Sherman (10/5): Highly recommended - The hardware is good. The room is spacious and nicely designed and decorated. The breakfast is pretty good in taste and variety, not as good as a top 5-star hotel, but it is more than adequate for me. The reception and the concierge are alright for me as I speak Chinese. I have no issue with the wifi except my company VPN did not work which is kind of expected. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Frank (8/5): Nice hotel with panoramic views. - The hotel is beautiful and it offers Nivea views. Everything is very roomy, clean and new. The staff was very nice and attentive but the ones that did speak some English really struggled with the language, so communication was a problem some times. The pool and gym were out of service which was a bummer (I was looking forward to those amenities as I stayed for 12 days).
