Very nice rooms, great food and very polite personnel. Magnificent views to lake Traful and the mountains on the other side of it. We had a great time. There are some issues though, regarding the access to the building.
CharlieOrlando (8/5): Modern Oprion in Rustic Setting! - Lake Traful is a worthwhile detour off the main road through the Seven Lakes, as it is quiet, peaceful, with the best Mirador in the region. Most of the accommodations in town, lean to the “mountain rustic” end of the spectrum, but Alto Traful is anything, but. It has a great modern design tha flows through the property. The rooms, pool deck and breakfast area all offer great views. The common space is comfortable, with lots of interesting magazines about. If you are looking for upscale accommodations in an uncongested setting, this is your place.

802alinez (8/5): Modern, great staff, good breakfast - Cost benefit relation is very good! The room we stayed was very nice, modern, clean. The same for the bathroom. You actually won't have a lake view, because of the trees. But, please, don't cut the trees! You can see the lake from the pool area, or maybe the superior rooms. Social area is beautiful and makes you want to stay more. We ate at the restaurant and food was delicious!
kalp-51 (10/5): nice place to stay - i recently stayed for 2 night.Traful does not have many hotels,so it was great to stay in this hotel with well equipped kitchen.I had room on third floor with great view of the lake.My room had an A/C,but i am not sure if all room has one or not.I had breakfast in my room but i did see some continental breakfast spread in common area.i am not sure about the cost.They also have roof top pool & jacuzzi.Thanks to Carmen for helping with reservation & hospitality.
