• anat (8/5): המלון מקסים, בריכה כיפית, צריך לשפר את השירות ורוחת הבוקר ולא לגבות כסף על כל בקשה - מיקום מעולה ברחוב הראשי, קרוב לשוק. בריכה נחמדה, מים קרים מאוד. גובים כסף על כל בקשה - להחליף מגבות, לקבל שמיכה נוספת. מבחינתי זה הרס קצת את החויה. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה אכלתי הרבה יותר טובות במקומות אחרים

Чистые и белые постельные принадлежности, полотенца и халаты. Наличие полотенец для бассейна. Удивительно, но даже снеки из минибара бесплатны, дополнительная оплата только за пиво. Достаточно большой и не мелкий бассейн с чистой водой, я с удовольствием плавала (работает с 8 до 20 час). Прекрасное расположение. В моей комнате 206 я с трудом нашла только одну работающую розетку, чтобы зарядить телефон. Все остальные розетки были неработающими, в том числе телевизионные, соответственно, телевизор тоже не работал. Не сомневаюсь, что если бы я попросила, это бы починили или бы поменяли комнату. Но я останавливалась всего на ночь, поэтому и ремонт, и переселение в другой номер было бы слишком хлопотно. Персоналу следовало бы проверять исправность электрики. Одна кружка была грязная, с прилипшими частицами чего-то, возможно, сахара.

• Manfred (9/5): Zentrale Lage mit tollem ,freundlichen Service ! - Das Hotel hat 31 Zimmer, obwohl nur 4 Personen anwesend waren wurde ein Frühstücks Büffet aufgebaut bei dem es an nichts fehlte 10+ Große,helle Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Zwei schöne, saubere Swimmingpools mit Massagendüsen. War alles in Ordnung.

• Dan (9/5): Location is great, bed and pillows are soft, I’d recommend - I had a poolside room and it had a sliding door with two loungers right next to the pool, although each poolside room has their loungers accessible only by the guests. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Location was right in the middle of town. There were some ants crawling in the bathtub but the shower was hot and I really didn’t care.

The choice of breakfast each day was great . The hotel is in a great location for 7 11, night market, bars and restaurants. Extra touch TVs had netflix access.

We got free water and snacks every day and the toiletries were also restocked every day when the room was cleaned. Laundry right across the street was very convenient as well :) the pool is super nice and very very clean

• Laura (10/5): Heerlijk luxe verblijf op een top locatie - Super nette kamer aan het zwembad, heerlijk! Bij aankomst werden de tassen naar de kamer gebracht, personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het zwembad was verfrissend. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Er stond een chef voor je klaar om een ei te bereiden hoe jij het wilde. Het hotel zit op een top locatie. In de kamer stonden er verschillende snacks (cake, chips, nootjes) en was de koelkast gevuld met water en frisdrank welke je gratis kan pakken. Pure luxe. Niets

Very awkward access to get into the pool unless you had a first floor room, which all have private steps off their patio leading to the pool. We tried to add another day but the price quoted was about 20% more than we were paying.

• Tommy (9/5): Amazing hotel - Great location, hotel was really luxury for this location. The rooms which enter the pool are a must. Really nice staff. Bird droppings around a lot of the pool. Should install some guards to prevent birds in this area or at least jet wash around the pool each morning to keep the areas clean. Offered breakfast but I think a pool bar and food all day would make this hotel a 5 star

• Florence (9/5): A relaxing stay and ideal location for visiting Pai - The hotel location is excellent! It is just off Pai walking street, which is so ideal but also not noisy. Also just across from the hotel, is an Otteri laundrette which is really convenient. The pool is so lovely, we chose a swim-up room which is definitely worth it. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, robes and slippers provided as well as snacks/drinks which are topped up daily. The staff were very helpful and polite. We extended our stay here as we loved Pai so much (wish we could have stayed even longer). The breakfast was good, we mainly ordered from the eggs and pancake bar, as this felt a lot more fresh than the other buffet options which are prepared earlier in the morning. Some of the breakfast options could be improved, as they didn’t always look very freshly prepared. It would have been nice to have fresh coffee rather than from a machine and also other milk alternatives to cow’s (oat, soy). The shower in our room was not very hot and limited pressure. These wouldn’t put me off booking again though, as the highlight for us were the pool and location!

• roy (10/5): - Heerlijk hotel op een fantastische locatie, om de hoek van de Walking Street van Pai, maar toch heerlijk rustig als je gaat slapen. Heel vriendelijk personeel, hele schone kamers, fijn balkon, een lekker zwembad en een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij komen er zeker weer terug. Helaas kwamen wij er, net terug in Chang Mai, achter dat we waren vergeten om ons geld en creditcards uit het kamerkluisje te halen. Dat zou 3 uur heen en weer terugrijden betekenen. Gelukkig kwam het hotel met de oplossing om iemand van de staf, Dang, heen en weer te laten rijden om het geld en de creditcards te brengen. Uiteraard tegen taxi vergoeding. een fantastische oplossing voor ons, waarvoor nogmaals onze hartelijke dank, wat een uitstekende service. 👍👍😀 Alles was gewoon goed.
• Alisa (6/5): Overall okay, but not worth the price — you can easily do better in Pai - Very good location Breakfast was overall good, lot of choices Upon arrival, we were handed a long list of charges for items that could be “stolen” from the room — including completely unrealistic things you would basically need to dismantle first. This felt strange and out of place for a hotel in this price range. Staff were not very helpful and came across as a bit unprofessional. Their English skills also were not sufficient for a hotel at this level. Facilities and rooms felt old and worn out, which is not visible in the photos online. We booked the more expensive room with private pool, but the room did not match the price point in terms of comfort and quality. Although we booked the upgraded room category, we ended up in a room with no sun exposure at all throughout the entire day, which made the private sun beds feel pointless.

• Lutz (9/5): Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Klasse Hotel! - Top gepflegt, allerbeste Lage neben der Walking Street und trotzdem ruhig. Alles gut durchdacht und sehr sauber. Frühstück ganz, ganz prima. Einziger Minuspunkt: wenn man um 13:30 Uhr anreist, fast alle Zimmer leer stehen, das vorgesehene Zimmer schon fertig ist und man trotzdem erst um 14:00 Uhr einchecken darf. Völlig unverständlich.

• Andrew (7/5): Modern clean hotel, acoustics make it noisy, mixed staff - Modern and clean swim up room Noisy, our room 101, had everyone passing so we were woken at night when people came in at 2.00 then again early in the morning 5.00 when people were checking out early. It sounded like, but I don’t think everyone was shouting, so it must be the acoustics, also if the doors into the lobby were open every time someone got a message you could hear the “ping-ping-ping” of the phones, very late and very early Some staff on reception were friendlier than others, guy who did breakfast made good pancakes and omelets but I don’t think he’s happy in his work. We’ve travelled to Thailand twice this year and stayed in maybe 10 hotels, the staff in Thailand are always amazing so friendly but the staff here are more of a mixed bag, similar to what you get in the UK
