- Kisbenedek (4/5): Ha a szobafoglalás problémáról eltekintünk még dícsérném is, de az teljesen kiábrándított minket. - A reggeli bőséges és változatos. A szálloda jó helyen van Belgrád központjában. A személyzet kedves. Nem a lefoglalt és visszaigazolt családi szobát kaptuk 3 főre, hanem egy 1 ágyas és egy 2 ágyas szobát technikai problémára hivatkozva. Az 1 ágyas kicsi volt és levegőtlen. A végén derült ki, hogy van egy zárt, rejtett ajtó a két szoba között, ahol legalább össze lehetett volna nyitni a szobákat, ez sokat emelt volna az elégedettségünkön, de ehhez nem volt kulcs. Kicsit nehéz volt kitalálni, hogyan is osszuk el a 9 éves gyereket (magára nem akartuk hagyni, a társam pedig nem az édesanyja). Az ablak romos tűzfalra nézett. Legszívesebben kifordultam volna, de 350 km fárasztó autózás után, este 10 órakor nem volt erőm másik szállodát keresni, illetve kitenni ennek a családot. Ez úgy nagyban befolyásolta az egész ottlétünk alatt a hangulatunkat. Parkoló alig van, pedig ez miatt is választottuk a szállást, hogy Belgrád központjánban ne legyen gond a parkolás. Első este még tudtam ott állni, másnap viszont el kellett vinni egy bevásárlóközpontba az autót, mert be voltak foglalva.

- Melinda (9/5): Wonderful stay! - Location is near places of interest. Staff very informative, especially the older ones. Bed was very comfortable, water pressure excellent, and very clean premises. I stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned my room every day. Breakfast was varied except that it would be helpful if there were labels on them. The elevator was temperamental. I was on the 1st floor and at times, it didn’t want to stop on my floor to go down. I have difficulty walking.

Одна розетка на весь номер 🙈 Так как я работала, то у меня 2 телефона, планшет и ноутбук, одной розетки маловато… Ну и на первом этаже конечно слышимость высокая.

- Ioannis Dounias (7/5): - Ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο σε απόσταση αναπνοής με τα πόδια από τα βασικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Επίσης σημαντικό ήταν το πάρκιγκ ακριβώς μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο με χρέωση 15€ ανά ημέρα. Το πρωινό ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό. Πολύ καλό ήταν επίσης και το μπάνιο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά μικρό και το κρεβάτι κολλημένο σε τοίχο από τις τρεις πλευρές. Αυτός που κοιμόταν από μέσα έκανε ακροβατικά για να σηκωθεί, κάτι που ήταν ιδιαίτερα άβολο. Επίσης ήταν πολύ πολύ ζεστό, χωρίς δυνατότητα ρύθμισης της θερμοκρασίας. Αν άνοιγες το παράθυρο είχε πολύ θόρυβο από την κίνηση του κεντρικού δρόμου που περνούσε μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο.

Czystość i dostęp do siłowni. Pomimo zakazu palenia w hotelu wyczuwalne są papierosy, z mojej perspektywy jest to totalnie nie do zaakceptowania.

- Metin Şen (8/5): Pleasant Stay Overall - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the free luggage storage service. The location was convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. We had booked a stay with breakfast included, and the breakfast generally met our expectations. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and found the hotel suitable for families. The elevator was quite slow and sometimes did not respond properly, which could be inconvenient for guests staying on higher floors. The bathroom was also quite compact, making it a little difficult for more than one person to use comfortably at the same time.

- Vassily (8/5): Worth a short stay - Very well located. Comfortable bed, clean bed linen and a proper blanket, not the folded-in envelope. Very decent breakfast Can’t say I much disliked it but just worth mentioning - the rooms we stayed in were the smallest I have ever had. There was no gap between the bed and the walls that surrounded it, so basically you have a small corridor with the door to the bathroom and the rest of the room is your bed :)

We stayed in a room for four, two double beds separated by a wall. Though the room is cozy, it’s comfortable and the bedding is comfy. The included buffet breakfast is great, lots of choices of good quality food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Podróżując autem nalezy koniecznie zarezerwować parking najlepiej telefonicznie - ja napisałem na booking i niestety nie było dla mnie parkingu. A z parkowaniem w Belgradzie jest dramat! Pokój maleńki ale przytulny. Śniadanie pyszne - duży wybór. Obsługa perfect - Pan z recepcji pomógł mi w parkowaniu obok hotelu, podpowiedział jak oplacac parking, podarował mapkę miasta i zaznaczył najciekawsze miejsca do zwiedzenia w 1 dzien. Polecam niezdecydowanym.

- Taner (8/5): - Tesisin merkeze yakın olması, temiz ve kahvaltının olması. Önceden otopark rezervasyon talebinin iletilmesine rağmen, yer rezerve edilmemesi. Yakın bir otopark ile bu konuda çalışmaları gerekir. Çalışanın tavsiye ettiği Oblicev venac otoparkı otele çok yakın değil.
- Sahinde (5/5): - Otel merkezi konumdaydı odalar temizdi Odaya dışardan çok fazla ses geliyor. Odamız caddeye bakan taraftaydı sokaktan gelen sesler yüzünden uyuyamadık. Sabah erken saatlerde ise housekeeper personelinin gürültülü sesleriyle uyandık. Sadece bir gün değil kaldığımız 3 gece boyunca durum hep böyleydi. Bir daha gidecek olursam bu oteli tercih etmem

- Annalisa. C (8/5): Un 4 stelle per i servizi e non sicuramente per le camere - Posizione strategica a pochi passi dal centro. Vicinissimo alle fermate di tram e bus per tutte le mete turistiche. Vicino a due mini market, zona tranquilla per famiglie. Presenza di prodotti di cortesia, phon piccolo, doccia grande e funzionale, cassa forte e frigo bar bene assortito. Personale della prima colazione, professionale e molto gentile. Camera minuscola con letto matrimoniale attaccato al muro, svegliarsi la notte per andare in bagno diventava una tortura. Luci mal posizionate. Personale della reception freddo e poco sorridente. La camera al nostro arrivo presentava cestino della spazzatura non svuotato e pulizia giornaliera sommaria e poco accurata.

- Melis Tuğçe (8/5): Konum güzel, resepsiyon çalışanları iyi. - Resepsiyon çalışanlarının hepsi çok güler yüzlü yardımseverdi. Konum çok iyidi. Kahvaltı salonu çalışanlarında güler yüz olmamakla birlikte bir şey sorduğunuzda ya da istediğinizde göz deviriyorlardı ve Türklere yapıyorlar daha çok. Oda temizliği istediğinizde yalnızca çöpler alınıp, havlular değiştiriliyor temizlik yapılmıyor. Banyoda küçük küçük zıplayan böcekler vardı.
