Guest Reviews
- Adrienne (2/5): Horrific service to say the least - Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay in advance. This is an option that hotels.com provides and it's there is no indication that by choosing to pay at the hotel your reservation is any less confirmed. So in between events and festival chaos we had to find another hotel to stay in which was not easy. I couldn't believe how passive and unapologetic the hotel manager was for causing a major inconvenience during our trip.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Property is well located right near town but services was limited. They were short on towels, toiletries and coffee pods. There is no food service unless you want to sit down at the restaurant for dinner.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I loved the room, but there was only one towel when I specified that there would be two guests. Additionally, I felt as though the staff were more concerned with the restaurant than the hotel.
- bela (2/5): - Far away from the beach, no air conditioner control, no reception, no room service
- Lynnette (2/5): Redrum - I fully expected Jack Nicholson to jump out at any moment. There was literally no staff on premises. We were the only guests there. You can imagine how eerie this all was. We actually stayed at another hotel for one of our three nights booked at this hotel (adding to the expense). There was not an open restaurant on premises, as they had advertised, not even a cup of coffee.
