- ANDERSON (6/5): - Assim, tá tive hospedado em locais melhores dentro da própria rede Diroma. O atendimento na recepção é ruim, funcionários parecem descontentes e mau humorados, não são cordiais. Mas pra mim que não sou muito exigente voltaria a mês hospedar, apesar de precisar de melhorias.
- Rodrigo (2/5): Ruim - O apartamento está em mal estado de conservação, colchões sujos e mofados, não tem tapete sequer no quarto, você sai do banheiro e molha todo o quarto, os utensílios da cozinha estão velhos e sem condições de uso, tem somente dois copos para um ap de quatro pessoas, (copo de requeijão) . Freqüento Caldas a muito tempo e sempre fico nos apartamentos do grupo Di Roma e essa foi a pior experiência. O ap precisa de reforma.
- Eurivan (6/5): - Razoável. Os utensílios não estavam funcionando, apenas a geladeira estava em perfeito estado. O hotel não disponibilizou um prato para usar o microondas, a panela elétrica estava queimada. Coisas simples que o hotel poderia resolver para melhor conforto do hóspede.
- FABIOLA (2/5): Péssima experiência - Péssima experiência. Ao chegar no horário do check in, o quarto não estava pronto, pois o hóspede anterior tinha acabado de sair. A limpeza foi feita às pressas e mal feita. armários, bancada só poeira, tive q comprar pano e multiuso para limpar. Porta do quarto quebrada. Sanduicheira sem funcionar. Não tinha colher, nem faça. O pior de tudo: cheiro de cigarro exalando no quarto, pois, segundo o pessoal da limpeza, os hóspedes anteriores fumavam e jogaram cinzas de cigarro nos ralos do banheiro e não tinha como sair o cheiro. Resultado: alergia o período todo da estadia. Nunca mais volto.

- Geni (10/5): Atenção: Roupas de Cama e Banho não estão inclusas - Estadia muito boa, pisicinas excelentes. Única coisa que não me atentei no momento da reserva é que não forneciam nem lençóis, nem toalhas. Ao entrar em contato via whatsapp, me informaram sobre a possibilidade de locação. Como fiz essa solicitação antecipadamente, quando cheguei no apartamento, a cama estava arrumada e as toalhas todas no banheiro. Para quem quer economizar e cozinhar no apartamento, há 3 mercados bem próximos à portaria do condomínio.

- Viviane M (2/5): - Péssima experiência, íamos ficar 6 dias, ficamos só 2, flet minúsculo, não tinha colher, nem coador p fazer café tinha, nem caneca p ferver água, chuveiro com os bicos entupidos,horrível p tomar banho só tinha 1 cadeira para refeição em um flet q descreve q comporta 3 pessoas, sofá cama impossível de dormir, flet extremamente longe da recepção e do clube, sai com um papel condizendo q estava no clube e q tinha direito ao desconto no Acqua park, não aceitaram o papel dizendo q tinha q voltar no dia do check out ou tinha q está com o crachá, mesmo explicando p gerente Celina do Acqua park o pq não tinha a carteirinha pois sai antes e q tinha o papel comprovando q não estava mais hospedado com eles, a mesma nem esperou falar direito e foi ligando p hotel q ela achou q era parceiro do diroma p vê se estava hospedada lá mesmo, sendo q minha nova hospedagem não tinha nada ver com diroma, parecia q estava mendigando e bem sabemos q as pessoas entram de graça, só participar de um encontro p oferecer cotas e mesmo q a pessoa não fique com o empreendimento mesmo assim entra no parque de graça e eu q iria pagar e queria o desconto conforme fui orientada na recepção do hotel lacqua diroma e estava extremamente desgostosa com a hospedagem não fizeram nada p tentar amenizar meu descotentamento, pioraram ainda mais a situação, não recomendo essa rede nem o parque.

Conversei com os responsáveis pela locação e a Lindi se desdobrou para nos colocar em um apartamento baixo e bem próximo. Apartamento limpo, com utensílios básicos. Nos divertimos muito!
- Daniela (8/5): Pode melhorar muito! - O apartamento precisa de alguns cuidados como limpeza do sofá, lavagem de cortinas, colcha de cama e porta-travesseiros. A cama de baixo do sofá está com uma depressao enorme para dentro, a alternativa foi colocar o colchonete em cima para minimizar o buraco. O atendimento da limpeza poderia ser mais bem feito. Teve dia de um bichinho que estava morto no chão, por lá permanecer mesmo depois da limpeza. A pessoa que gerencia a reserva é muito prestativa e educada.
- Thais (6/5): Falta de informações do quarto. - A unidade Lacqua diroma 4 P 0253 infelizmente nao tinha copa e sim 2 banheiros , se soubesse antes , não teria alugado , tinhamos que lavar os pratos , copos e talheres no banheiro , nada higiênico, o clube é bom , porém muito cheio , sem condições, na discrição deveria ter informações reais do quarto, mas em geral foi bom , falta um mercadinho lá dentro , experiencia foi boa , mas não voltaria .

Foi negociado o horário de check-out o que me ajudou a aproveitar ainda mais a estadia. Senti falta de ter copos na cozinha, infelizmente os itens de cozinha são bem poucos, havia apenas uma panela, alguns garfos, colheres, mas nada que impedisse que a estadia fosse ruim. Levei algumas coisas de casa, o que ajudou bastante. O wi-fi é um pouco instável, eu tive que trabalhar um dia durante a estadia, mas me foi disponibilizado uma das salas de reuniões e enquanto eu estava lá pude trabalhar bem silenciosamente e com uma internet melhor. O serviço de quarto é muito bom, deixa a gente mais despreocupado quanto a essa parte. Fiz tambem o aluguel de roupas de cama, achei barato em vista de outros lugares e isso foi bom pq deixei de levar volume na minha mala, então, super recomendo. Uma dica: se não forem alugar toalha de chão, leve ! Eu não aluguei, achei que não seria necessário e me arrependi. Leve copos, talheres, panelas, pano de chão, pano de prato. Eu levei de casa detergente, bucha. Eles fornecem papel higiênico, sabonete só aqueles pequenininhos Sobre o clube: muito bom, fui no feriado, então estava cheio, mas achei bem completo, pra quem bebe é restrito o consumo de bebidas e alimentos pessoais, mas após meia noite é liberado Tambem utilizei o desconto que o hospede tem para ir ao DiRoma park, vale muito a pena. Excelente atendimento via caldas

As piscinas são ótimas, mas por ser alta temporada na cidade estava bem cheio de gente. O lugar é muito bonito e tem chances de ir novamente.

Existem opções muito melhores em Caldas Novas.

A porta de entrada estava danificada e a do banheiro com um visual não agradável. O chuveiro estava com os orifícios entupidos. Isso no quarto do Bloco L n 188 do Laqua di Roma IV.

Internet ruim. - Tem padaria, pizzaria, açaí e tudo por preços justos no próprio "condomínio" que são vários DiRomas no mesmo lugar, achamos isso excelente, você não precisa sair para nada. O apartamento está muito novo e extremamente bem conservado. Durante a nossa estadia, o recepcionista esqueceu de cadastrar o cartão e depois o cartão precisou ser cadastrado denovo 2 vezes. A panela elétrica de arroz está sem a parte interna, então não pôde ser utilizada e isso foi um pouco ruim. Para gente o pior é que o Wi-Fi não chegava no apto e quando chegava estava bem ruim, precisa muito de um repetidor de sinal, mas no geral a internet é péssima. Ficaríamos denovo pelo ambiente e ótimo apartamento, mas ligaríamos antes para saber se melhoraram o Wi-Fi ou colocaram um repetidor de sinal. De noite tem Seresta com bingo, seria legal se tivesse uma programação mais diversificada no período da noite.

- KARINE (8/5): Recomendo - Ótimas acomodações. Boa área de piscinas, porém não comporta tanta gente de todo o complexo. Fui em um final de semana normal. Acredito que em feriado prolongado seria inviável. Wifi não funciona muito bem.
