Guest Reviews
- Donetta (10/5): We especially like having a kitchen and the fact that i it is very very clean. - We especially like having real China ,silverware and glassware.
- Jennifer (10/5): Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again. - Rooms were clean and the staff was great and very friendly.
- vilma (9/5): If we will go to Green Bay Wi we will stay again ! - In very a good location. The hotel is clean nice . We were with a dog and kids. Room is clean, no smell. Everything super! I was surprised, for breakfast no oatmeal, no omelet. Not any hot breakfast.
- Christina (10/5): - Water pressure in the shower
- Lauren (10/5): Excellent staff, room, hotel amenities and more! - Each and every single staff member were super accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. They were so very kind and helpful from giving us with directions, recommending several places to go throughout Green Bay, and the check in/check out was a breeze !
We took full advantage of all the excellent clean and well kept amenities they had in their property. Outdoor fire place with comfortable seating, the clean warm pool, and their breakfast. And of course we enjoyed the many beautiful sunsets that we were able to watch from the hotel pool and fire place.
Would highly suggest coming here! Big shout out to Em at the front desk who took my call a few times, the bartender and cleaning staff. Great mini fall getaway for our annual fall mom & daughter vacation! Very pleased with their hotel abs was very Family-friendly!
- Alex (8/5): Excellent Stop On Long Drive - Clean, very comfortable bed, good breakfast Nothing
- Chuck (10/5): Awesome - Clean No hot tub
- Valmarie (10/5): - Great place to stay when coming to town for a Brewer’s game. Short walk. Friendly staff.
- Mike4TraveI (8/5): Not Perfect But Would Go Back - Stayed 1 night here. Overall a good experience. The gym was efficient except that the ventilation could have been better. We stayed in room.429. Room was fine and well played out. Nicole checked us both on and out quickly and without any issue. The morning breakfast was fine although some of the dry cereal was soggy. Despite the few issues, if we were ever in Green Bay, we definitely would stay here again.
- jennifer (10/5): - Clean rooms, helpful staff, nice breakfast bar.
- brent (10/5): - Nice and clean place, quiet and confortable
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Friendly staff and large room.
- Audrey (10/5): Excellent Stay - We came to town to experience a Packer game at Lambeau Field. The Residence Inn is just a couple of miles from the stadium, offering reasonable prices.
I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.
The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, from hot food to fresh pastries and fruits.
- Alex (10/5): - Clean, quiet, and friendly staff.
- Felipe (10/5): Very friendly staff - Very friendly staff. The building and grounds were wlll maintained. Will be back next year for sure
- Patricia (10/5): - Na
- Ronald (10/5): Great stay - Great rooms. Clean. Big. Full kitchen. Breakfast was always good. Warm cookies in the evening. Friendly, helpful staff.
- Kelly (10/5): Beautiful property - Love the layout of the rooms.
Staff was very friendly
- Dean Alan (10/5): - Great stay & location during a short work trip.
- Estivaliz (2/5): - I gave my baby a bath, and I set his diaper on the bed while bathed him. As I was getting him dressed, and opened up his diaper, a bed bug was on it. Highly disturbing.
- Tawanda (8/5): -
- Agustin (10/5): - Everything was within 5 to 8 min away.
- Mark (10/5): - Easy to get to and close to shops and restaurants
- Carolyn (10/5): Very Nice Place to Stay - Everything went great (aside from a minor burn I got from the wafflemaker - completely my fault).
I didn't try out the pool because I had just dyed my hair, but it looked nice.
The public areas were clean and inviting. The room was great! The microwave, stove, kitchen sink, and refrigerator all came in handy during our stay.
- Ronald (10/5): - Staff very helpful. Good location. Love the kitchen in the room.
- Nathan (10/5): - Breakfast was great. People were helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Love this place but the beds could be a little comfier & I really dislike the shower.
- Justin (10/5): - New and clean.
- Melissa (10/5): We had a great stay! The staff is friendly & helpful; the facility is clean & comfortable! - We have stayed at this location many times in the past due to its location. We were VERY impressed with the change from pre-packaged breakfast food to actual real food prepared at the location. We feel it made the stay worth the cost. Offering pre-packaged food at a top-notch facility was a downfall in the past. Thank you for making the change to real food!
- Mary Ann (10/5): Vanna’s play - 2 day visit - Rooms were very clean and spacious! Staff is friendly and helpful with any requests that you might have. Pool area is very clean and well taken care of, grandchildren love to swim.
- 49931 (10/5): Really comfortable - I was staying while my partner had health problems solved and all the staff were super helpful to me. I'm mobility impaired and the rooms and common areas were easy and comfortable. Everything was super clean. They even had a health issue room rate which was super helpful. I'm so grateful.
- Tracy (8/5): - As expected with sports tournament in town but fine
- SAUNDRA (10/5): - Friendly staff and very clean.
- Milbert (10/5): - we are here to attend mass at the Our Lady of Champion. it looks like a new built and amenities are new. spacious. breakfast is superb, potatoes they served is really good.
- Stoyan (10/5): - Great spot
- CHERYL (10/5): - On an extended stay you're really grateful for extra room and a well appointed kitchen. This place was immaculate and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
- Frederick (9/5): Relaxing quiet nights stay. Clean room and friendly staff. - The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with almost full kitchen. Good location in comparison to Lambeau Field, a long walk or short Uber to the stadium. Breakfast was not the best, but, for hotel breakfast not terrible.
- Kenneth (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and comfortable. I think the price was a bit much and I did not like that it was a handicapped room.
- George (10/5): - Great location, clean hotel
- Simmer (10/5): Exceptional - Room was very clean and staff was friendly.
- Jeremy (10/5): Great place - Excellent service great atmosphere. The place was clean and very comfortable for my son and I to stay at. Had a wonderful time, management was even great.
- O4363UTjasong (2/5): Read this!!! STAY AWAY! RUN! Christine is the WORST General Manager I’ve ever came across! Completely unprofessional! - Just lost our house to a fire and my employer put us up here. At first everything was great. Room was nice. Vinny was awesome!! Upbeat, polite and very friendly. Can’t say enough good about him. Luiz was also very attentive. No problems until we had to deal with Nicole, Ashley and Christine. We mentioned to Ashley that Nicole was being rude and she actually talked to Nicole about it. It didn’t matter because nothing changed. They were rude to my girlfriend for no reason. They made everything hard for her. Like if you need something, isn’t that what they are there for? Snarky comments and attitude that just wasn’t needed. One day there was a strong presence of pot that actually set off alarms for a good portion of the day. Christine Sigler the GM was sitting on her phone in the hallway, so we mentioned it and her response was “tell the front desk” Umm, you’re in charge but I guess you don’t want to handle the situation. You would think she would have said, I’m taking care of it. Sorry for any inconvenience. I heard of no issues from the hotel about us at all. We keep to ourselves. They never said anything to me about anything. That is until we were to switch rooms when insurance was to kick in for us. Then I get a text from my insurance that our reservation was cancelled. 2 hours before we had to check out and back in. So we were forced out and had to scramble to find another place to stay. What a slap in the face. Never once did I hear of an issue with us. They are now trying to twist the truth and accuse us of being rude? Seriously, they must feel guilty about something, so they try to divert the blame back at us. I left for work before 5am and get back after 6pm. I know they had attitude, but I never saw that coming. I know for a fact we were not rude to any staff. There are other reviews that agree that there is a staff attitude problem, and I am pretty sure I can name them. Marriott you need to do something with these people. You have a good place there if you get rid of the bad eggs. I’ve never been so disappointed. Nothing like getting kicked when you’re at your lowest. No compassion whatsoever. I would love for any of those 3 to walk in my shoes for a day and see what it’s like. See how they would feel. Lose everything you ever had and get treated like trash. It DISGUSTS me that they act like they do. They are not holier than thou. What happened to professionalism? I deal with customers everyday and I don’t disrespect any of them. It’s not what you do as a human or someone that deals with customers. The customers are your livelihood. You have nothing without them. You treat them with respect! They need a lesson in basic human decency. I have NEVER BEEN SO OFFENDED IN MY LIFE!!! You call them out on it and you get the boot. Nothing like getting kicked out for bringing an issue to attention. Ridiculous!!! Man up and own your mistakes!
Like I said, Vinny and Luiz were great! They deserve recognition for their actions and attitudes. Promote Vinny to GM and that place would be the best. Keep what you have and…… well…….
- 270teraj (2/5): Horrible hotel! But awesome Vinny! - The staff is extremely rude and lazy besides Vinny! If you ask them for anything, they act like you’re bothering them. Most of the front desk people just go in a back room and hide, or stand at the front desk on their cellphones and ignore you! We made complaints to them and they kicked us out for it! We had just gone through a house fire and lost our house, all of our belongings, and vehicles. They didn’t actually even tell us themselves our new reservation for a bigger was cancelled. They gave us no notice knowing we’re homeless due to the fire! We had to find out from our house insurance carrier because they were going to pay for the bigger room which we were supposed to be able to move into but we weren’t able because they wouldn’t let us! So we got a 3 hour notice to vacate the premises and didn’t even get told by anyone who actually works at the hotel! We were treated very unjustly and unfairly! Vinny was super nice and always went above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant as possible. He’s an extremely hard worker and does anything you ask him without hesitation. He’s very courteous and always has a smile on his face. He always made us feel welcomed! He’s knowledgeable about his job. I can’t say the same about the front desk worker Nicole, or the Executive Housekeeping Manager Ashley Prichard, or the General Manager Christine Sigler! Vinny deserves to be promoted to be the General Manager and get a high raise in pay. If you go there you’ll know who Vinny is right away he’s very kind and caring. I only recommend that hotel because of him. If he didn’t work there, I would highly suggest not going there! Thank you Vinny from my boyfriend and I for being an amazing person and worker. You’re the best and deserve a much higher position at your job! We miss you Vinny! You are the only person who treated us like human beings and with respect. I can’t express our gratitude towards you! You’re a rockstar! Knuckles 👊🏼
- Agnieszka (6/5): Great room almost super clean ! Night staff amazing - Mostly clean , forgot to clean our garage underneath the sink it was full of empty alcohol bottles , great room night staff amazing , morning staff not so much Forgotten garbage in our room from previous tenants
- Jessica (10/5): - This place was great.
- Bart Sterling (10/5): - Great room, like a suite with kitchen, breakfast area, living room, and large desk area.
- Judy (10/5): Someone should have returned a new pair of shoes instead of lying about not finding them. - I left a pair of shoes there, called the same day I left, and no one called me back. I called again and she said “no one found a pair”, I know I left them there. Sadly I will not go back. Honesty is the best policy. The lying
- Alyssa (10/5): - Great place to stay!
- IEnjoycooking (10/5): Thank you Nicole . - We drove from Chicago to see beautiful Wisconsin foliage today. We are very happy we picked this the residence Inn because its new renovation and friendly service provided by receptionist Ms Nicole . My ankle was badly sprained when I stumbled on the uneven ground . Nicole offered me a bag of ice immediately and I feel very grateful. The room is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
- 2-Lane-Traveler (10/5): Newer Property and Wonderful Rooms, Isolated Location in Industrial Park - A newer property and Residence Inn's latest prototype. Our room was wonderful room with full kitchen, counter island. Roomy shower and clean restroom. FYI...the property is an isolated location in an Industrial Park. Nice breakfast space and breakfast offering. Near National Railroad Museum!
- Sandra (10/5): - Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent. Would come back again. One suggestion would be adding a recliner to the living room and having units with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.
- Team (10/5): - Very clean and friendly
- James (10/5): - clean
- K2199PSjc (10/5): Supernice staff made our trip a happy one! - We stayed at this Residence Inn for two nights in mid-August while visiting for family wedding in Green Bay. The suite was clean, spacious, nice looking, and convenient! We appreciated the stocked kitchenette, and the fact that there was frozen food to buy in the lobby. This meant that even though bad weather had delayed our arrival, we were able to quickly grab a bite before we headed to our first event without being late.
The breakfast buffet was ample and tasty, the dining area clean and quiet. The buffet staffer was helpful when we found that the waffle batter was clogged. My spouse also enjoyed the pool and workout room.
An especial shoutout goes to "Vinnie", the night clerk! He was so friendly, cheery, and helpful that he's set our new standard.
If we go to Green Bay, we'll definitely stay there again, and we'll look for Residence Inns on our future trips elsewhere!
- Earnest (10/5): - Best service I’ve had from any hotel I’ve stayed at in my life
- Trenton (10/5): - Overall I enjoyed my stay!
The staff was super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the area. Room service was attentive, quick, and friendly. My room was clean and spacious, equipped with everything I needed. The area around the hotel was quiet and not far from a couple local attractions. If I come back to the area to stay I definitely will have this place on the top of my list. Thank you, for the excellent experience.
- Lisa (10/5): - The hotel staff were friendly, the location was great and even had a walking trail near by. The room was clean. The only not picky request would be to have soap dish for the hand soap. However, would totally stay at this hotel again!!
- Donald (2/5): Will be last time I stay at this location. - Breakfast was ridiculous. Very poor quality and no fresh fruit or healthy choices. Room was not as advertised. Smaller than comparable choices elsewhere. Loud mechanicals. Cavalier and defensive front desk staff. Was too tired and busy to ask for alternate room. I feel I was taken advantage of. Never staying here again.
- בן (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent The shower was not clean and the flow of water was weak in the shower. I would recommend that you also make a pipe that would be convenient for bathing children
- Shuntell (2/5): - Sheets was not clean although new were brought to the room. Was not given the room I reserved, was told although I made a reservation a month prior property was sold out in the room that was reserved and I could pay for a second room.
- Avery (10/5): - The decency overall
- Katrina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (10/5): Would definitely stay there again! - We liked the room set up and extra space. The staff was amazing and very accommodating for our swim team. Breakfast was decent too. The pool irritated my daughter’s skin.
- Bruce (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eddy (10/5): Peace and comfy - Great Customer Service. Rooms were creatively set up. Exactly what we wanted.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (6/5): - We didn’t arrive until 10pm and check in very easy. However, room temperature set to 62 degrees when we walked in. It was 15 degrees outside. It took about 3 hrs to heat up.
- Nathaniel (10/5): - Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
- Jill (6/5): - While this property is pet-friendly, there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. This is listed on the hotel's website, but was not stated on Expedia, where I made our reservation. This is a steep fee. In my experience, people who travel with pets, have pets that are clean and well-behaved. This fee will definitely deter us from booking here again.
- Jody (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the warm hospitality we received. The room was very clean. The sheets on the bed were soft and comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations.
- Theresa (10/5): - The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast food was very good, but most of all, we were very impressed with the cleanliness. Our room was immaculate and and the bed was really comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.
- Derek (10/5): Perfect quiet clean get away - Clean, price, quite, location Couldn’t stay longer
- Christina (10/5): - Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, seperate area with pull-out couch for third traveler, friendly/helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.
- Jessica (10/5): Green Bay Stay - The hotel seemed relatively new and was in great condition. The room was nicely equipped with dishes and utensils. We found that the trash receptacle and recycle bin was too small for us. This hotel was not in downtown Green Bay as stated in the description. We would prefer that the breakfast hours be extended and the pool open 24 hours.
- Jacob (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bridget (10/5): Excellent stay for our Packer Game - Continental Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable. Everything seemed to be well organized and clean.
- Robyn (10/5): Loved our stay - The hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean and the towels and sheets smelled really good. Fully functioning kitchen was very quaint. The breakfast options were great and they even had cold brew coffee available. We will absolutely be staying here again!
- Jill (8/5): - Pet friendly
- Billy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Shelby (10/5): Exceptional -
- 426nadeens (10/5): The best of the Residence Inns - My dogs and I are on a house hunting expedition and this was sadly the first place we stayed because it has made every place else we have been to barely acceptable. There is a lot to like here .. the kitchen is well equipped for a hotel and the room is spotless. The furniture seems new and the bed is comfortable. They do housekeeping (light) every other day if you want. Other amenities: outside grill, a real laundry room with plenty of digitally operated machines. There is a nice breakfast buffet, non-carpeted floors (nice with dogs) and is in a very convenient location. It is adjacent to the river and there is a nice walking trail right behind the hotel. And the people here could not be nicer.
I like to be fair so here are the negatives:
- it is not a luxury hotel but the prices are not what I can call moderate by any means
- their coffee, like apparently all Residence Inns, is barely drinkable but they do have tea..
- their scrambled eggs are inedible.
- the surcharge for dogs (which they are up front about) is ridiculously high
Would I go back? If I can afford it - yes
- Nadezda (9/5): Superb - Clean
Good breakfast No coffee or water in the lobby
No lotion in bathroom
- BRIGID (10/5): Beautiful place to stay and close to many places - The check in was fast and the young lady was very friendly. Our room was amazing and super clean!! Bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay again
- Steven (10/5): - Clean and easy to access.
- Mihir (10/5): - Very nice hotel. Excellent experience.
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (6/5): - The property was as expected for a Residence inn , the staff friendly and welcoming, however I was very surprised at the pet fee! $100.00, non-refundable , this is outrageous!!! The breakfast was mediocre for a residence inn. I will not recommend this hotel to family and friends who are traveling with pets😒
- Mary (10/5): - Nice clean and very comfortable room.
- Marilyn (10/5): - Wonderful room, property had many amenities
- Roland (10/5): - Great stay! One of the best hotel showers i have come across
- Ryan (10/5): - Great place
- John (10/5): - This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The people were terrific to talk to, so friendly! I am telling everyone to stay here if they are ever in Green Bay. I really enjoyed this trip, even though it was for business.
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bill (9/5): Had an enjoyable stay. - The breakfast was good. Had a good selection of items.
Wish the time started a little earlier, start time at 6 AM would be great.
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Tom (8/5): Hotel is good and new, but definitely not a downtown hotel! - Clean and nice amenities. Naming/describing the hotel as “downtown” is very misleading and quite annoying.
- Lynn (10/5): - Full breakfast was top notch and server was excellent.
