• NUR AGUS (9/5): Deluxe Queen Room's Review-April 2026 - Clean and comfortable room, and also great food. We can have free parking facility too. Also, this hotel has an entrance door to Singkawang Grand Mall, so that we can access the mall easily without the need for going out -The room window isn't quite wide. I expected to get more sunlight comes to the room. -No hand shower for bath-taking, only head shower

• Antonita (7/5): Prima hotel maar wellicht minder geschikt voor Europianen. - Prima plek, fijne kamer en lekker rustig maar wel vlak bij de mall met supermarkt. Het ontbijt is goed maar beperkt voor Europesche reizigers. 's Avonds nog een biertje drinken is nog duurder dan in Europa! Personeel spreekt heel beperkt engels, een lamp in de kamer was niet uit te maken. Er was al eerder door een gast zwarte tape overheen geplakt, na bellen en reclameren bij de balie kwam er een monteur die de kabel doorknipte. Na het schoonmaken van de kamer is een kopje nog half vol met koffie op zijn kop weer op het blaadje gezet (hoe dan?) en toen ik het later oppakte stroomde dus al die koffie eruit!

• Rosini (5/5): - The air conditioner in our room was not cooling properly. Among all the staff, only one person was attentive and helped us find a better room with an AC that worked well. Unfortunately, no other staff members offered assistance. I was disappointed that one staff did not make an effort to help us. Only one staff member assisted us in finding a better room with a working AC, while the others were unhelpful.

Samas majas asub ka kaubanduskeskus, kust oli võimalik leida vajalikud reisitarbed ja ka toidupood. Personal väga tagasihoidlik ja õnnetu, näiteks pesu tagasisaamine pesumajast nõudis väga palju sekeldamist. Restoran väga ilus (, supervaade; asub basseiniga samal korrusel), kuid toidud kehvad ja teenindus tagsihoidlik. Hommikusöök maitsetu ja valik väike (ainus lihatoode oli kuivanud kanatükid). Ka a la carte toidud polnud maitsvad. Alkoholi müüakse ainult pudelikaupa.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights..the hotel is mindful enough to inform us earlier that there's are 3 nights events for New year countdown at the nearby spaces at the hotel parking space. We don't really mind of the noise anyway 😄.. The best part is that our family of 5 was treated for free new year dinner at the hotel!.

Breakfast spread was delightful. All the staff were warm and welcoming. I love it. our room AC (room 703, tower 1) dripped all night long causing the floor to be slippery. Quite dangerous for my toddler who loves to run in the room. But it was already late to make a complain. Management can look into this matter.

Just a quick 5-10mins drive to the city center. Pleasant experience with the reception. Room was great and comfy, quiet. Good selection of body gel/shampoo. So far none except the odor in the elevator could be improved.

• Jason (8/5): I'd still come back here, but probably book a room thats in Tower 1 - Location was fantastic! It was connected to the Singkawang Grand Mall, which made shopping very easy! The street behind the hotel had alot of food and entertainment options as well! The hotel wasn't very upfront when booking whether you'd be in Tower 1 or Tower 2. Tower 1 is the higher end one, with the pool, and soon to be ready gym, Tower 2 however had none of these facilities and was for patrons who booked a superior room. Although you could use the facilities in Tower 1, you'd have to walk across through public space (incl the mall) in your swim gear

Location is very good and strategic The cleanest is not so good. On the table room and toilet sink got a lot of ants. The bed sheet and blanket also not so clean. The towel also got a lot of yellowish spot. I ask for new one and come out also still the same. The fridge is not cool at all. The swimming pool is pretty but too bad is not clean. I saw a lot of fungus down there.

• Christin (9/5): Superb - The price was reasonable & yummy breakfast , excellent service & location e the nice view. The bed under the big beam so felt not so comfy .
• Sonny (8/5): - Location is good, mall in the complex, however, check in were a bit “complicated”, waited for 15 mins due to back and forth; the breakfast was good, it views too, nice. Overall, its acceptable (note : also not much competitor hotels around 😉)

Extra Special thumb up to housekeeping staff, door security n front desk.. really everyone are very good. Breakfast. not much variety. Good for 1 night stay. But not very good to eat similar food for a few days.
