- Scott (8/5): - The hotel was situated in a good location, a 5-10 minute walk from pub street. And the room was a good size. However, we were expecting a room with a balcony as listed on our booking but did not get this. We were also woken up by a phone call from reception at 4.30 for a trip that we hadn't booked and didn't want to go on. Also, the pool area is shaded and for most of the day, especially the afternoon and very small.
- Brian (4/5): Good as 3 star - Made my reservation w “sister hotel”, but when I got there, they didn’t actually have a room for me. Manager took us by tuk tuk to this one, and the quality was much lower than what I paid. The first room we were taken to was uncleaned. The second room was clean but of 2-3 star quality. The room had a balcony which was unusable.
