• Josu (7/5): - Un lugar único para hacer amistades yendo solo. Se respira una vibra única. Muy bien ubicado. El desayuno está bueno. Creo que la limpieza/orden del hostal podría ser mejor.
• Juliana (5/5): Decepcionante! - Somente a localização. Primeiramente, o check in do hostel acontece 4pm (1h após do horário tradicional) e o check out é às 11h. Além disso, o check in atrasou 2h30 e só entramos no quarto 6:30pm pois o manager estava em uma “staff meeting”. A limpeza dos lençois e banheiros não estavam bem feitas. Nosso quarto era “o melhor” do hostel e ainda sim, a cortina era transparente e não fechava por completo, tinha uma placa “exit” enorme, vermelha e que não desligava à noite atrapalhando a qualidade do sono pela luminosidade. O café da manhã é simples somente com café, ovos e panquecas e não tinha filtro de café por 3 dias seguidos. Os hóspedes fizeram café utilizando papel toalha por negligencia do hostel. No geral, se você busca fazer amizade e ficar em uma boa localização em pacific beach, ok… caso contrário, procure um lugar mais confortável.

• Kseniya (8/5): Great location, great helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. - Location, free hot breakfast and coffee. Clean room. Staff very helpful. I locked by keys in the car and they all came out and tried to help me. I had a private room with private bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again. Some area a little worn down like bathroom.

• Andrea (3/5): Not what I was expecting. - The staff is great! Location is amazing! Doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Everything feels old and dirty, room was smelly. Quiet hours are supposed to start at 10, but one night there was loud music until 11 pm. There’s no age limit, and there were men in their late 40s and even 50s staying there. Nothing against older people, but one of them was being inappropriate with one of my male roommates, and another made uncomfortable comments toward me. That’s ultimately why I decided to leave a day early. The rest of the guests were very nice. From what I could tell, your target market seems to be younger travelers, so it might be worth considering an age limit to avoid situations like this in the future.

• Laurens (7/5): Great location near the beach with comfortable beds, but the bathrooms and showers need renovation. - Met some wonderful people and the location is absolutely perfect! It couldn’t be better. It’s right next to the beach, with public transport within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable as well. The only downside for me was the bathrooms. The showers were quite poor, and the facilities overall felt worn and in need of maintenance. They could really benefit from some upgrades.

Hay tablas y trajes en el hostel para alquilar. Tambien hay rollers, tablas de skate, pelotas, todo se puede usar. La ubicacion es excelente en la mejor parte de pacific beach. Se podria mejorar el desayuno y la limpieza, y un poco la infraestructura del lugar.

• Anna (6/5): Nice staff but unlocked room - The location was beautiful and right on the beach, and the workers were all super kind and helpful Our door didn't close properly unless you scanned the keycard, but the keycards didn't work even after getting them fixed multiple times, so our belongings were in an unlocked room for hours

• Kenny (9/5): - I thought the breakfast was fun and easy, wished there was fresh fruit or maybe a little more to the breakfast. The common areas were nice and it was a great way to meet new friends. I loved the daily activities and access to surf gear! Because it is an open concept, I felt there was a lot of wet areas with the rain. My backpack got wet overnight and my laptop is damaged because of that, even though it was in a protected area right by my bed.

Location right on the beach, perfect to get to the Ocean with plenty of walkable options for food around. The private room was right next to reception and even though a sign said it would be quiet after 10pm I had music from the common area all the way till the early morning, so not ideal to sleep.

• Anna (7/5): - Замечательное расположение!!!! В общем персонал душевный, приветливый! У меня пропали вещи и так их не вернули! Очень огорчило меня это! В номерах убирала Кейт! В первые столкнулась с такой проблемой... Будьте осторожны! Берегите свои вещи запирайте все под ключ!!! Ещё освещение сломано на лестнице! Ночью опасно ходить. Хотелось бы конечно ещё хотя бы косметического ремонта! Сковородки на кухне ужасные...пора заменить.

Quarto tinha uma segunda porta com acesso externo que não trancava. Chuveiro horrível, saía pouca água .
• Remi (10/5): This hostel felt like home. - I stayed at the ITH Beach Bungalow for 9 days and it was one of the most relaxing stays I've ever had. I booked a private room upstairs (which includes a private bathroom / shower and a private mini fridge). This gave me the perfect balance between joining in on activities / socializing and coming back to myself. I recommend it to any fellow introvert ;) The beach location is ideal and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I loved the breakfast pancakes and the communal kitchen, both great cost-savers for my trip! Also loved drinking some morning coffee in the hammocks overlooking the beach. The wifi connection was great, upstairs in my room too. Finally, thanks to the laundromat, dryer and iron I could get through my whole trip with only hand luggage and a backpack. If I ever return to San Diego, I will come back here for sure!

Achei desorganizado, atendimento razoável, café da manha para fora, mas o local quando chove molha tudo, a limpeza não era muito boa e principalmente, as fotos no booking não mostram a realidade, foi enganoso para mim, por isso a decepção.

The site itself was unlike anything I've ever stayed at before offering a different more relaxing trip over the more standard hotel room. Just being on the top bunk but I came in late and the place is popular.

• Sarah (9/5): We got lucky finding the Boardwalk Hotel! - The room was spotless (and, I owned a cleaning business). The "old fashioned" appliances were cute. Bed super comfortable. It was in a great location- in between 2 pathways for walking/bike rides. You can definitely hear everyone around you because of how the building is designed. It didn't bother us at all, but might be hard for light sleepers or people who are looking for a really quiet hotel.

• Michael (10/5): Perfect place to stay right on the beach and the vibe and staff are really chill. - The location and the staff are amazing. The back door to my room was not secure enough for me to feel completely safe as anyone could have jiggled it open from outside if they tried. I hope they fix that before an issue happens to someone.

• Anja (7/5): - Eigentlich ganz in Ordnung. Aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es war mehrheitlich sauber. Aber sehr renovationsbedürftig. Dusche & Bad waren oke. Aber im Verhältnis zum Preis eher teuer. Typisches Hostel. Lage am Strand super schön. Aktivitäten haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir zu wenig Zeit hatten. Können dies nicht beurteilen. Wir haben die letzte Nacht vor Ort storniert, da wir früher abreisten (ganz nach Hause) & haben das ganze Geld retour bekommen. Das war ein toller Service.

• Elad (1/5): לא מספיק זול ביחס למה שהמקום נותן.. - הבחורה בצ'ק אין הייתה נחמדה. מלוכלך, קטן וצפוף, רועש- השותפים לחדר לא התחשבו בלילה. מקלחת ושירותים לא נעימים. ארוחת בוקר לא בדיוק קיימת, אפשר להכין לעצמך או לא ברור בדיוק מה הולך ובכל מקרה הכלים שם מלוכלכים, העדפתי לוותר על להשתמש בהם. (ותאמינו לי שאני לא מפונק😄)

• Noelia (6/5): No repetiremos - La ubicación y la parte de la terraza de cara al mar. El desayuno estaba bien también. Para lo que se paga la noche me pareció demasiado cutre. El colchón malísimo y aunque se supone que a partir de cierta hora no se podía hacer ruido, la fiesta era en el mismo hostal y duró hasta tarde.
