- Mikolaj (7/5): Good experience at the hotel. - The rooms were very spacious and the bed linen was of good quality. The rooms overlooked the pool with large glass wall windows and balcony which was lit up in green at night and the staff showed hospitality and the structure felt safe during a thunderstorm. Large area to place suitcase and luggage. The bathroom cubicle felt a bit too big.

- Magdalena (10/5): Great hotel with amazing staff ❤️ - Lovely hotel with all is needed for a relaxing stay. The staff is truly amazing - thank you all for looking after us during our stay! Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Restaurant and bar at the property. 30 mins walk to the centre but that was the reason why we chose this accommodation. Free transport to the town in the evening (return trip cost 1USD). We were able to book late check out (until 10pm) for a fee which was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Auf unserer ganzen Reise durch Asien (2 Monate) haben wir nirgendwo so gut übernachtet, wie hier. Sollten wir nochmals nach Kambodscha reisen, werden wir wieder hier buchen, inkl. Massagen - besonders die schwedische Massage war pure Perfektion!

Muy silencioso para descansar, no es muy lleno. Personal lo más amable que he visto. La suciedad en las camas de la piscina. Como hay árbol sobre las camillas de piscina, caen muchas hojas y flores lo cual no siempre está limpio. El desayuno no es de lo mejor y el primer día que salimos temprano al paseo para ver el amanecer, pedimos desayuno para llevar y no fue realizado. En general no afectó la percepción y todo lo bueno que estuvo.

- Ralf (10/5): - Alles. Zimmer sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Pool sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, da es bisschen ausserhalb liegt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle in die Stadt und nachhause kommt man für ca. 1,50$ mit Grab oder für 3$, wenn man einen Fahrer anspricht. Alles in allem ein Perfektes Hotel.

- Ali (10/5): - The hotel was wonderful. The room and the swimming pool were both excellent, but the best part was the staff. Smey, Jhon, and Kimil were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with all our requests and needs. The man working at the pool bar and in the restaurant at night was also fantastic (we unfortunately don’t remember his name). He was extremely professional and even remembered our favorite food and drinks every time. They are all simply the best! We are truly grateful to all of them for making our holiday so special. - Paloma (9/5): Muy bien hotel calidad-precio - Nos trataron muy bien y la calidad-precio fue muy muy correcta. La habitación era muy amplia, el baño (ducha y bañera) muy bien y la cama muy cómoda. La piscina muy agradable y el entorno en general era bueno. Tienen algunas zonas comunes con cojines decorativos manchados o deteriorados. Nos dio pena que siendo una muy buena habitación, tuviesen ciertos detalles de las zonas comunes dejados o en mal estado.

- Anaïs (7/5): Très beau - L’hôtel est très beau! J’ai adoré le cadre! Attention pas de ménage quotidien … Le ménage quotidien est inexistant, ils font juste les lits. Ma fille a vomi j’ai dû nettoyer avec du savon main et du papier toilette. Ils n’ont aucun désinfectant ! J’ai dû enlever les draps de la chambre moi même deux fois pour limiter les bactéries.. salle de bain et toilettes pas nettoyées non plus. C’est beau mais il ne faut pas rester longtemps.. Au moment de prolonger, il me proposait un tarif plus cher que sur booking après 8 nuits deja passées c était limite!

- Dennis (10/5): - Total freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Pool liegt mitten zwischen den Palmen. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, für alle die sich Siem Reap oder die Tempel wie Angkor Wat anschauen wollen! Nicht direkt in der Innenstadt. aber auch nicht weit entfernt. Dafür ruhiger gelegen
- Mahsa (6/5): - The hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are very big. The main issue for us was that during the night we woke up to very loud strange sounds that initially sounded like birds. We had no idea what it was, but later discovered there were tokay geckos (a type of lizard) in the room. The next day we informed the hotel staff and, to be fair, they removed two adult geckos. However, that same night we again saw baby lizards in the room. The staff kindly moved us to another room in the middle of the night, which we appreciated, but unfortunately we had the same problem in the new room as well. I understand that because of the hotel's location and the surrounding nature, geckos may be common. However, not everyone is comfortable having them inside the room, especially myself as I have a strong phobia of reptiles. Because it happened in multiple rooms, it seemed like a systematic issue that should be addressed. After two nights we decided to change hotels because of this problem, but the hotel did not agree to compensate us for the remaining nights. Otherwise everything else was fine, but this issue significantly affected our stay and is the reason for my low rating.

La piscine et le jardin qui l'entoure sont magnifique. Personnel disponible et très accueillant ! Ayant séjourné dans un autre hôtel, plus proche du centre ville, j'ai trouvé l'emplacement du Metta Residence un peu trop excentré. Mais il est vrai qu'en tuk-tuk, on peut se déplacer facilement.

- Erika (9/5): - We got a free room upgrade and had our own pool which was incredible. Our outdoor area had a swing seat. Buddha statue, and gorgeous tree. The room was spacious, had a living area and separate bedroom, large walk in shower. There were free cocktails, laundry, and daily massages which was incredible and a great way to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day. We were able to book massages very last minute which was very accomodating. Staff were very friendly. There were lots of lovely large sliding doors, but unfortunately we couldn't ever leave any open as the room would fill up with mosquitoes. This was an issue even when we were very careful with closing doors directly behind us - they did provide us with bug spray when asked but I wonder if there is something else that could help like lemongrass candles or something that then doesn't also impact humans. It was a bit further away than other hotels from siem reap town, but they did offer free tuktuks into town for dinner which was a nice touch. The outdoor area wasn't very private as people could just walk past, and similarly the space seemed to be used as a thoroughfare for gardening staff when wearing plants, so there wasn't much privacy in the room itself either for most of the morning

- Henning (10/5): Relaxing retreat - Unbelievable friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. We got free upgrades for a bigger room with the biggest bath tub we ever had in a hotel. Good breakfast with a lot of options and nice cocktails in the afternoon (they had a 2for1 „happy hour“). A little further from the city center, but no problem using Grab cars or bikes.

From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Mr. Andy and Mr. John, we were treated with such care and kindness. Thank you so much also to Ms. Jenny, Ms. June, Mr. Vichet, and Ms. Phary :) The resort is in a beautiful setting, it feels like a lush oasis. The rooms are impeccable and the pool is the perfect place to cool down after sight seeing. We really appreciated the free remorque into town as well as the recommendation for activities. Breakfast spread and coffee service were great and happy hour too. Zero complaints

- Joanne (10/5): I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The personalized attention from the warm hotel staff really made the expe - Beautiful property with well maintained grounds. With 34 units, it was the perfect size to experience a personalized and peaceful stay. I wish it were closer to the city center to enjoy a walk into town. That said, the hotel offers free one way shuttle to either Market or Pub Street, and anywhere else for an additional $1.

La nostra camera era una suite con vista piscina molto spaziosa, pulita e comoda, davvero bella. La Spa offre un servizio nella media, ma con prezzi abbastanza contenuti visti gli sconti offerti come ospite. Ci tornerei sicuramente La colazione é sufficiente, ma decisamente non da 5 stelle. L’aria condizionata é un pó rumorosa e si lascia regolare male (noi alla fine abbiamo dormito senza e siamo stati comunque bene) La posizione è un pò decentrata, per noi andava comunque benissimo perché in Tuk Tuk in 5-10 min eravamo in centro.

Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

The pool was lovely and the room was spacious with a very comfy bed and huge balcony. The happy hour drinks for guests was a particularly nice touch but by far the biggest stand out of this hotel is the staff - they were all so friendly, helpful and dedicated. Would highly recommend! We loved it all!

- Matej (10/5): Eexceptionally friendly staff - Metta Residence & Spa is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to visit Angkor Wat but seeks peace and comfort in the evening. The hotel's location, situated slightly outside the city center, combined with its lush greenery, ensures a tranquil atmosphere. As for comfort, the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Although the hotel is a bit further out, they provide a free, few-minute tuk-tuk ride to the city. Above all, we were most impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff! A huge thank you to them for fulfilling all our wishes!

Der Pool hat die perfekte Temperatur und war nicht überfüllt. Wir haben einige Coupons erhalten (freie Massage, Cocktail), was den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat. Klare Empfehlung! The team paid attention to the smallest details making our stay exceptional. The staff found out we were heading out early for a sunset tour and packed a breakfast for us - we didn't ask for it but it was waiting at the front desk. The restaurant food and the team do a terrific job. The spa staff make you feel comfortable and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Nothing.
- Kathinka (10/5): Wir waren 5 Tage, zu viert und über Silvester in diesem Hotel und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. - Schon bei der Buchung war ich positiv überrascht. Die Kommunikation mit Ms Ratana, gestaltete sich als unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Das ganze Personal ist jederzeit aufmerksam und liest einem die Wünsche von den Lippen ab. Zwar ist die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb, doch mit den hoteleigenen Tuktuk ist man total flexibel. Die Massagen sind außergewöhnlich gut.

Unfortunately the ground floor family studio had a constant mildews smell and a terrible old airconditioning system poaitiond directly against the beds which ruined our otherwise good inpressions.

Food is good and breakfast is delicious. Massages were very good! Location is a bit far from city center which provides a bit of calm / peace. The hotel offers free of charge tuk-tuk ride to go there at night!
