Although it wasn’t fully occupied during our stay, you may have felt overlooked if full, due to the layout of the place. Centrally located with easy walking access to many attractions and restaurants. The bungalow was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, hot shower and large container of drinking water. The location was quiet but only 5 mins from the main street of Ubud. I am already planing my next stay... Thank you! I do not think anything could be improved.

In heavy rain could not reach to property as vehicles had to stop a - No access to vehicle, no parking space Difficult to reach if you have heavy luggage specially when it’s raining heavy No support staff at property to help us out in rain. Unprofessional behaviour by pickup driver of vehicle organised by property owners. Threatened us to drop all luggage on main busy road in heavy rain. Bad experience overall.

Het is brandschoon, de airco werkt perfect, je hebt een eigen, groot terras, het bed is super, groot en fris met veel kussens, je kunt koffie en thee maken, er is een koelkast en ga zo maar door. Het huisje is sfeervol en goed ingericht en er is ook een bureau met een goede stoel, voor mij belangrijk, omdat ik ook moest werken. Een oase in het hectische Ubud. Het ligt vlakbij de hoofdstraat, maar doordat je een lange steeg naar een tuin door moet, merk je daar niets van en hoor je alleen dierengeluiden. De familie is erg aardig. Het lekkere en gevarieerde ontbijt wordt elke ochtend naar je veranda gebracht.

• Dashan (4/5): 住了一晚便另覓住處。 - 到烏布各個景點包括皇宮、稻田步道、ridge walk甚至猴子森林公園及各式特色美食用走路方式都可方便到達，無需乘車。峇厘島的道路交通已經無藥可救只有兩條腿還能順利前行。 各種硬體設備故障如門鎖及門把故障、馬桶漏水、淋浴頭堵塞、保險箱沒固定且無法使用。蚊蟲多，蟲鳴鳥叫大壁虎叫聲更是不絕於耳無法入睡。隔音差雨滴打在屋頂上非常大聲，但房東只表示是大自然聲音他們也沒辦法。

• Ilaria (8/5): I had a very pleasant stay after all and I enjoyed it! - The property was comfortable and perfectly located in a quiet road just a few steps away from all shops and restaurants. The room was nice and the bed was very very good. The staff was very nice and kind all the time. The mango juice for breakfast was great! I think the bathroom needs some works because it’s not in a good shape, it’s clean but very old and with some mold here and there. More lights in the room will also be nice. No options for lactose allergic people, but they managed to make scrambled eggs with no milk nor butter which I really appreciated. Thank you for your service.

Great rustic location and comfortable room. - Breakfast was served on the deck in front of our room Choices were limited to about 5 breakfast options. The room was a long way from the main road and the taxi could not come in or park on the main road, so we had to wheel our luggage to the main road and wait for the taxi. This was inconvenient.

The location was exactly right for ease in attending the Writers' Festival, and close to all the shopping and eating you could ever need! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good and thoughtfully presented. The mini fridge in my room made strange and loud noises as it clicked on and off!

• Alena (10/5): Best location - Amazing location. Right in the middle of everything but tucked in a quiet alley so you don’t hear the noise. Very cozy and nice. Owner is nice and sweet. Making sure your houses are cleaned every day and always asking if anything is needed. Breakfast is quite simple but served right on your terrace so you can enjoy the atmosphere.

Heel eenvoudig, beetje achteraf in een steegje (daardoor krijg je niks mee van de drukte van Ubud). Er liep een groot beest over ons plafond/dak, daar werden we 's nachts wakker van.

• NAGARAJAN (7/5): Not bad for a short stay. Excellent location - Location. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. The owner of the property was nice and friendly. The property is quiet though it's in the city center. Breakfast is just average, especially for vegetarians. It may be ok for 1 or 2 nights. I stayed with family for 6 nights. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance if you are staying for long. The bathroom and entrance doors are not easy to open or close. Lock was a bit tricky. Very few power plug points in the room. They provided an extension box but coffee maker cord length was just 2 inches. I had to keep the coffee maker on the floor near the plug point to use it. From the main road, you'll have to walk around 300 meters with your luggage in a narrow lane. It's a home stay and not a hotel which is ok for me. The owner kept their books on the cupboard that took up some space. No swimming pool. I didn't need it though.The property is on an one-way street and so the cab drivers had to drive a bit longer for a u-turn every time. Some of them complained especially during busy hours.

Just keep in mind the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors. But if you’re not planning to stay in the room all the time, it’s not really a problem.
• Ilka (8/5): Für eine zentrale Bleibe sehr schön, da alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer allerdings Ruhe sucht sollte lieber außerha - Sehr nette kleine Villa, mit allem was man braucht! Eine kleine Terasse mit eigenem Wasserspender, Kühlschrank, Föhn, Klimaanlage vorhanden und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Leckeres Frühstück. Man ist zentral und kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist doch recht hellhörig. Man hört seine Nachbarn in der Villa nebenan, wenn sie sich unterhalten. Zu meiner Zeit war irgendwo nebenan eine Baustelle. Badezimmer könnte ein Update gebrauchen.

• AMIT RAJENDRA (9/5): Great stay with very friendly people. - The location is very central - so great if you're looking to stay in the heart of Ubud. The only thing to be aware of is that the access to the stay does involve about 100m on foot (we had an issue since we were travelling with a senior citizen who had trouble walking). Room size is fantastic as are the facilities/cleanliness within. Breakfast has limited choice but is home cooked - so really great.

La colazione su richiesta con poca scelta ma tutta preparata al momento con prodotti freschi, viene servita su una bella veranda privata nel verde molto curato. Staff gentile e disponibile fornisce servizio pikup da a per aeroporto a pagamento. Di fronte c'è un servizio lavanderia. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Macchie di umido sulle pareti, da migliorare.

• Jean-Jacques (7/5): Emplacement de choix à proximité de Ubud Art Market , donc des rues très animées des petits marchés, cafés et restaurant - Indéniablement , l’emplacement reste l’atout majeur de cet établissement, qui ressemble plus à une pension de famille , personnel serviable , la chambre doit tout de même être rénovée pour correspondre plus au standard de l’hôtellerie classique . Néanmoins vu l’emplacement , le calme est très présent ! Manque de diversité pour le petit déjeuner Établissement nécessite un rafraîchissement au niveau des chambres , notamment salle de bain .
