From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. Even though I got there very early—well before the official 3:00 PM check-in—they were expecting me and went out of their way to prepare my room early. I was able to check in before 10:00 AM, rest, and recharge before heading out to explore the city, which I really appreciated after a long flight. The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job—everything was consistently tidy and refreshed. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave useful recommendations on where to shop and guided me on the best ways to get from the airport. I especially appreciated that they suggested more affordable transport options like buses and trains, instead of just taxis or Ubers, which can be quite expensive—especially for a first-time traveler in Italy. Overall, my stay was comfortable and stress-free, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome. Only small note: The breakfast option was quite basic—just a croissant, cappuccino, and juice. It’s fine if you’re looking for something light, but if you prefer a more filling or balanced breakfast, you might want to skip it and explore nearby options instead.

La pulizia della stanza non era eccelsa, avevamo per tre giorni a terra residui di chi occupava la stanza prima di noi. Nonostante siano venuti a rifare il letto e cambiare gli asciugamani.

El baño limpio con secador, gel y toallas. Ubicación a menos de 10’ del vaticano y menos de 5’ castillo de sant’Angelo. Se incluye el desayuno de café y croisant en un bar muy cercano, muy rico y agradable. Algo bastante negativo y a tener en cuenta: El horario de check-in me pareció poco flexible siendo una ciudad donde la mayoría del turista es internacional. Si llegas más tarde de las 19:00 el sobrecoste es de 30e hasta las 22:00 y 50e partir de esta hora. Me pareció muy excesivo y además no lo indican en la reserva.

• Tatiana (8/5): - Очень понравилось расположение: в 10 минутах от собора Св. Петра и все магазины среднего ценового сегмента в 2 минутах от дома. Вокруг много баров и ресторанов, остановки общественного транспорта тоже в 2-5 минутах ходьбы. По сути это большая квартира, переделанная в мини отель на 4 номера. В комнатах есть все необходимое, внутри просторно и чисто. Уборка регулярна! В вестибюле есть большие зонты на случай дождя. Обращайте внимание, что за заезд после 18.00 надо платить дополнительно, Я с таким сталкиваюсь впервые и не обратила на это внимание при бронировании, поэтому это стало сюрпризом. Также выселение в 10.00, а не в 12 по международным стандартам. Комфортного вестибюля как такового нет: есть пара стульев и все, туалет и тот закрыт. Местами номер требует косметического ремонта.

It is within walking distance of the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Spanish Steps, the Basilica Parrocchiale di Santa Maria del Popolo, and many other sights. We were welcomed by a kind, attentive, and helpful lady. She reached out to me before our trip and helped with advice and information right up until our arrival. The room was comfortable, although we only used it for sleeping—after all, we were in Rome! A Little Rose nagyon jó helyen van! Séta távolságra a Vatikántól, a Castel Sant'Angelo-tól a Spanyol lépcsőtől, a Basilica Parrocchiale di Santa Maria del Popolo-tól és még sok más látnivalótól. Kedves, figyelmes, segítőkész hölgy várt bennünket. Már indulás előtt felvette velem a kapcsolatot és végig segített tanácsokkal, információkkal, addig, amíg meg nem érkeztünk. A szoba kényelmes volt, igaz, csak alvás idején használtuk, hiszen mégis csak Rómában voltunk!" A szállással kapcsolatban nem találtam.

• Richard (9/5): - Barbara was an excellent point of contact, helped arrange transportation from and to airport. The front desk is only there for certain hours, but I felt I could contact Barbara for any issues. Cleaning person came in everyday to make the bed and tidy up the room. Great location if you need to relax away from the crowds but still relatively close: less than 10 walk from Vatican, 30-40 minute walk from Trevi/Spanish Steps. Convenience market was just around the corner for necessities, great restaurants nearby, and a block away from main shopping streets. Area felt very safe and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Walls were quite thin. Could hear people walking above me, or whenever someone was leaving their room. Didn't really bother me, but I did feel self-conscious talking on the phone in my room. Mattress was hard and a little uncomfortable, but slept fine most of the time.

• Tobias (10/5): Zufrieden - Die Unterkunft war im ganzen Top! Das Personal war super freundlich und bemüht. Bei Fragen standen sie einem immer zur Seite. Das Ein und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Busverbindung ins Zentrum war super, allerdings auch zu Fuß erreichbar ca. 25-40 Minuten je nachdem wo man gerne hin möchte. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Shopping war direkt neben an. Das Zimmer ist teilweise hellhörig. Hält sich aber alles im Rahmen.

We had a problem with the keys and we didn´t have any support from the owner and that made us lose a day in Rome, wich is very important for someone who stays for 3 days. It started badly at the reception when they asked us for 30€ if we arrived after 7pm. The breakfast is a lie, poorly, served buy very unfriendly people, in a café at next quarter, when they see the accomodation reciept. It is far from everything except the Vatican. It has terrible bus service and the metro is at least a 10m walk away.

• Anel (9/5): Nice little hotel in Prati neighbourhood - The hotel was quite nice situated in the apartment building with a beautiful yard. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the neighborhood - Prati - it is close to the Vatican museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. The breakfast was in the nearby cafe. Everything was amazing. The check-out is a bit early (I think 10 am), so it caused a small inconvenience for us because our flight was around 6 pm.

Would come back if I visit Rome again. - The apartment converted into the hotel is located conveniently close to numerous attractions (such as the Castel Sant'Angelo or the Basilica of St. Peter which are 15min walking distance) as well as major public transport spots (metro, bus). Being slightly outside of the centre, you will find authentic italian shops, restaurants, bars nearby making it easier to avoid tourist traps. Many supermercatos are close to the location for cold cuts, sandwiches, baked goods etc if you are on a budget trip. The breakfast consisted of tickets to a nearby café with great croissants and coffee (picture of our example breakfast) With daily cleaning service and fixing of the bed, the room and the surrounding area was perfectly managed. Easy and foolproof check-in, key management and check-out system perfected by the owner, Barbara. She was also happy to give a short introduction to the city with recommendations for attractions/nearby points of interest. All in all, very high value for the price. Hotel quality service in an AirBnB setting and price range. Aside from an electric water boiler and a minifridge in the room, there is no kitchen area or kitchen equipment. If you would expect something of the sort to cook your own food, this is not for you.
